it went to the bush administration, maybe not fairly. that is perception. people are feeling it and anger is building, the story gets bigger heading closer to the election, too. >> lawrence: bret, two months ago, mayorkas said they had everything they needed in fema and are ready for the storms. to come back months later and say they're going to run out of money, seems like malpractice. he should have foresaw this, right? >> bret: it's a big deal fchl they have to call back congress to approve another traunch of money, that is a big story, as well. a lot of folks are to blame. we know hurricane season is going to hit every year. they have a big hill to climb as far as getting money out.
