welcome to hannity. tonight recovery efforts continue in parts of north carolina, south carolina, georgia tennessee virginia and florida. we have communities all across appellation. they are completely devastated. the situation tonight is dire, and according to reports on the ground the biden administration have been making it worse and they have been totally tone-deaf for over a week. this has been the worst federal hurricane response in the history of our country. connect elon musk's been extremely generous and helpful to people in terms of restoring communications, he said fema is not really failing to adequately help people in trouble but they are actively blocking citizens who do try to help. he detailed a claim from a spacex engineer on the ground who's accusing fema of blocking shipments of iran's emergency starlink terminals which donald trump asked him to send and he generously sent. this is soulless.
6:02 pm
it is unconscionable. it is unforgivable. but in a statement fema frankly outright deny the allegation. and promoted their coordination with starlink during various natural disasters. apparently the message didn't get to the owner of starlink because that name is elon musk. in a letter issued to hold and secure he secretary alejandro mayorkas congressman matt gaetz details claims from government whistle-blowers that quote fema has wasted taxpayer funds, misappropriated funds, left other federal, state, and local responders without deployment orders on the ground. the letter continues quote hundreds if not thousands of service members were deployed by that apartment of the fence to north carolina and they have sat idle, waiting for fema. we have confirmed fema employees deployed on the clock awaiting orders are in hotels, when people the very lives may be at risk, even a week plus later.
6:03 pm
fema predisaster it was withheld, exacerbating the emergency it goes on. it has been a full week plus already. don't forget. we only found out yesterday. a week after the hurricane, that according to dhs secretary mayor case he said it. he came out with the truth. iron-ore came from. america that fema is almost out of money and has been slow to distribute hurricane relief funds even though it's been a very slow hurricane season. and now we know the reason why which every american should be infuriated about. joe biden and harris rated the budget. they spent a billion plus dollars on housing, food, education, health care, sex change operations, debit cards, expensive hotels all over the country for harrison joe biden's 11 and a half million plus unvented illegal immigrants. many coming from countries with
6:04 pm
terror ties. many from our top geo-particle photos, and we know they are known terrorists in this country. no dozens of americans have been murdered by the unvented illegal immigrants. dozens have been even children. we know that there are hundreds of victims of violent crime by harris unvented illegal immigrants. know all that is true and its cost this country billions and we don't have money for the people in north carolina, georgia, south carolina tennessee and florida. here's a cold hard truth. joe biden and harris have prioritized their obsession of illegal immigrants overall view, the american people. other people people in north carolina south carolina georgia tennessee florida, they've gotten almost nothing. so far i want time $750 payment although they've only distributed about 4 million of that as of yesterday. and a promise may be more money
6:05 pm
down the road, if fema can find the cash which they don't have as of now because he gave it away to harris biden illegal immigrants. kamala totally tone-deaf even a hollywood fund-raiser took precedence over hurricane victims. joe sat at his backside on a beach chair. this is why it's kamala's katrina. she's the borders are. that money came from fema went right to her illegal immigrants that she says were not here, the borders secure in the borders closed. the president he's totally checked out. believe me, you decide. >> what do they need after what you saw today? >> the storm zone. >> yes, sir,. >> which storm are we talking about. they're getting everything they need. they're very happy. across the board. >> what storm zone? they have everything they need? no they don't.
