11:00 pm
first question you would ask kamala harris? i would say, kamala, what kind of household were you raised in? just get it out of the way. allen from pewaukee, wisconsin. are you sure that's spelled right? i think it's milwaukee. pewaukee. it's not over until bill clinton breaks out the saxophone. dennis from des moines, iowa. christopher columbus had a better chance of finding america than walls had of hitting his target. oh, man. he just had to shoot one thing. never even squeezed the trigger. lori from cornelius, north carolina. i bet stephen miller can load a shotgun. hubba hubba. that's all for toght. dvr the show. always remember, i'm watters, and this is my world. and welcome to hannity. and tonight, we are
11:01 pm
only 22 days away from the election. the panic on the left is palpable. the poll numbers are not good for kamala harris. however, i urge every voter to assume that your sole vote will decide this election in other words, take nothing for granted. but now, in a last ditch effort to win over voters, the harris campaign is getting very interesting. they are trying out two very desperate measures. one, the first includes more public events for the democratic candidate who's been in hiding for 84 days. and as you can imagine, it is not going well at all. take a look. you know, there's this whole i talked with somebody once who said, you know, if you just look at where the, the, the stars are in the sky, don't look at them as just random things. if you just look at them as points. look at the constellation. what does it show you? so you just outlined it, roland, what does it show you that the cities that he picks on in terms of
11:02 pm
black population or black mayor or both the stars and the sky. beautiful. let's state the obvious. kamala harris is a terrible candidate. her running mate was just as bad, if not worse. she does not connect with voters, especially without a teleprompter. that is why kamala has been in hiding. that is why her surrogates are so important to her campaign. now this brings us to the second desperate measure that the harris campaign is now employing here a full court press featuring all of kamala harris's top allies. but so fa, that strategy has been a disaster. first campaign co-chair gretchen whitmer, she had to finally apologize for that bizarre video that many believe was a cheap attempt at mocking holy communion. take a look. love you. i do need you. no matter what i do. and then
11:03 pm
whitmer spent the next several days claiming no. this was merely a promotion for semiconductor chips, and now has finally been forced to apologize for offending catholics and other christians. and at the same time, another harris surrogate, barack obama, didn't look like he really wanted to be in pennsylvania before the speech only seemed to enjoy bashing trump, which is the left's obsession. and there he was, scolding african american men, even accusing them of sexism. listen, we have not yet seen the same kinds of energy and turnout in all quarters of our neighborhoods and communities, as we saw when i was running. now. i also want to say that that seems to be more pronounced with the brothers not speaking to men directly. now, part of it makes
11:04 pm
me think that, well, you just aren't feeling the idea of having a woman as president and you're coming up with other alternatives and other reasons for that. or maybe you're against women. wow. those condescending remarks were not received well at all. far left activist nina turner even accused obama of, quote, blaming black men for the democratic party's failures. the very liberal new york magazine calling it, quote, barack obama's tiresome condescension towards black men. an op ed in the washington post referred to obama as the scolder in chief and advised the harris campaign to, quote, steer clear of obama's instinct for, quote, tough love. so after a heavy dose of judgment from the former president in this case, obama. well, harris campaign continues with more surrogates, but equally insulting tactics. harris is now promising, you know, a
11:05 pm
handout and cold, hard cash up to 20 grand in forgivable loan forgiveness loans that are only available to black entrepreneurs, that they would be the only ones able or eligible to receive it. she also wants to pay off student loans, and she's vowing to help african americans invest in cryptocurrency. and she's calling for marijuana to be legalized. but when you, you know, think of the pandering and you think it can't get any worse, you know. well think back. she wants to is this kind of like a vote buying scheme when you want to pay off student loans for young people that you call stupid? or is it $25,000 down payments for your first home or $50,000 for other businesses? or what about her running mate tim walz, trying to win over male voters with sports and guns? because on friday, during a quick trip to a high school football game, you know where walls was a assistant volunteer coach, the kind of claimed he was, the
11:06 pm
