don't know what you're aiming for, you will miss. let's do some texts. paul from middletown, connecticut,, did johnny go to the after party? wherever johnny goes at the after party. anthony from florida, want to sleep better? drink... i think i will stay up all night. tim from henderson, nevada,, a try the 478 method for better sleep. breeden for four seconds, hold it for seven, then exhale for eight. i've used that and i like that. i just forgot it. mark from indiana, di thursdays are back. all is right in the world again. we are making dei thursdays great again. sean is next and remember... this is my world.
6:01 pm
>> we have only 47 days until you the voters in this country go to the polls in the most consequential election in your lifetime. this is a tipping point. an inflection point for the country. day after day we are learning new reasons why kamala harris cannot be trusted with another four years in office. yesterday a former u.s. border patrol san diego sector chief testified on capitol hill. made explosive allegations against harris and biden. about how he was told to lie to all of us. that means they knew the truth and they were hiding it. >> at the time i was told i could not release any information on this increase or mention any of the arrests. administration was trying to convince the public there was no threat at the border. >> he was told to lie.
6:02 pm
the sector cheerful join us for an exclusive interview in a few moments. also the fbi is now saying that they try to influence this presidential election by sending stolen material from the trump campaign, including private data, emails, communications to the biden-harris campaign. can you imagine the outrage and the corrupt state run media mob if it was trump and russia? more on that tonight but first we are at a tipping point for our country with the election less than seven weeks away. early voting started and unfortunately for the campaign it was another day of bad headlines. this morning the uncommitted national movement, you might recall during the democratic primaries, this is the group that organized protest votes against biden in the primary because of the harris biden support of israel which hasn't been great anyway.
6:03 pm
and the war against the radical islamic terrorist group hamas. they announced they won't endorse kamala harris in this election cycle. a major blow to the harris campaign during the democratic primaries earlier this year. the group mobilized over 700,000 democrats to vote against biden uncommitted. finished in second place in the primaries. they had 37 delegates. the bigger problem for her campaign comes from where are a lot of these voters. they are from michigan it. the uncommitted option received over 13% of the democratic primary boat. in minnesota, on committed received 19% of the vote. in wisconsin, more than a percent of the democratic primary voters chose uninterested and uninstructed delegates. alarm bells should be going off
6:04 pm
inside the harris campaign. of this group and their refusal to endorse her could spell major trouble for kamala and states she needs to win to have any chance of actually becoming president. to make matters worse, this comes only one day after the shocking announcement from the teamsters union that they would not be endorsing kamala harris, marking the first time since 96 that they did not endorse the candidate. yesterday the union released a poll showing nearly 60% of their members support donald trump for president. only 34% support kamala harris. the announcement proving yet again more and more working-class voters are supporting trump and the republican party and the conservative movement and how the democratic party, as i've been telling you for a long time, they have become the party of coastal elites from hollywood to d.c. to new york city.
6:05 pm
our very own lawrence jones spoke with energy workers in pennsylvania. listen to what they had to say. >> there's no question i'm in favour of banning fracking. >> she says she has for fracking. do you believe her? >> she's out there saying whatever she can to make people try to swing her way so that she can try to get the presidency. >> nobody believes that. can't believe anybody in that administration. >> what you believe happens if she becomes the president? >> they will have people... you're going to see people move out of the areas where drilling and gas is. >> these are high paying career union jobs in the energy sector that will be at risk win kamala harris pushes her mandate high paying career, union jobs.
6:06 pm
when they lose for and half billion dollars because mandate to produce cars that their customers don't want -- they are going to go to tesla. they won't go to ford. guess what? they can't lose that much money and keep paying union workers the money with the benefits they need and deserve. that news doesn't end there because breaking today a new poll of registered voters released by "the new york times" of all places showing donald trump with a one-point lead nationwide. all of this comes despite the fact that kamala has gotten a complete free pass from the corrupt state run media mob since biden dropped out of the race. it she has faced almost zero tough questions from the press about her radical positions in her own words. we call them the kamala files. you can download them for free as a public service.
