live in naples. first check in with janice dean with a brand new advisory. >> janice: category four, still major hurricane, still going to do same amount of damage if it was category five. don't focus on the fact it is now four. it will bring potentially deadly storm surge from tampa down to fort myers. north of the center of circulation, foot of rain or more. south of it, 10 to 15 foot storm surge on this vulnerable coast line. almost like a ramp to bring this mound of water to the shore line. tampa, fort myers, sarasota you look like you are in the bullseye. we won't know until a couple

hours before landfall, which is expected between midnight and 2:00 a.m. category four storm, still potential for catastrophic life life-threatening damage. wind gusts in excess of 30 mile per hour for key west. as storm weakens, it expands and gets bigger. remember hurricane sandy? it was massive, thousand miles wide. it weakened and interacted with a cold front, it gets bigger. it will affect more of state of florida. worst of the winds and heavy rain and storm surge is really around that center of circulation and we will continue to give you the latest. if you are told to evacuate, time is running out, please do so, protect your property, family and lives today. back to you. >> steve: that is right, before it is too late. thank you. now live in naples, we can see

flooding behind you. and janice is talking about people evacuating, it is not too late. if cops knocked on your door, get out, right? >> that is exactly right. get out, heed evacuation orders. a lot of people are behind me this morning. we are located in naples in golden gate area just off i-75 and pine ridge. we are in zone b evacuation. zone a is just about two stop lights down from me, six miles from the coast line and we have potential to see storm surge up to eight feet. put that into perspective for you. we have a motel behind me. i want you to see, this is not lifted or elevated at all. picture how high water would reach on the motel if we had storm surge up to eight feet. this could be devastating and

life-threatening. local officials are urging folks to get out. you are looking at flooding, this is already happening and this is well ahead of milton's arrival. set to make landfall late tonight, early tomorrow morning and there are concerns of flooding. circle k gas station behind me, there are a few folks here, more people at the racetrack. this circle k is already run out of diesel and supreme gas. they have regular unleaded gas, they don't know how much longer it will last. flood waters, we've picked up 3-1/2 inches of rain. the ground is wet and saturated and nowhere for water to go. that is a hazard we have as milton makes landfall. >> steve: thank you. we see, that is live look at ana

people are going, really, this was part of her charm offensive yesterday. she was on several shows, no challenging questions and hosts were trying to make her seem as presidential as possible. interesting, she said last time i had a beer, was at a ball game, did not say when. >> brian: look at joe biden's record, afghanistan, inflation after rescue plan, infrastructure deal, that spending led to the problem we're seeing when it comes to prices on everything and inflation, which has gone down the rate it is increasing, not gone down from four years ago. you would think, the vice president who has not fully explained why he's not running. he did not say, i'm too old, we just thought that and conclude that. she said he was 100%.
5:11 am
policy changes, what would she say is difference if she gets the job and what would she have done different if she had the job. >> if anything, would you have done something differently than president biden during the past four years? >> there is not a thing that comes to mind and i've been a part of most decisions that have had pact. >> you are member of the president's administration, under harris administration, what would the major changes be and what would stay the same? >> sure. i'm obviously not joe biden. >> i noticed. >> that would be one change. >> yes. >> it is important to say, with 28 days to go, i'm not donald trump. >> steve: now 27 days to go. >> brian: that is best you got? >> ainsley: what about, i would have changed the botched afghanistan withdrawal.

>> brian: but she was last one in the room. >> ainsley: what about the border crisis and hundreds on the terrorist watch list. numbers have quadrupled. inflation, 19.7 increase in overall prices. when you look at her drinking beer with stephen colbert and see all the destruction in north carolina and florida and another hurricane about to hit and blast these people's lives and houses and pictures and belongings and you see her drinking a beer and you can't afford grocery or college and you are paying college for everyone else and paying for illegal immigrant to have food and healthcare and go to school in our country. she drinks beer and says she would not have changed anything over four years. >> lawrence: it was two-fer. not only did she say she wouldn't have changed anything, she said she's been a part of

every major decision. if you are comfortable with the last four years, 3-1/2 years of this presidency and this administration, kamala harris is your person. if you are upset with what is going on and don't like direction of the country. there is another option for you. >> steve: it seems it is a tone deaf or bad answer. i hitched my wagon to joe biden and i'll be exactly like him, biden 2.0. what defies logic is the fact americans are deeply unhappy with current state of the economy. yesterday quoted "new york times" poll, 75% of you watching now, americans, say economy is fair or poor. that is poor reflection on joe biden. about three quarters say they cut back on groceries because you can't afford it. if you are cutting back on groceries now, you want four

more years, eight more years cutting back on groceries? she should have had a different answer. she did her best to spin it, make a joke about i'm not joe biden or donald trump. when people think about it, it is like, is that what i really want? >> brian: her is tim murtaugh. weeks ago it was turn page, she is different, new leadership, she did not know the answer as to how or why she's different twice. other sub-plot, looks like biden camp, i heard this two weeks ago, biden is upset that she does not talk about all they accomplished. >> steve: mention the boss more. >> brian: he is getting ticked off and not asked to go on campaign trail and cancels a press conversation. >> lawrence: contradicts what
5:15 am
she was saying about ron desantis. she is going after ron desantis saying that he is being childish, selfish and then joe biden is on record saying, the relationship is fine, i gave him my personal cell phone number. >> brian: when "the view" asked him, well, you know, it was time -- he doesn't know. he is set -- >> lawrence: pressure, she still wants to run. >> brian: nancy pelosi. >> steve: who is to rescue? tomorrow barack obama will appear in pittsburgh. >> brian: biden blames obama for collapse of ukraine. he underestimated vladamir putin and he vaded and did nothing and he had the problem. good luck, guys. next time you have that reunion, should be fun. >> ainsley: when obama would speak, wow, he's impressive,