coach was he was almost ignored by the entire crowd. they gave him the silent treatment. and then on saturday, walz, he wanted to, you know, show the world what a big second amendment guy he was. and he brought out a shotgun and he went pheasant hunting. and meanwhile, kamala. she wants mandatory gun buyback. some might call it confiscation. unfortunately, this was also a disaster for walz. he didn't seem to know how to load his own gun. you decide. that's my theory. and it never fits quite right. never fits quite right. just not quite right. how do you give it back? governor, what kind of gun is it? this is a beretta a400. i brought. i bought it when i was shooting a lot of trap because it has a kind of their patented thing. a kick off. so when you get old, it doesn't. it doesn't hurt your shoulder as much. and it's probably been 15 years since i pulled that sucker out. anyway, of course, this trip wasn't all about guns and hunting. walz
11:07 pm
also trying to connect with his fellow guy, you know, pounding down a diet mountain dew. i'd prefer regular take a look. don't put in ten, ten. that's why it's hunting, not shooting. right. you knew it, didn't you, man off your right shoulder and i'm going to grab a diet mountain dew. if we got one, i'm gonna pound one down. now, if you think that walz is bad, just wait until you hear about the next campaign. surrogate can't make this up either. in another desperate attempt to win over men, the harris campaign turned to bill clinton. how are you doing? good to see you, slick willie. i'm back all by myself. hillary is on vacation. unfortunately, slick willie is not as slick as he used to be. and today, when trying to blame trump for the border crisis, which was secure when they inherited it and they bragged about it for three years, the border being closed, the border being secure and bragging about undoing all the trump border policies that brought us the lowest level of illegal immigration in decades.
11:08 pm
bill clinton, unfortunately, kind of indicted the border czar, kamala harris, for not vetting the 12 plus million harris, biden, the illegals from over 180 countries and clinton says, oh, no, no, i was taken out of context, but as always, we report you decide. take a look at this. listen to what he says about lake and kill the bill. the bill was written being written by senior republicans in the senate, and he killed the bill. why? you had a case in georgia not very long ago, didn't you? they made an ad about it, about a young woman who'd been killed by an immigrant. yeah, well, if they'd all been properly vetted, that probably wouldn't have happened. but if they all properly vetted and that doesn't happen, and america is not having enough babies to keep our populations up. so we need immigrants that have been
11:09 pm
vetted to do work, right? there wouldn't be a problem. and he couldn't keep people all torn up and upset. the bill was not a border security bill. wouldn't have even kicked in unless 4 or 5000 illegals first crossed into the country illegally and then they had the discretion of whether or not they would actually enforce the bill codifying their open borders policies. he's not telling the truth. and unvetted harris, biden, illegal immigrant, is accused of murdering lincoln riley, the same month that the democrats so-called border bill was voted down in the senate. so nice try. that bill wouldn't do a thing to secure the border, which they lied about and were telling us for three plus years was secure, secure and closed. instead, harris and biden, they wanted to use this phony border security bill to hire judges and bureaucrats to process their unvetted illegal immigrants into the country
11:10 pm
faster. now, this was after more than 12 million already had poured into our country. and while harris, you know, the borders are looked on and did nothing and lied to the american people, said the border secure thousands of convicted murderers, rapists, felons. now we have known terrorists in our country. we don't know where they are, but we know they have terror ties. all because joe and kamala got rid of trump's successful border protections. and they did it with a stroke of a pen on day one. they didn't need a bill in the first place. and that's why trump just received a unanimous endorsement from the border patrol union. and kamala harris didn't these are the people who see what has been going on firsthand. and now, as we approach a very important election, responsible state governors like glenn youngkin, the commonwealth of virginia, they've taken measures to clean up illegal immigrants, noncitizens that are not eligible to vote from the voter rolls. in doing so, glenn youngkin was enforcing a
11:11 pm
bill signed into law in 2006. by then governor, democrat tim kaine. you know, the guy that ran for vice president requiring the state to maintain the commonwealth of virginia's voter rolls. but in a bizarre, crazy, insane twist, well, the harris, biden pro-illegal immigrant administration, you know that now suddenly seems to care about border security. they're suing the commonwealth of virginia, the state of virginia, to keep those illegal immigrants on the voter rolls. and by the way, you need picture id to get into the democratic convention. i know, because i went there, i know it was a heavy lift. you need a picture id to get into a presidential or vice presidential debate or the white house. why not voting? why no. why are democrats against voter id signature verification, proof of citizenship anyway, here with more on this breaking news story. the governor of the commonwealth, the great state
11:12 pm