6:07 pm
she has a lot to answer for. is she going to get through this campaign and not have to answer any of these positions? why did she change her position on nearly every important issue. do you believe it? because i don't the state had a right to go into a gun owners home and just inspect how they are handling their weapon in the privacy of their own home. on top of course the mandatory gun buyback that she's on tape she -- saying she supports. does she believe in criminalizing illegal immigration and giving them free housing, health care, education, drivers licenses, college for free. amnesty. my favourite, if you are an illegal immigrant, please know that she believes in your right to get a free sex change operation. is anybody going to ask her in the next 46 days about any of these questions? what about the americans that
6:08 pm
have been murdered and and victims of violent crime? does she still support the radical capital killing 93 trillion-dollar green new deal that she cosponsored with bernie sanders with her promise to a limit the filibuster to pass that? why did she sponsor it and why if she sponsored it does she no longer believe in it? do you believe she doesn't believe in it? she also sponsored government health care for all and no freedom for you to have any private health insurance. why did she say it was courageous not to say the term illegal immigrant or alien and radical islamic terrorism? that she still believe in that? with only or a six days she needs to answer them -- the media needs to demand answers. the media mob refuses to
6:09 pm
challenge her and ask her and they just basically are an extension of her press office the strategy of hiding from the press is getting a little bit of pushback but look at this "new york times" guess essay. it was written by... she's not even being asked the right questions. he says it would go a long way for her to offer some direct and assisting to answers to questions about her plans. even chucky todd raising concerns about the lack of details in the plan in terms of the economy. take a look to be one i think it's been a bit risky of harris not to have a lot out there. not to -- you asked a fascinating question. at this point we normally have an idea of what's the big thing they are going to do.
6:10 pm
we knew that with biden it was going to be a big thing. you knew with the trump tax cut, what is the first hundred days? we know it he's going to try to do, whether you agree with it or not, there are plans to do that p or chi wonder if that's going to hurt her at some point. it's been a lot of that. >> just listen to her in her own words. do your research. tim russert always did his research. he was very nice to me. he used to call me and ask my opinions on why i thought this way as a conservative. i did debates, he would moderate between me and james carville and he would come on my radio shows. he would do his homework. here's your homework chuck, she
6:11 pm
supports the $93 trillion green new deal. she cosponsored it with bernie sanders at the u.s. senate. she said she would illuminate the filibuster to pass it. she's now proposed the largest tax increase in the history of the country including taxing unrealized capital gains. listen to what she says and unless she changes that you can assume that's her position. this pushback or alleged pushback or minor pushback from the liberal media mob who are already 100% in the tank is fairly meaningless unless they get answers. look at this, 95% of coverage of donald trump on abc, and cbs, nbc has been negative since the second assassination attempt over the weekend. wait until you see the interview that aired on cnn yesterday between one of the networks reporters and a trump supporter. look at this.
6:12 pm
>> what your most important issue? >> the economy, getting interest rates down and where we can afford to live in america. right now it's too expensive. >> let me ask a slightly impolite question. if you could afford about, you are not hurting so bad because about costs a lot of money and it's a lot of upkeep. >> nobody gave me [bleep]. i earned everything i've got. i'm retired military and power plant and i'm successful and retired and with boats, jet skis because i did it right. everybody has that chance, weather they choose or not that's up to them. >> that boat does not look like a 100 million-dollar yacht. don't worry, tonight kamala harris sat down for a hard-hitting campaign interview for the first time. it was with oprah who not only endorsed her spoke at the dnc. take a look at this hard-hitting interview.
