>> filibuster. >> trace: also unveiling a new agenda to help black men get ahead which includes money and we'd. meantime donald trump rallying in battleground georgia tonight after a record-breaking first day of early voting. richardson lot -- rich edson with more on that. >> georgia has more than doubled its first day early voting record. consecutive states office says it has accepted more than 305,000 ballots. the previous record set four years ago was 136,000. former president trump held a rally this evening in atlanta. his campaign trying to convince skeptical supporters to cast those early ballots. trump is also selling voters there on his economic record. >> ever where you look under kamala harris, the american standard of living is in a free fall. nothing works. you ever notice nothing works? it's like everything they touch turns to -- i won't say.

>> reporter: this afternoon trump fielded questions at the economic club of chicago. the harris campaign called trump's appearance angry and rambling. back in georgia, the get out the vote operation is helping the trump campaign. they had argued publicly over trump's narrow loss in georgia in 2020. that at least sum what appears to be repaired. the latest polling and georgia shows vice president harris with a two percentage point lead, well within the margin of error. now reports tonight that a georgia judge has blocked new state rules that would have required election workers and count ballots in each precinct. >> trace: rich edson from d.c., thank you. let's bring in former trump white house deputy assistant jenny korn along with former trump white house attorney, independent women saw center director, may mailman, thank you for coming on. i want to play some sound. this is the data guy over at cnn talking about black and hispanic voters. >> the bottom line is this, at this particular our if you

believe the polling, trump will put up the best performance with black voters since richard nixon in 1960. that's 64 years ago. among hispanic voters, trouble put up the best performance since 2004 with george w. bush. >> trace: you can see why you have kamala harris making this major push for black and hispanic voters, may mailman. >> yeah. she's still doing fine. she still winning black voters but she's just down 15 percentage points with black men compared to joe biden. and so in an election that's going to be decided by 10,000 votes, tens of thousands of votes, you can't lose that. so what she's done though is present an economic plan that is pandering. it's unconstitutional. here's a forgivable loan. they hand out for just black people. but that is not the problem. the problem isn't an insufficient number of handouts, it's that her future, her vision

different than what joe biden did and let's just look at what joe biden and kamala harris did on day one. they ended deportation's, they ended border wall construction, they ended remain in mexico, they proposed a bill that would reward illegal crossings with citizenship. i mean this has been one disaster over another and so if anybody does not know what kamala harris believes at this point, it's because they are blinding themselves to the truth. >> trace: a bc news, trust on the economy, who do you trust to handle the economy? trump 46, harris 38 and then you flip to the next one which is the economy getting better or worse and you can see right there getting worse is 59%. it's a damaging poll for the democrats. >> absolutely. among the black community and hispanic community, they are just the same as the rest of the americans. the number 1 issue is the economy and inflation and they can't understand, just like with the constellations, what kamala's policies are on the

economy and how it's going to make them better. when people say you feel this, no, you are experiencing the gas prices, the grocery prices, inflation, and so kamala has not done anything to make them better so why would she do anything differently especially since she said she would not. >> trace: good point. jenny korn, may mailman, thank you. kamala harris continuing her recent push to reach out black voters participating in a radio town hall with popular host in detroit. marianne rafferty is live with more on the interview. >> reporter: good evening. president kamala harris -- vice president i should say, pressed hard on major issues. she was asked what her responses all sound the same. >> what do you say to people who say you stay on talking points? >> at my rally's i say the same thing. when they go to detroit as in philly as and wherever i am, to make sure that people here and receive what i think are some of the most critical issues at stake in this election.