of virginia, glenn youngkin, is with us. governor, you can't make this up. why don't you explain in your own words, tim kaine, democrat, 2006, signs a bill. what does that bill require you now, as governor, to do? that bill was signed in 2006, and it requires us to use dmv data where people self-identify as non-citizens to then go through a process of removing them from the voter rolls if they're on the voter rolls. and guess what? that's exactly what we've been doing. it's been happening for 18 years. democrat governors, even terry mcauliffe and ralph northam use this process all the way up through into october. and that's exactly what we're doing in virginia today. is someone walks into the dmv, they identify themselves as a non-citizen somehow or another, either by accident or by purpose. they register to vote. they're on the voter roll. we go through a process of notifying the
11:13 pm
registrar that they need to be told that if they cannot affirm their citizenship in 14 days, they're taken off the voter roll. and this is the process that the department of justice, 25 days before a presidential election, turns around and says, you must stop doing this. and that is unbelievable to me. i mean, here i am, a governor mandated and oh, by the way, proud to support and defend the constitution of the united states, the constitution of the commonwealth of virginia, and by law to make sure that we have clean voter rolls. and the department of justice shows up 25 days before a presidential election and says, stop doing that to me, this is unprecedented, and i think it represents a department of justice that is trying to achieve something other than fair and free elections. and i have to say, my job as governor is to make sure that the election in virginia will be fair, will be accurate, and
11:14 pm
will be safe. and that's exactly what i am doing. and i will continue to do it because the department of justice is wrong here. can you explain why we have a party where you need? i went to the democratic national convention. my credentials were checked every night. i went every night. four separate times before i could get to the location where i was broadcasting from. and so why do they not want voter id? why do they not want signature verification? why do they not want proof of citizenship? but kamala harris has said in her own words she wants to decriminalize the illegal immigration offer free food, housing, health care, education. her running mate is giving legal driver's licenses to illegals, wants to give them free college education, and kamala harris is offering free wants to give and offer free sex change surgeries paid for by taxpayers to illegal immigrants and convict convicts. and then a earned
11:15 pm
path to citizenship, what i would call amnesty. can you explain why? can you explain that mindset to me and the american people? because she's never had to answer that question. well, i can't even begin to explain it. and let's just add to the list that now the department of justice is suing the commonwealth of virginia because someone who self-identified as a noncitizen is being removed from the voter roll unless they prove that they are a citizen and affirm. so it is it is just the next step in a pattern that truly undermines people's confidence in the election process. and, sean, to be clear, my actions have been taken to ensure a fair election. we have paper ballots, we have counting machines, not voting machines. they're not hooked up to the internet. we have a secure ballot, ballot custody process. our drop boxes are monitored 24
11:16 pm
by seven and in secure places. and we because of the actions that we take in the commonwealth of virginia, have clean voting rolls. last year we had 80,000 dead people that came off the voter rolls, and we have had 6300 circumstances since i've been in office that somebody walked into the dmv, identified themselves as a noncitizen, and ended up on the voter roll. they had a match in a name, and we've gone through this very clear process. it is beyond my possible understanding as to why the department of justice wants to block our ability to get noncitizens off the voter roll. it's constitutionally the right thing to do. it's commonsensical, and as a result, we're going to we're going to make sure that we have clean voting rolls in the commonwealth of virginia. all right, 84 days. she hasn't given a press conference. she has mostly tried to follow the joe biden hide in the basement strategy of 2020. but then my interpretation is, is that
11:17 pm
their poll numbers would not be good because she shows up on the call me daddy podcast for, you know, a softball interview there and then that hard hitting news show, the view, where she said she wouldn't change a thing from what joe biden had done. and then, of course, howard stern. and she's talking about raisin bran. that's not the guy that i grew up listening to. this is like invasion of the body snatchers, and then stephen colbert cracking a beer with colbert, who also supports her. now she's going to go on with charlamagne tha god tomorrow. hopefully he will ask some tough questions. brett baer i know will be fair, but ask some tough questions in his interview and why do you think she's now finally at this late hour, going out, doing any interviews when they're not working out well? nor are these appearances by her running mate. did you see the guy couldn't even load his own shotgun. didn't look too good. i know, i know, sean, this is what happens when you try to run a campaign on vibes as