6:13 pm
>> president biden stepped aside and withdrew his candidacy that avail or something dropped and you just stepped into... [cheering and applause] >> then the next week i saw you walking in the thing. >> we each have those moments in our lives where it's time to step up. >> the moment you heard, i really have been saying to people that felt like a veil dropped and you stepped through that. did you feel like that? >> i felt a sense of responsibility to be honest with you. with that comes a sense of purpose. >> joining us with reaction, contributors...
6:14 pm
katie start with you. how about you step up and answer the well stated, passionate positions that she has taken in her own words and when is the media going to step up and demand an answer to all of these questions we've been asking for over two months while everybody else has been ignoring them. >> she can't step up and answer those questions because the answers would not be accepted by the american people which is why she didn't receive a single vote the first time she ran for president p or let's be clear, the media now is coming out and saying, she needs to come out and talk about her positions, talk about what her vision is and what she's going to do for the first hundred days. her strategy of hiding from the american people and trying to present herself as authentic is failing. there's new pulling out today
6:15 pm
showing that people see her statements as inauthentic and she's saying things to get elected which is backed up by bernie sanders who she was further to the left of during her time in the senate, saying ... she is saying what she has to to get elected in a general election in america. she's losing, she's behind a number of coalition groups that joe biden had locked up in 2020p or she's behind and americans also see her as someone who is not a change candidate which they put a lot of resources into pushing her as someone who was going to turn the page, or take as bad -- take us back... >> you follow the media as well as anybody in the industry, probably the best media analyst there is. they are complicit. they are an extension of the
6:16 pm
press office. to get this deep into her campaign and only a 46 days left and she has not answered about 27 hard questions about statements and positions she has taken in her own words, it's malpractice on a level this country has never seen before p or is it just that they hate trump that much? is it that they like her that much? she was being considered as a replacement for biden, had the lowest approval rating of any vice president in history. >> the numbers back you up as far as they hate trump donald trump and j.d. vance have done somebody three interviews since kamala harris became the nominee. they have done 67 less. if you are an independent voter or undecided voter, democrat
6:17 pm
that's on the fence, how do you hear those numbers and see anything that resembles leadership or competence in their policies or ability to speak outside of a teleprompter appear this may be why donald trump is absolutely thumping kamala harris when it comes to votes from the teamsters. he's up nearly 30 points according to their own internal polling. when they have done interviews, the answer provided by harris and walz has been all frosting and no cake how will you lower the cost? i grew up in a middle-class family what's your plan? you've been in power for more than three and a half years, why haven't you implemented this already? this is a campaign that is a show about nothing except this is not seinfeld. you said it and you are right about this. it's about the future of the country and the most consequential election of our lifetime. the press should be demanding
6:18 pm
that they hold this thing called a press conference. j.d. vance and donald trump have held 15 since he became the nominee. it's not go to happen because kamala harris handlers are petrified to put her in any media environment that they can't dictate and control. >> i know you are a fair guy, early voting has started and we do have probably the most unique situation i've ever witnessed since i've been covering presidential politics. how is it she can cosponsor something as extreme and radical as the green new deal, $93 trillion, and the of private health insurance, supportive eliminating the filibuster, free housing, health care, education, drivers licenses, college, amnesty for illegal immigrants and free sex change operation. not have a single question about
6:19 pm
it. no fracking, no drilling, de fonda, dismantled, support for a bill -- bail fund in minnesota four days after many police precinct is burned to the ground. for stating they are not going to stop riding. they shouldn't stop and we are not going to stop. 574 riots, 2000 dead americans, thousands of injured cops. i would think the american people have some right to get an answer to these basic, and fundamental questions and an answer to the radical positions. this is madness to me. at least answer the question and let the american people be informed that's not happening p or can help me out, tell me how that's good for the american people. how was that healthy for our republic?
