what is there now does not resemble anything of the community i lived before. homes are gone. power lines are destroyed. the polls are snapped in half and dangle ing and houses are washed away. we don't have running water, that is a big public health crisis right now. we've got to work on our infrastructure, work on resources and connect people to food and water. the biggest barrier, folks up the street from where i was, i had to take a different route because our road and bridge is washed out. some folks can't get to lo location to get food and water.
