ventura. that was the video in front of the elevators. what will we learn when the indictment sun sealed today? >> we'll northwestern a lot more when the indictment unsealed. what people want to know is exactly what he is being charged with this was meteoric fall from grace. imper soreio. became involved in the hip hop community and became wealthy. he knew this was coming down the pike. first of all the lawsuit started getting hitting and houses raided. selling off businesses and very expensive mansion in california is up for sale. he has clearly been preparing for this and did come to new york with the understanding that he was going to be arrested, which i can't even imagine how he must have felt about that sitting in that hotel room in new york. but today we're going to be able to find out exactly what he is charged with, which i think will be racketeering just like his attorney said, racketeering,

potentially violations of the man act transferring somebody across state lines for illegal sexual activity. those are reminiscent of what r. kelly was charged and ultimately convicted with this is kind of similar to what happened in the past with him. >> lawrence: so ele lexie, witns suddenly go away. we had a three house raid. you had florida, you had new york, and you had california. so, does this mean that this time that the fed finally has cooperation from witnesses? >> i think it is different this time. first of all, i think that the civil cases, which were explosive with the allegations really brought to focus his behavior. one of those lawsuits by a former mail assistant has a lot of pinks and video referenced in the lawsuit. not only do i think they have

obviously witnesses who are cooperating. but they have today support these charges. that was detailed and disturbing and surprising lawsuit filed by his former male assistant. ains. >> steve: ainsley was talking a moment ago about cassie, his long-time girlfriend. sued him and settled the next day. five more people came out of the woodwork and also sued them. they decided they were not going to settle. they were going to fight it in court. then you come upon these home raids. it wasn't the local cops, it wasn't the fbi. it was homeland security investigations that a lot of people have never even heard of. but they are the ones who investigate sex trafficking case, that's a unique unit. and that's why they essentially came out with bazookas. >> right. these are federal crimes. obviously the man act is a federal crime and then the sex trafficking. and there could also be potential for a lot of the those lawsuits referenced rampant drug

use and weapons. one of cassie's allegations is that he forced her to hold a gun in her purse there could also be potentially a narcotics and firearm aspect to this as well. >> brian: what about homeland security? why are they leading this case? >> homeland security is usually in charge federally of investigating human and sex trafficking cases. so that's just standard operating procedure for why they were there. but it just shows how seriously this has been taken after those lawsuits brought to light. and i think had they not been filed there, wouldn't have been the media attention and there wouldn't have been the substance for the feds to take a look under the hood and say gee, there is something seriously wrong with this guy. this isn't his first brush of the law he was acquitted in 1999 of a nightclub shooting which involved jlo which was a very sensational story. he is in a world of trouble. >> brian: he has a lot of money

get versus what biden gets. they are getting almost the same assets definitely a security gap there that the secret service is going to have to look at and figure out hey. how was this gap exploited in the security gap? how was it exploited? they are really going to have to take a hard look at that and find new ways to secure these golf courses because the bottom line, brian, is trump is not going to stop golfing set. going to continue to golf. he enjoys did. he likes to gain. he was with his friend when the incident happened. so the secret service has got to find a way combining both personnel and technology. >> brian: they have been doing it since eisenhower. real quick, is it budget or people? do you think the secret service needs more money? i know you are dying to answer that question. >> it's absolutely both, brian. and, listen, the -- you compare the budgets of the secret service and the fbi, there's no comparison. this goes back decades. every director since 9/11 has