6:20 pm
>> as you know, i like campaigns with debates, interviews, policy papers. i think when you look at the fox pole, people who voted for trump are voting for his policies. people are voting for her are saying i like her. i'm voting for her because i like her or i don't like trump. [simultaneous talking] >> the media is not going to press her. i think ultimately trump is going to have to say let's do another debate on fox news. maybe that's the only thing. >> it she will do it see both candidates. [simultaneous talking] >> she was offered a debate on fox and it turned into a town hall with me and trump in harrisburg. >> i think it would be a great
6:21 pm
debate but if you are counting on the mainstream media to press her on these questions, that is not going to happen. >> so we're going going to get through the entire campaign, it she's going to get away with never answering one of them, that's what you are telling the people tonight. >> i'm saying its going to be up to the trump campaign to deliver that message if they want to. at snorkelling to be a job the mainstream media does. i think joe complete the agrees with it and i don't think it's what a change between now and election day. >> journalism in america is dad. -- dead. when we come back a former senior border patrol agent made incredible allegations about biden and harris lying about illegal immigration.

>> yesterday shocking testimony before the the house and security committee, a former senior ranking border patrol official alleged that the biden
6:28 pm
administration intentionally covered up the border crisis and in his testimony, he explained the lengths that the administration went to to lie to the american people, conceal information from the media. take a look at this. >> whether through neglect or on purpose, this should be a large ... we had an exponentially increase insignificant interest aliens. these are aliens with significant ties to terrorism. prior to this administration, they averaged ten to 15 per year. once... well over that in 2023 and even more than that registered this year. these are only the ones we caught. other time i was told i could not release any information on this increase or mention any of
6:29 pm
the arrest. of the was trying to convince the public there was no threat at the border. i had to release... to quiet the problem, and two flights a week were provided from san diego to texas. these flights brought aliens that would've been released in san diego over to texas. each cost approximately $150,000. this with the and administration's way to try to quiet the crisis. through pressure from the administration, they became more interested... and not at all concerned with reality. it shall me ask for help in dealing with the new issue it fell on deaf ears. at times we had 2000 or more aliens sitting between the fences asking to turn themselves in a was told to move them out of sight of the media. >> here with more, former u.s. border patrol san diego sector chief...
6:30 pm
so you were told to keep these illegal immigrants out of sight. the same time, harris, biden and every other administration official, they were telling the american people that the border is secure and the border is closed. so they basically were telling you to lie to the american people and cover it up on their behalf, is that an accurate description? >> i gets pretty accurate. they wouldn't allow us to put any information. it was very frustrating knowing what was going on and there were large gaps in the coverage. and that there were real threats there. >> who was telling you to do that? >> it came through my headquarters. >> they also prevented you from
6:31 pm
reporting the names and the actual number of the illegal immigrants that had ties to terror? if that's the case because we know there are hundreds of people with ties in this country , we know that there are people, 11 and a half million is what we know about. there are the god a ways. people coming from 180 countries that would include our top geopolitical flows in countries with terror ties. that would be iran and syria and egypt and afghanistan. that would include venezuela. that would include tens and tens of thousands from russia and china. am i correct about that? >> you are correct. we are not allowed to put any information out on any of the individuals weather it be a significant interest -- increase in number of the significant interest aliens that enter or any information out that we have
6:32 pm
large gaps and entire zones across texas, arizona and california that had no agent presence for weeks at a time. we have no idea what and who enter art country. >> if you couldn't put out the name and the numbers of people that had known terror ties, what happened to those people? where they released into our country even though you knew they had no terror ties? >> the actual end state for all of those people, i don't know where any of them ended up. if they had significant terror ties we would turn them over to the fbi for further questioning and then they would go over to immigration and customs enforcement for final determination. i don't know the ultimate but as many as there were and as much of it was going on, likely many
6:33 pm
of them were released into the united states public. >> is it safe to say that you have knowledge that there are people from countries with known terror ties, is it safe to say that you are pretty confident that they have been released into our country? >> it safe to say that they are here for sure. between those numbers that came through, the inability that agents had to do proper questioning because there were so many people that they had to deal with each day that they slipped through the cracks and entered into our country. >> would it be logical to conclude that people with known terror ties... that you were told to lie about. would it be logical to conclude that they are likely in this country plotting, planning and scheming on other 9/11 attack or
6:34 pm
worse? if that happens what it be fair to blame harris and biden and... and if americans died, wouldn't they have blood on their hands? >> i think it's one of the things that keeps me up at night. it's one of the things that keeps the agents that i worked with up at night, knowing that there are those threats. they likely have come into our country and are here and that is a much more likely possibility now with the inability to do that mission over the last several years. >> will... and how much did those flights caused the american taxpayer and how many flights were there? >> the flight started when we
6:35 pm
were releasing hundreds and sometimes i thousand or more people a day into downtown san diego. they were given to flights a week from san diego to texas. a little over 100 people per day -- per flight. twice a week to fly them to texas to be released. when i asked why that was being done, i was told there was a problem and texas. there was not a problem in california. we received those flights for about a month and then they stopped. once those flights stopped we continued to release, we had no choice. i was told not to release any more into san diego. my reply was that i cannot keep those people. once determined -- a person is determined to be released, at the fourth amendment violation to hold them in detention. i said i would not stop releasing.