6:06 pm
we are now more than 8 days after the hurricane, made landfall. victims in all of the states are not getting anything near what they need. we still have not found all the people that are in need. joe biden has no clue he's talking about. kamala is checked out just happy illegal immigrants are been taking care of. make sure they get the money for their sex change operations. now the president is at the white house. and earlier today laughing it up. just having a good old time with press corps. take a look. >> you reconsider dropping out of the race? >> i'm back in. many americans are still without power across huge areas of appellation. no internet, no cell service. if they do have internet cell service you can think elon musk not them. in other words those that have a way to communicate. it's not because of any help but

joe biden and kamala harris. they revoked elon musk winning bid to install starlink service to the area a year ago. it would have provided that service for almost a million people. clean water. that's also in short supply. critical infrastructure has been wiped out, washed away. roads highways, bridges destroyed. entire communities cut off from all civilization. we still have no idea. we don't know how many people may desperately be waiting to be rescued. and joe biden is in d.c. telling us everybody is going all the help they need, after last weekend staying on the beach all weekend are now yakking it up with his friends in the media mob hit our very own sara carter on the ground in western carolina, and what she's witnessing is absolutely gut-wrenching. take a look. snack there's no words. i don't think people can even understand what this is like unless they walk 3 or community

6:10 pm
but if i can't, then i have plenty of vital time to help. >> maybe it's time that joe and kamala katrina harris had back south and go to the southeast and take another look and get to work. or maybe fema the federal emergency management agency designed to help americans in emergency situations, maybe they should be focused on emergency management, not illegal immigration, not on dti and equity which is a big part of their quote mission in writing. if you look at fema strategic plan, installing equity is the number 1 goal stated in the agency's official strategic plan. what is equity doing right now to save lives in north carolina and georgia? what is it doing? what is it doing to rebuild roads and bridges and get people food and water. what is equity doing to get
6:11 pm
people to things that they need, the time and energy the taxpayer money fema wasted on left-wing political obsessions, is an absolute disgrace. taking money for americans and giving it to the illegal immigrants that they are obsessed with. it is unconscionable. it is soulless. is heartless. it's no wonder the response has been an utter disaster. and today while kamala campaigned in michigan donald trump is back on the ground. he was touring the hurricane damage in georgia with governor brian kemp who said he had to go back to the federal government 3 times. he wanted 90 counties declared disaster area. he got 11. then he went back and they gave him 30 and i think finally they stepped up today after he had to make multiple calls to get the help he needed. take a look. >> first of all let me say thank you so much for joining us as we continue to work day and night to recover from this historic but also horrific storm
6:12 pm
." want to thank you for keeping the nation's attention on those who are hurt in georgia and i certainly appreciate president trump helping us do that as well. >> thank you very much. your government is doing a fantastic job. i will tell you that. we are all with him and with everybody. we've just met a group of really wonderful patriots that are working very hard. they've done it before they told me they'd never seen 1 like this. i'm not thinking about voters right now. i'm thinking about lives. and to be honest it's much bigger than anything else. what we are thinking about lives. lot of lives lost. a lot of people missing. and that's what i'd be focused on right now. >> there's a famous saying that a big part of success is just showing up. but tonight kamala and joe are nowhere to be found. sadly this isn't the only crisis that is festering under joe biden and harris. tonight the middle east is on the verge of an all-out war. are closest ally israel in the region attacked by iran, with a
6:13 pm
barrage of intercontinental ballistic missiles and it's only a matter of time before israel must respond. and of course then comes the pressure from joe and kamala to appease the iranians. they were the ones that made iran rich. meanwhile kamala is also facing personal scandal tonight. breaking this week a new daily mail report outlining shocking allegations against kamala's husband, the second gentleman dougie. according to the report he's accused of forcefully slapping his ex-girlfriend in 2012 for flirting with another man while at the cannes film festival event in france. we have not dependently verify the claims allegedly made by 3 of friends to the daily mail. they never spoke with the alleged victim. doug emhoff's representative gave a statement denying all allegations. we also reached out for statement and have not heard back.
6:14 pm
will continue to monitor that story. this allegation comes after he was forced to admit that he impregnated his kid's teacher while married to his first wife. okay. if it was a trump allegation you think the media would be all over it? and pretty sure. it with reaction 12 tonight stories we have hoover institution senior fellow viktor davis hanson fox news computer jason chaffetz and the host of making money charles payne. victor start with you. i spoke with governor desantis and i spoke with brian kemp. as this hurricane was about to hit land and when it just hit land. both of them had repositioned all the utility trucks, all the supplies that they would likely need, knowing it was a category 3 or 4 hurricane. now we are learning not only did joann come alive do nothing. there's no prepositioning. now they are telling us everything is fine, of your own is getting anything they want when it's not true.