11:18 pm
opposed to substance. and they have failed to address any substantive issue. how, in fact are they going to address inflation and build an economy like the one donald trump built? how are they going to secure our border and protect americans from this free flow of drugs, terrorists? and on top of that violent felons and you, in fact, saw that just last week or two weeks ago. now, i senior officials disclosed that there's 13,000 illegal immigrants who have come across who are murderers and 15,000 that have come across that are that have committed sexual assault and they don't know where they are. and then finally, they don't begin to understand how to project strength around the world so that we can have peace like we did during the trump administration. the bottom line is they are recognizing so clearly that america is finally calling the bluff that, in fact, a campaign on vibes is not the kind of campaign that
11:19 pm
attract voters. and we're seeing it all over the polls. it was a tough poll weekend for the harris, the harris campaign. and i'm seeing voters in virginia, virginia, which joe biden won by ten points, waking up and saying, wait a minute, we want strength in the white house. we're going to support a flipping of the senate so that we can, in fact, take control back of that house of the chamber and on top of that, extending our majority in our house of representatives. and this is a moment for americans to get out and vote. and i am urging everyone, get out and vote. go tomorrow. don't wait until november the 5th. you might miss it. vote early and make sure that you bank your vote. and we win this election. because sean, at the end of the day, elections have consequences. and could there be any more dire consequences for our nation than for us to continue to have to be subjected to these liberal policies that have truly, truly moved america from being the strongest in the world to a moment where we have chaos
11:20 pm
around the world. we need strength in the white house. we need to flip the senate, and we need to extend our majority in the house. and we've got to get out and vote and make it happen. you know, i don't think anyone said it better than ronald reagan. are you better off than you were four years ago? are the borders on our country? are they more safe and secure? do you have more law and order, or do you have defund, dismantle, no bail laws? do you like what you're paying every time you go to the grocery store? do you like paying a buck buck 50 more a gallon for gasoline? are you tired of all of these policies that have hurt american families? and what do you think about america's role in the world? if americans asked that question, governor, i think this could be a huge victory for donald trump. governor, thank you for standing up for election integrity. great to have you on. thank you sir. all right. when we come back. wow. jd vance goes head to head with martha raddatz, beat down of
11:21 pm

11:27 pm
secret the media mob, they're all in for kamala harris and this election. but this weekend, well, they seem to go in full overdrive with some questions that were, well, so insanely, abusively biased that republicans that appear on these shows, they just had to call him out and call him out. they did. take a look. should he release the results of the cognitive test, he said display every minute so it's unnecessary. you concede that he didn't release his medical records? you don't want to know things like his cholesterol level, whether he's dealing with any issue that we may not know about, if he's going to be commander in chief. and he also said he would release cognitive tests. listen to your question. should he release that the american people, kristen, the american people don't care about the cholesterol level of donald trump. they care about the cost of living and the fact they cannot pay for groceries, because kamala harris and joe biden's policies have put them in that situation. the medical records are irrelevant. let's
11:28 pm
talk about things that the american people care about. president trump was actually in aurora, colorado, talking to people on the ground. and what we're hearing, of course, martha, is that people are terrified by what has happened with some of these venezuelan gangs. senator vance, i'm going to stop you because i know exactly what happened. i'm going to stop you. the incidents were limited to a handful of apartment complexes, apartment complexes, and the mayor said, our dedicated police officers have acted on those concerns. a handful of problems only. martha, do you hear yourself? only a handful of apartment complexes in america were taken over by venezuelan gangs. and donald trump is the problem and not kamala harris's open border. americans are so fed up with what's going on, and they have every right to be. and i really find this exchange, martha, sort of interesting, because you seem to be more focused with nitpicking everything that donald trump has said, rather than acknowledging that apartment complexes in the
11:29 pm