6:36 pm
>> they put you in a position that you had to violate what the laws of this country are because last i checked you were not allowed to enter the country without approval. they put you in a position where you had to release them into the sanctuary state of california. thank you for being honest with the american people and telling them the truth. it's important they know and i will add when they got here that now kamala supports decriminalizing them, getting them on a path to citizenship after they get free housing, health care, education. if they want a free sex change operation. in minnesota you get a legal driver's license and you get free college tuition paid for you. amazing country we live in. thank you, we do appreciate your honesty. tonight, tension is in the middle east. that continues to rise as the biden-harris administration main extremely weak on the world stage after all they did help
6:37 pm
iran coming really rich by turning a blind eye to its sanctions that were very effective when donald trump was president. after two days of explosive device attacks on hezbollah, terrorists, israel launched a series of overnight strikes in southern lebanon. in response, hezbollah leader has called israel's attacks a declaration of war and said israel receive a just punishment for their actions while the world is on edge even still because this has been ongoing, it's no wonder our enemies want biden and harris in charge. on wednesday, u.s. intelligence agencies disclosed that iranian cyber actors said the biden-harris campaign and their staffers stole material from the trump campaign. that included internal emails and abetting of potential vice presidential candidates. and example of it being a
6:38 pm
legitimate foreign election to variance. here with reaction, victor davis hanson. as well as fox news contributor ... victor davis hanson, let's reverse the roles here. let's say it was the harris biden campaign that was hacked. let's say the trump campaign got that information sent to them from iranians. i think it would be a lot bigger issue in the media but i'm just guessing, what a? >> i think everybody understands that their strategy is to have a circular war... and they're going to try to avoid a full-scale war with anyone of them which they will lose but they are waging a war of attrition.
6:39 pm
it all starts and ends with iran. they are worried because in the past exchanges they didn't come out very well and the polls show a 50/50 split which they interpret as a possible chance of donald trump would not only be elected president but he would be back to the policies that impoverished and made it almost impossible for their surrogates to continue this war of attrition. israel now is basically telling people we are going to deal with you individually, and the future is not good for you. they are starting to panic. they used the the word redline. they said this violates a redline. this is a country that has displaced 100,000 civilians and cheered on the hamas massacres. until 9/11 had killed more americans than any other terrorist organization. i think it's a sign of panic. this attack really exposed every
6:40 pm
single terrorist act in lebanon, in syria, all over the world. exposed an ambassador, a worried family members and friends that did note there were terrorists in their midst. israel's ability to do such an operation. now they are paranoid about everything they have. it's crippling for all pair cannot very much collateral damage which the world keeps... they are very frustrated and they're feeling weak at this moment. >> vladimir putin endorsed kamala harris. clearly the iranians are in the corner of the democrats here. i can only imagine the media outrage if this were to happen in reverse. when you look at this, why wouldn't they support harris and biden? donald trump put sanctions on the iranians that nearly bankrupted them and i think eventually would've resulted in a revolution.
