straight-forward but severe charges possible, in this case appear to be attempted murder under florida law. are you ultimately expecting that law to be brought? >> we'll see. any prosecutor has to look at what evidence is uncovered and where that evidence leads. it is not uncommon for state and federal prosecutors to confer to see where charges might be brought and which jurisdiction there might be more time sought. attempted murder in florida could bring life in prison and you're looking at two gun charges in federal court filed, that is up to 20 years in prison. not sure if there is more than that, even if they bring attempted murder. we'll look at charges and what what penalties they bring. >> todd: we appreciate it, we'll