6:15 pm
it's provably untrue, and they did absolutely nothing, and the money fema was supposed to have was frankly they raided the lockbox of fema to give it to the unvented illegal immigrants so they can get the free housing and health care and education and sex change operations and transportation. c explained to me how a week later, a week plus later this is where we are. >> i think this constituency and appellation, the carolinas and georgia, their view is analogous to east palestine, ohio. believe me. if we had the same type of disaster in malibu or martha's vineyard we would see a huge effort, the first hour and then it's a campaign season and call my harris is not interested she's raising money as you pointed out and joe biden is not able to fulfill the usual task of president and he's running at
6:16 pm
the clock. he should have been subject to the 25th amendment. that didn't happen. part of the problem mosul is they are so reliant on obsequious media that they have no worry about being embarrassed. so joe biden can say quite shamelessly that he's been on the phone 2 hours and they will cover for them. she can have a photo op with earplugs plugged into her phone where she had blank pieces of paper and that looks engaged in the manner that she went to the border. finally we have blended the distinction between citizenship and residency or being an alien. you can see it on every aspect of this administration. she said there is no criminal statute that was violated by coming in here illegally. if a citizen broke the law and left came into san francisco or los angeles or new york without a passport they were not let them in and we are having flights here in american southwest where people are preparing for the real idea and they just wait people in that
6:17 pm
are here illegally on government sponsored flights. so there's not really a distinction anymore from just being here and actually having the benefits and the responsibility and the rights of citizen. so it's a multifaceted failure and i don't think they like this constituency. i really don't. that explains the laxity. >> jason i can't believe the tone deafness on their part here. i think it in terms of just the optics of it and if you look at it from a political calculation standpoint, this is meant to backfire, this is not to be a disaster for them. they are going to be held accountable for ignoring these people and these states, for being m.i.a. during 1 of the worst hurricanes in history. >> i hope so and they should. its incompetence coupled with indifference. and it's a deadly outcome. it doesn't have to be this way. but there is that saying, focus
6:18 pm
determines reality. when your strategic plan number 1 goal is dti and equity is their number 1 goal and then number 2 is educating people on climate change, and then you look at goal number 3 as their strategic plan to plan for disasters, with a plan for and executed with millions of people coming into this country illegally, so it's not just that they used the money located to help law-abiding citizens that are paying their taxes and just trying to live their life, but they also took all that personnel. and instead of prepositioning like the ron desantis that you mentioned, 1 of the best well-prepared governors rules of his shirtsleeve it actually gets it done, they are focused on, hey, how do we get all these legal migrants into your ear as fast as possible and let's give them all the benefits that we don't give to maybe our veterans, maybe the homeless veterans, maybe veterans suffering from ptsd.
6:19 pm
that's been there priority. and to go to michigan right now with all due respect to the people of michigan why isn't the person in charge right now on the ground helping to direct traffic and fix the problem. donald trump is. but she's not. that's is everything you need to know about what the next 4 years could be, if you elect the wrong person in november. >> you look at the billions of dollars, $3 billion they have given to the taliban. 3 billion. look at the billions that they give jordan and egypt. and haiti, and somalia and sudan. and i can go on and on. not millions, billions and billions. look at the nearly 200 they have given ukraine. another 8 billion last week. and then look at this devastation. they are not stepping up and helping north carolina, south carolina virginia, tennessee georgia florida how

it really is, even by the standards of this administration. and extraordinarily insulting and frankly devastating, i have many friends have been talking to north carolina. they look to people at franklin graham and the local churches and volunteers and they are getting help there but they said federal government not only is not helpful. in many ways the federal government is harmful. it blocks people from doing things that would be useful. so you seen this kind of incompetence before, but i think because of the nature of the mountains, and the number of places that are totally cut off, this is extraordinarily dangerous and the biden administration and kamala harris are totally awol. way without leave, not paying attention. and the efforts of the federal government so far are beyond pathetic. you are going to have various