6:41 pm
they turned a blind eye to sanctions. they put waivers in place to allow 10 billion-dollar payments from countries like iraq for energy. they themselves were willing to give the iranians 6 billion in a ransom exchange. so i don't think they fear kamala harris, joe biden or any democrat. they don't want donald trump reelected. they are actively no interfering in our elections and i don't see a lot of outrage from law enforcement which what -- would... >> they look at kamala harris as a pushover. you look at what's going on with the proxies in the middle east. you look at what's going on with the jewish americans in this country. no federal arrests regarding these pro hamas demonstrators. they look at the campaign and say the michigan strategy. let's go back to this closure of this information.
6:42 pm
when did it occur? when did this information about trump's campaign,... and we are going to believe the fbi, the same fbi that worked against trump in 2020, the hunter biden laptop. the department of justice has no credibility to provide any information. that last segment you talked about, you've got trump basically fighting on his own without the assistance of the federal government. you've got the iranian government hoping on pins and needles that kamala harris wins because if she wins, they win. that weakens is real. that is the biggest concern. no credibility from the federal government to be honest with the american people. the iranians are hoping that she wins so they can keep this pressure in the middle east and keep pressure on israel. >> it's kind of scary especially
6:43 pm
considering that we are watching what the iranians are doing. they are funding hamas, hezbollah, the rebels and they are fighting israel themselves and as far as i'm concerned, harris and biden have done nothing but try to prevent israel from winning their war against radical islamic terrorists that murdered and kidnapped and beheaded and tortured israelis, the equivalent of losing 40,000 americans in a day. i think you both. coming up, have you ever heard of a contingent election? i have. what is it mean? we will explain it and why some lawmakers are hoping nebraska becomes a winner-take-all electoral stayed straight ahead

>> g.o.p. lawmakers are now pushing for major changes to the way that that state allocates college boats. nebraska currently split their electoral votes with two going to the winner of the statewide popular vote and the other three
6:50 pm
owing to the winner of the popular vote in each congressional district. in a letter wednesday, lawmakers advocated for a winner-take-all system like 48 other states, stating that nebraska should speak with a united voice in presidential elections. the senator travelled to show his support for this change and its -- they are emphasizing how it could come down to a single electoral vote and there is a scenario under which both kamala harris and donald trump can have 269 electoral votes and be tied. that's entirely possible. the next step would be called a contingent election in which the house with select the president and the senate would select the vice president with every state voting as a delegation, receiving only one vote per state. what if there's a state that has a delegation where the majority,
6:51 pm
the congressional majority happens to be it with one party and the state voted for the other party for president? could get confusing. nebraska can put an end to that possibility in one respect. joining us now is nebraska's senator along with congressman mike flood. i will start by asking i get the right idea, i get should happen. i think 48 other states have the same policy in place. are not sure why nebraska and maine don't have that policy. if you are a vote or two shy of having enough votes to go to a winner-take-all vote system, where are we? >> this is something we should go back and do. i long advocated for us to join the other 48 states in doing a winner-take-all. and make sense, we elect our
6:52 pm
governors, we elect our senators. as governor we worked on this every year and typically fell one or two votes short of getting it passed. if nebraska legislature now has 33 republicans, they should take the opportunity and get this done. it is something that would be good for the state of nebraska to join the other 48 states. i've long advocated for it and we should try to get it done. >> let's get your take on it congressman. >> for 125 years, nebraska did the right way. than the democrats pushed to dilute the votes of conservative republicans and find an advantage. if every other state did it the way that nebraska and maine do it, in 2012 mitt romney would be barack obama but utz -- you don't see democrat states doing this. we need to speak with one voice. we've got five votes, we are a
6:53 pm
