many undecideds can you turn out in these states? with some of the rules that are different. in pennsylvania you don't have the kind of voter registration or ballot access that you had in 2020 do to the pandemic. really pennsylvania is where this all comes down to accept she is expanding the map, may be, to places like north carolina which means that got to spend more money and time there. i think the president, former president, would benefit from another debate, and even if she doesn't really want another debate, they are going to throw it in his face every single chance that they get now that says he doesn't want to have a debate because fill-in the blank, he is scared. >> jesse: if they say that, you are scared, mr. president, all right, let's do it on fox, and then see what kamala says. >> dana: great, we'll take it. >> jesse: and greg will moderate. >> greg: i'm not so sure. trump should do the debate, but he should choose a truly objective and unconventional venue. no legacy news networks. they are contaminated.

they are infested p or they are rife with old friends, confidants, college paltz, former and future coworkers. you won't get that where trump goes p or lex friedman, you know, go on the all in podcast. rogan, tim dillon. he would function great without a rigged system. there is no reason why kamala doesn't want -- she should want a debate. she's got the formula and the fix is in. she knows what to do, flood the zone with the hoaxes knowing from the earlier debate she will not be fact-checked and instead she will be protected. so trump did spends his time debunking all of these hoaxes at exasperated that the moderators let it fly and she just smiles and wonders why this is so -- people kept saying this was so hard, this is really easy. she has like the drunk dude at the bar who can say what he wants because the dad owns the place and pays off the cops. you can understand why he

here and then it goes down. she comes out and she is a bait and switch presidential candidate, and then it goes up, and then it comes down. look, there are going to be waves continuously. she is saying she is going to do unconventional whatever... areas. does that mean podcast? does that mean individuals? what does it mean? just our friends? we don't know. she now has the confidence she didn't have for the last three and a half years, okay? the only thing this debate changed was the fact that people saw a different kamala from a kamala they saw from the last three and a half years, who was really a joke and just went from one word salad to the next. so you have to wonder of the 67 million people who watched the debate, how many of them were undecided voters? and if they were undecided voters, did she answer enough questions to get them on her side? the first question put to her

was the economy better than it was, she couldn't answer it, she did all of this aspirational stuff that i talked about yesterday. but here's the difference. it's kind of like you watch a football game. you go in and we talked about this i think the day of the debate. people watch debates to see how their person does. i am all in for trump, i'm all in for kamala. you don't switch because of the debate. you are basically like a football game. i'm in for this team versus that team peered whether your team wins or loses, you are still with your team. and she didn't give anyone a reason to change their vote. and that's what i think is going to be her difficulty, and we don't see the numbers on won't see them for another week or so. in the end, it is so ironic for her to say, at this rally, we owe it to the voters to have another debate. this is a woman who wouldn't talk for 57 days, first interview was with cnn, the coach, the assistant coach, excuse me, and then it was three

on one the other day, so, you know, i don't put a lot of faith in what she is going to do but what i do have faith is the american voters know what trump can do and they have seen what she won't to do. >> jesse: jessica, who do you think needs another debate more: trump or kamala? >> jessica: i think they both need another debate because the judge is right. no one who has a team is changing teams, but there are a couple hundred thousand people who have no team right now and they are the ones that are going to decide the election. 48% of them said they want to hear more from kamala, 18% said they want to hear more from trump. it is completely feasible that either one of these people could win the election on november 5th, or whenever it is officially called. so the premise of the segment, though, about whether she is getting too cocky, i don't know how anyone could listen to democrats on tv, any democrats you know in your life and not think we are anything but short of the fact that we are underdogs, working our butts off

and knowing donald trump could be president again. today was a good day, though, for kamala and for democrats. so the fox news power rankings came outcome headline trump loses his edge. north carolina and georgia shifting from lean republican into a toss-up. if so morning consult has her up five. dana, to your point about the cash advantage, that's obviously huge but you know what is doing with our cash? we are running an election, there are a ground game and a number of articles citing people like ronna mcdaniel, who have run campaigns before, saying donald trump is prepared for a midterm, not a general election. if you look at wisconsin alone, they must state, democrats have 48 field offices in 43 counties. they have 350 staffers in pennsylvania alone. we are taking it much more seriously. we know the get out the vote effort is actually what wins elections, especially in a race that is a dead heat. >> jesse: all right, guys, we are going to have to get more -- >> jessica: can we get a