united states of america are being taken over by violent gangs. now, where is tim russert when you need him? i mean, think about this. only a handful of apartment complexes. well, we also have dozens of americans. lake and riley. rachel moran, jocelyn nunnery, you know, that were murdered by harris biden or accused of murder by harris, biden unvetted illegal immigrants. we had dozens of americans raped by harris, biden unvetted illegal immigrants. that has been alleged. we have hundreds of americans victims of violent crime. what does she not read? a newspaper does she? not even, you know, watch any of the news? does she not read? and meanwhile, over at cbs 60 minutes, they have still not made any effort at all whatsoever to address what was clear and an obvious and very significant edits that they made to kamala harris and her interview. they actually ran two different answers to the
11:30 pm
same question, you know, with reaction. the host of tomi lahren is fearless. our friend tomi lahren also our friend, and fox news contributor joe concha is with us. good to see you both. i mean, it's only a handful, only a handful of americans that have been murdered and raped, even young kids, only a handful of americans that are victims of violent crime, only a handful of apartment complexes. tomi. are they? i mean, are they that in the tank for? i mean, kamala said the border is secure herself over and over. are they that in the tank for her? well, they are and i think a couple of things here. first of all, to martha raddatz and those that are in the mainstream media that are quite obviously liberal leaning, if not just full blown liberals, they also, like the democrat politicians believe that a few rapes or a few murders or a few apartment complexes, that's an acceptable loss for them. that's just collateral damage in this process of the open border, they have yet to explain to us
11:31 pm
how importing millions of people into our country largely unvetted, has any positive impact on the american communities, or especially in these people that are dealing with it firsthand, that their cities are being quite literally overrun. but sean, i like this new breed of feisty republican, and i think that donald trump really introduced the republican party to this type of attitude. and you see jd vance that hits back at martha raddatz. you see speaker johnson that hits back on these interviews, feisty republicans are what it's going to take to put the media on their heels. there is no more duck and cover for the republican party. if we want to win, we have to be feisty and we have to fight just the way that the liberals do in terms of narrative and media. and i'm happy to see that there's a couple of folks out there that are willing to do it alongside donald trump. joe, you follow the media as close as anybody, i imagine. you know, i knew tim russert. tim russert was a great guy, and he was a tough interviewer,
11:32 pm
but he was a fair interviewer. and it was interesting. he moderated a debate, for example, once between me and james carville. we had the best time ever. he's a great guy, generous guy, wrote a great book. big russ had a great follow up book and but he was so good at his job and that type of journalism is dead. it doesn't exist anymore. you know, there are no tim russert that are out there that are curious. he would call me occasionally, joe and ask, how do why do conservatives think this way about this? and he'd really want to hear my thinking on something i got similar calls from peter jennings sometimes and other people. where are those people? those people are gone, sean, because you get rewarded now. you get your next contract, you get more play in terms of twitter followers and likes and retweets. if you're provocative, if you share your opinions and your feelings, and especially if it's for the
11:33 pm
democratic candidate, the democratic party, tim russert didn't care about any of that stuff. peter jennings, as well, because all they would do is their job as journalists hold the powerful accountable without fear or favor to party. what i loved about russert was he'd take a politician, put him down in the seat next to him, and meet the press and say, all right, here's what you said, and would play the clip to them if they flip flop on something. what's changed? why is your position changed now? and it was just fair journalism. you said one thing, now you say another. i would love to see brett baer and i have a feeling this will happen. a very strong feeling. he's going to play. kamala harris clips back to her as far as all the positions that she flip flopped on, and she's going to have to answer for it. and i have a feeling it's not going to go well because when she speaks outside of a teleprompter, she is a human. chernobyl. as for martha raddatz over at abc, i am certain if just a handful of violent gangs decide to take over martha raddatz place of residency, she might not be
11:34 pm
okay with that. it's truly amazing. well, i guess it's kind of amazing, given the network and their bias that martha raddatz and her team didn't see how pathetic her line of questioning was in trying to be, you know, objective, common sense people listening to this at home and saying, oh, only a couple of apartment complexes, is that it? and jd vance owned her on that answer. so congratulations to martha raddatz. you're now the story and not in a good way. and trust me, if the handful of apartment complexes taken over by venezuelan gangs had happened near central park in manhattan, or a nice place in northern virginia where many of the media lives in dc, it would be an a block top of show story on every news and every political program on tonight. but largely it's been silence of the lambs in terms of criticism of that segment. jd vance won there, however, and it shows that donald trump made absolutely the right choice in choosing him to be his vice presidential candidate because he will go anywhere, any time,
