>> todd: early vetting underway in a number of states and the voter registration numbers are raising some red flags for harris in key battle grounds. >> carley: thing battle flags are raise. doug collins, good morning to you. voter registration in pennsylvania has dropped by 300,000 voters from 2020 to 2024. republicans are up by 70,000 voters. so this could be people who are changing their party affiliation. maybe new registrants. how much of an indicator are these numbers for what's requestingoingto happen come no.

>> overall a great indicator for the republican party. carley as we talk about, the thing that concerns me here is how are these numbers coming. in simply moving registration away from a democratic party that they have been voting republican and fed up with the democratic party or have they become fed up with the democratic party in the last three and a half years or moving now to the republican party. we are going to start to see these in the numbers is when they actually start turning in absentee ballots and other things early. we will see how much of a trending that is working and finally on election day. very concerning in a democratic party in a stronghold where you thought you could on the democrat registered voters it's a change in other states as well. >> todd: is important that we look at the actual numbers. democrats still have a lead when it comes to these numbers. go back to the wall you can see in all of these key battle grounds. the democrats have more registrations than republicans. so, as someone who has run a few campaigns of his own, doug, how do republicans convert their

registration to actual voters? >> really hard work. and i think we have seen this before. look, they may be outnumbered stay in north carolina. we have won statewide races in north carolina. what it takes is getting out and making sure that people go vote. that's my biggest concern over the next few weeks. today early voting starts in georgia. it's just appalling to me that we can't get people out to vote. we have 70% or 08% and call that good. how could that be good? how republicans win this is make sure they follow up on voters and make sure they go door-to-door the absentee ballots are chased. we recognize the importance of this election. instead of just griping on social media about what is going on in the world, you now have an actual chance to change the outcome of our country. but you got to vote. we got to do that on the ground though. that's where the ads and all is great one-on-one contact we have found is the best motivator for people going to vote. >> recent round just released by in connection with. one of the questions is how president biden's policies