he believes the kamala harris switcheroo with biden gave kamala harris a little bit of a bump in wisconsin for just a little bit of time and it is not lasting. he really thinks they are underestimating not only trump but also his support, so i'm not exactly sure but i appreciated major garrett and other reporters who have gone outside the beltway and outside of the corridor from new york to washington, d.c., and go out and actually talk to people. i think what he said is something really interesting. he said talked 20 people, they are not undecided. i don't think there are that many undecideds. i think there are people who are unwilling to state or maybe undecided on whether to vote, not who to vote for. >> judge jeanine: you know, jesse, isn't it interesting, talking about major garrett, how you've got the fantasy media like this is it, took his heart out in all this other stuff, and yet major garrett goes out and he talks to people and he says, you know, that trump's support basically is etched in stone.

[laughter] one guy knows something on the other is just time to be funny. i am pretty confident that donald trump is going to win this election. and when i lose my confidence, i will tell you. i will say it's official, i'm nervous. and i'm not anywhere close to that. you can believe i will tell you i'm nervous because i've been nervous before and i've shared those nerves. but i feel great about this election. the last debate was a knockout, so i think people thought trump could just knock this woman out again and be like okay, off to the races. he didn't. there was no knockout, so okay, it's going to be competitive. we are going to have to work for it. but the fundamentals are still in our favor. everything will battleground is either tied or he is up .5 or she is up .5, but if you go in tied with donald trump, he's going to win, and they know that. and anybody smart that knows that, too. i'm a little annoyed now that

nothing is being taken for granted. and to the point about the michigan undecided voters or the lack of undecided voters, there were a number of focus groups after the debate, "washington post" had 24 people, 22 of them said kamala harris was the one who won the debate. cnn had similar margins, and we had a snap poll from cnn and a snap poll from fox with huge margins for her winning. does that translate to kamala harris is going to be the next president? i don't know. but it means she had a very good night. >> judge jeanine: go ahead, greg, wrap it up. >> greg: it's totally understandable that colbert would be found rolling. they went from a corpse to a cackler. it's a relief your they might have a chance. but politics isn't real life. if this was real life they would be embarrassed. if the other players are hitting balls from the picture and yours is hitting it from 18, i wouldn't be bragging. there was an old phrase among the right, fax don't care about

when you're in the military you're really close with your brothers and your sisters that are in the military with you. and when you get out of the military, you kind of lose that until you find a new family. we can talk about our struggles and the things that we did overseas and not everybody can do that. adam! how's it going, brother? we live pretty close to each other. so he's always coming over. when i go to jack's house, we watch a lot of football, hang out. we go outside the friendship has kind of grown into a family i was overseas on a deployment. i got separated from my marines and i got hit in the neck, and it broke my neck and paralyzed me. 14 years ago, i was on a training mission. did a military freefall, and i had some faulty equipment. i hit the ground. going, 30 to 40 knots

and was instantly paralyzed. i met jack fanning when he invited us to park city, utah, through his foundation. i was able to actually get on the mountain and ski with my family, i can't put into words what that meant. i got paid in the military to do crazy fun stuff. and after my accident, i'm still that same guy. and when i was able to jump out of a perfectly good, helicopter, at 10,000 feet, i did it. i was talking to some vets last week amazing how we have these houses where they can come over because they■re in chairs too. carpet and wheelchairs don't mix very well. tunnel to towers, they got rid of all that. they redid my whole bathroom. that's probably the favorite part of my house. i thought they were just going to do the upgrades. but the surprise to me was they paid off the entire mortgage. when they told me they're going to pay off my mortgage, i cried. please contribute