11:35 pm
and make these people look as foolish as he has. in terms of his interview with martha raddatz or kristen welker or anybody on the sunday shows, he's doing a great job. all right. i'm going to give you both 30s joe, you've been more optimistic about the outcome of the election for president trump. tommy, you've been you've been thinking it's moving more in trump's direction. all right. we're 22 days out. three weeks from tomorrow is election day. where do you see this headed? 30s each tommy. well, i'll tell you this. i always like to be cautiously optimistic. i don't think that we can ever overestimate anything. and i think that nothing can be taken for granted. as you rightly said at the start of the show, sean, i think everybody has to get out and vote as if their life depends on it. and the future of this country depends on it, because it quite literally does. i think trump's doing well, and i think the more and more we see and hear from kamala harris, the worse she's going to do. so i hope
11:36 pm
they put her out there. i hope they put tim walz and tim walz's wife out there, and let's just get them on air as much as possible, because the more it's about them, the more donald trump is going to seal up some of those independent voters. i'm feeling good, but everybody has to get out and vote. and whatever way you choose, just make sure you vote. this one. i urge people like governor youngkin to vote early and bank your vote. i've been saying it for four years, joe, how's it going to end landslide for trump electorally, he wins every swing state. and i say that, sean, not based on opinion. it's based on the fact that he has the union vote in terms of rank and file. that's big in pennsylvania, michigan, arizon, nevada. also, he has enough of the black vote, enough of the hispanic vote. i don't see where the votes come from for kamala harris. she is not a good candidate. and the issues are on the side of donald trump. he wins this. he wins this quite easily. save the tape. play it back. if i'm wrong, this is how it's going to end. you know, it's interesting because tomi i think hit on something too. she's she's if she does and if
11:37 pm
she doesn't. i mean, she tried hiding that that didn't work out well. and unfortunately for her, she's not a good candidate. the more she talks, the worse it is for her. and she's now scheduled to do a lot of talking anyway. tomi. thank you, joe. thank you. all right. basically, the entire country in the world have completely forgotten about joe biden as kamala harris. now takes over the spotlight, axios has a report that there is tension building between aides in the biden white house and the harris campaign. apparently biden's most loyal, loyal staffers. they're still hurt. their boss got shoved to the door and some on the team, harris, are worried that biden may be trying to overshadow her on purpose to remain relevant. now this, as sources are telling fox news that the biden white house has been trying to give harris opportunities to take initiative. but she hasn't exactly risen to the occasion here with more texas senator ted cruz, senator, welcome back. you've got your own tough race. i think you might set a
11:38 pm
record in terms of the amount of money thrown against one candidate. we'll talk about your race. what do you see as the state of the race in the country right now? and those seven swing states were also focused on. well, listen, i think the biden-harris white house is in panic. i think the story you just reported on is real. i think the hardcore biden loyalists are angry. they're angry that their boss was was thrown out unceremoniously, defenestrated thrown out the window. and to be clear, i don't think joe biden left voluntarily. i think barack obama and nancy pelosi and chuck schumer said, get out. and if you don't get out, we will exercise the 25th amendment and force kamala on you. and i think the biden loyalists are mad now. they're only argument was biden's going to lose. well, now kamala is losing right now. donald trump is winning in six of the seven swing states. i think the momentum is with trump and the kamala campaign is panicking. listen, you know, it's bad when saturday night live turns on
11:39 pm
kamala that happened this this saturday with a cold open. and i think we're going to see more and more of that momentum between now and election day. how do you feel about the senate? you're a big part of that. my sources in texas say that you're up probably by 4 or 5. i know some polls have shown it a little closer. but with that said, like i'm telling people in this race with president trump and kamala harris, you better assume that your vote is the deciding vote in the election. and like in texas, if you're in texas and you care about border security, if you don't want harris, biden, inflation, if you don't want to pay high gas prices, if you want law and order, you better pay attention to senator cruz and his race. and don't you have a debate coming up soon to so i do our debate is tomorrow, and chuck schumer has been explicit. i'm his number one target in the country. chuck schumer and george soros are flooding over $100 million into the state of texas. i'm
11:40 pm
getting pounded every day. we had a poll just come out yesterday, showed it as a one point race, and we're getting viciously outspent. and so i'm so appreciative of your viewers going to ted cruz.org. ted cruz.org and contributing $25, $50, $100. maybe somebody's given 500 or 1000. but go to ted cruz.org because when you've got $100 million, wild eyed liberals that want to buy texas. and here's what schumer thinks. if he can flip texas, he wins the senate. and he wins the country. texas is the battleground. my opponent, colin allred, is a hard left kamala harris clone. he voted 100% with nancy pelosi his first four years in the house. he voted 100% with joe biden from 2021 to 2023. and yet $100 million on the other side is dangerous. so please come to ted cruz.org ted cruz.org i need your help and support at ted cruz.org. well, let me ask you, what are his. if 100%
11:41 pm
you're supporting harris and biden. i'm having a hard time understanding because texas has been bearing the brunt of the illegal immigration and open borders policy of the border czar kamala harris. i'm trying to understand why. because didn't he have some things to say about open borders himself that he didn't seem to have a problem with it? a couple of years ago, did he look? colin allred is doing what kamala harris is, which is lying like crazy. and $100 million buys you a lot of lies. he's running ads with him in front of the border wall, despite the fact that he calls the border wall that racist border wall that he pledged to tear down. he has voted repeatedly in favor of boys competing in girls sports. he's voted repeatedly in favor of boys and grown men coming in girls bathrooms, their locker rooms, their changing rooms. and i'll tell you, sean, just a week ago, he joined with 100 left wing democrats in signing
11:42 pm
a letter saying that our defense department should allow drag shows on military bases that taxpayers should pay for sex change operations for our soldiers, that they should pay for sex change operations and sterilizations for children on military bases. and colin allred wants every military base in america to be able to fly the transgender flag above their bases. it is radical. and you know what he's doing right now. he's got millions of dollars of ads on tv saying, that's not true. it's all a lie. well, his record is there. but i'll tell you, sean, the only way the people of texas know his record is if folks go to ted cruz, .org, ted cruz.org and contribute, because right now the other side is trying to buy the race and they're trying to buy the race through deception and lies. and so patriots across texas and america go to ted cruz.org makes all the difference. it's going to be a big it's an important seat. we need you back in the senate i think
11:43 pm
between you and governor abbott i think the two of you. and by the way, other officials in texas, to be fair, have been on the front lines of fighting the open borders that literally has resulted in dead americans, americans raped victims of violent crime, billions and billions of dollars. and it's been an unmitigated disaster. and known terrorists in the country and 13,000 murderers that they allowed in the country. all of it is you know, fact check it because it's all true. senator cruz, thank you. when we come back, 22 days until election day, three weeks from tomorrow is election day, we've got the latest poll numbers. we'll get reaction from laura trump. we'll talk about the ground game. we'll talk about the importance of banking your vote straight ahead. i speak in the name of the one true god. this kingdom is ours. nobody is going to

in california, 38% of students attend a public school that fails to meet minimum health standards. prop 2 will fund urgent repairs at local schools. protect kids from toxic mold and asbestos. ensure clean water. and to fix what's actually broken, all public funds go to local schools. without raising taxes. yes on 2. all kids deserve a safe place to learn. we are only 22 days from an inflection point in this country. i think the most consequential election in american history, the race between former president donald trump and kamala harris, could not be any closer. in a new nbc survey released yesterday, president trump and vice president harris, they are tied nationally at 48%. here with reaction rnc co-chair lara trump. you know, i could i could look at these polls and look at the real clear politics
11:50 pm
average. we can go back to 2016 against hillary. we can go back to 2020 against biden. and at this point in the race, they were up anywhere between, what, six, seven and nine points. kamala is only up 1.7. and then in the swing states, i think she's down in six out of the seven. however, then we can say 2022 is supposed to be a red wave. so i can argue it every way and sideways, but it really matters who votes. it really matters who votes. and look, here's the truth, sean. if you have a dead heat right now, a tie between donald trump and kamala harris, i would say that means that donald trump is winning. to your point, we know that donald trump traditionally in polling, you never see the actual reflection of the sentiments of the american people in those polls. he always performs poorly in the polls. but we, of course, remember what happened in 2016 and that very famous election. you don't go from running a basement strategy like kamala
11:51 pm
harris and tim walz have done, basically for the entirety of their campaign to all of a sudden then sending kamala harris on fox news with bret baier. if what you're doing is working, you don't send tim walz out to embarrass himself in some sort of a pretend faux hunt. if what you are doing is working because what they are doing is not working, we can all see it. these two are phonies. these are phony candidates for whom no one voted. this is a phony campaig. kamala comes out with her phony accents all the time. they are phony, sean. right down to the real camo. the real tree camo hats. the harris wallace hats that you constantly see them forcing their surrogates to wear out there as though it's going to trick the red blooded men in the united states of america into saying, oh, wait, they got the real tree camo hats. i can vote for these two. no one is buying it. i'll remind the audience of something. three weeks out from election day, we have seen a dead heat race like this before. it was a race where you actually had the republican candidate do just like donald
11:52 pm
trump did and go campaign in the bronx, new york. it was the 1980 election between ronald reagan and jimmy carter that turned out to be a blowout win. of course, for ronald reagan. he won the popular vote by around ten points. if we can translate the momentum that we all feel out there, i feel it when i go to the grocery store, when i'm traveling around the country, in every airport, in gas stations. we need to translate that into votes. and what that means for the audience is you said it. this entire show, i've heard other people say it, get out and vote early and don't go to the polls alone. take someone with you to go vote. if we all do that, we will make it too big to rig. we will swamp the vote. and sean, i believe we could see a map that looks as red as the one we saw in 1980. even though i wasn't born yet, i know what that map looked like. okay, i was only seven years away from starting my radio and broadcast career. thanks a lot. we talk about banking your vote there
11:53 pm
has been reluctance and resistance in the republican ranks. that seems to be going away. i agree with you. it's not the system we want, but it's the system we're stuck with. but then we have other things we have to worry about. ground game. democrats usually have a very good ground game, as we call it. then one other problem georgia, north carolin. we have these people. their lives have been uprooted. they have been devastated. they have lost everything. and i know many of them are going to want to vote or are they going to is it going to be an effort to give them that opportunity regardless of party? yeah. listen, we worked with roy cooper, the governor of north carolina and the north carolina general assembly. the rnc sent them ten items that we wanted them to put in place, and we said, if you can do these ten things, this will make it easier to for people to vote. meaning these are people who might be displaced from their home county, allowing them to vote in another county, allowing us to put up structures that people can go vote where maybe the original
11:54 pm
structure was decimated. they agreed with all the things that we brought to them in the state legislature. and so that's a great thing. but we also need to get people on the ground. volunteer sean, to help us. donald j trump.com/hurricane is the website. if anyone out there wants to come be part of this team to drive people to the polls, every legal avenue we have to help people vote in the states of north carolina and georgia, these areas that to your point, these people have lost everything. we don't want them to lose their ability to vote. we are going to go and do. and let me say this one other thing about early voting. a lot of people, you're right, traditionally very reluctant on the republican side to vote early. here's why it matters, and here's why we want you to do it. once you cast your vote early, we're going to leave you alone. i know we send a lot of texts. i know we send a lot of emails. we then can take our resources. sean. and actually make sure we're applying those to our low propensity voters, people who don't vote every election cycle. it will allow us to turn out the vote in a massive way. so please vote early. we'll try to leave you
11:55 pm
alone, and then we'll make sure we get the people out to swamp the vote and actually make this election too big to rig. all right, laura trump, always great to have you. thank you. we'll be checking in in the next 22 days. more hannity straight ahead. you remember the first time we visited ark encounter? yeah. you fainted twice. hey, now, let's just say it's a little bigger than imagination, okay? and the exhibits, they're so lifelike. there's just so much for the kids to do here. virtual reality, a zoo. i mean, they even have zip lines. i guess i just never thought a place like this could be real. so junior was right. i guess. so, ark encounter, you just gotta see it to believe it. want to discover cindy crawford's secret to ageless skin? it's meaningful beauty. created by world renowned cosmetic specialist doctor jean-louis saba, these formulas come from a rare french melon that contains a youth preserving