common sense had to turn up the volume to make sure it was hearing what it was hearing. she was asked, what do you say to people who say you stayed on talking points? harris responded, i would say you are welcome. then she continued, the reality is that there are certain things that must be repeated to ensure that i have everyone know what i stand for, and so it requires repetition. common sense would advise kamala harris to put repetition at the bottom of her repertoire. three weeks from the election and voters are fully aware that she was raised in a middle-class family, took on perpetrators of all kinds and is unburdened by what has bin. what they don't know is where she stands on immigration, the economy, crime. voters want solutions, harris is offering stick. her campaign is void of answers and replete with indifference. information is minimal, recitation is plentiful. she knows it by heart but does

good evening. >> reporter: good evening, trace. think of them like the jv version of the venezuelan gang terrorizing some american cities. some of these members are as young as 11 years old and they are robbing and terrifying people right here in new york city and the heart of the city. in fact, we are learning these illegal juvenile gang members are behind a robbery spree. because of their age, they do not go to jail. they have reportedly been attacking people in times square and other tourist hot spots. police say roughly 21 members have been busted for 50 separate incidents but not one of them is behind bars. >> you know, and we have a mismatch of crimes embedded in those. we have anywhere from snatches to what i call wolfpack robberies where anywhere between five and 15 individuals surrounded tourists, take their property. we have gunpoint robberies,

become productive citizens? i think the chances are small. when you take deportation off the table, as we have, because nypd is not only not allowed to notify ice, they are not even allowed to ask and arrested perpetrator are you illegal or legal. you can't ask that. so as a result you don't know what to notify ice of anyway. the geniuses in our city council, in their wisdom, have raised the criminal responsibility age in new york city from 16 to 18. so a 17-year-old, some of these 17-year-olds look 35, some 17-year-olds now are still going to family court, which is what happens as a juvenile. those records are sealed by law. you can't even find out what kind of priors this person has. so as a cop you don't know who you are dealing with. >> trace: very true. i want to show a woman because she was forced out of her

apartment complex. we've been hearing about these transnational gangs in aurora, colorado and of course the big j.d. vance battle with cbs saying no, only a few apartment complexes. here's what the woman said and then i will get your comments. >> i was pushed out of my apartment by gang activity. people carrying guns in the hallway and patrolling the grounds with guns. how many gangs is okay to have in aurora? how many properties is okay to take over? how many people who are citizens paying their bills is it okay to displace? >> trace: why is the media downplaying this? what is to be gained? >> will very clearly this all derives directly from a flaw in kamala harris' campaign. the democrats campaign, which is of course the border. when you import 20 million people, if even 1% of them are criminals, and the number is likely higher than that, by definition you have 200,000 criminals.

we have our own criminals, we don't need to import them. when you consider where they are coming from, venezuela, the president of venezuela is under indictment from the dea. he's a perp. wanted since 2020. so this is what you are dealing with and if we think they are going to help us that these characters before they come in, of course they aren't. as a result we get this. >> trace: only about 35 seconds left but longtime nypd officer to "the new york post" said this "years ago you had to be crazy to fight cops and now it's open season for everyone. the protesters got the migrants, even the regular career criminals, and we see the video all the time of these cops getting beaten. is there a remedy to this? >> the real remedy resides with the district attorney's, the judges, the courts. these crimes have to be taken seriously and these guys have to go to jail. unfortunately many of the district attorney's and the way the laws are constructed favor the purpose and as a result they know they can get away with it

♪ ♪ >> trace: lawmakers and national security experts pushing for answers about a series of drones flown into restricted airspace. the flights continued for more than two weeks near some of the nation's most crucial national security sites. here's the chief national security correspondent, jennifer griffin. >> reporter: trace, last december u.s. air force commanders at langley air force base in southern virginia, home to the f-22 raptor's, noticed over a period of 17 days dozens of unidentified drones would begin flying over the base shortly after dusk each night. langley air force base did experience incursions of unauthorized unmanned aerial systems last year in dece december 2023. the number of those incursions fluctuated on any given day. but they did not appear to exhibit any hostile intent. >> reporter: the white house called for national security

meetings to discuss the drones which had been seen over three sensitive u.s. installations and weather they were sent by a foreign adversary. there were concerns about the military using electronic warfare or jamming systems to stop the drones, fearing it would interfere with commercial air travel over the holidays. three months earlier, mysterious drones were also spotted flying over a sensitive nuclear facility in nevada. it's not clear whether the incidents were related. adding to the mystery, on january fifth, a chinese international student studying at university of minnesota was found trying to fish a drone out of a tree in newport virginia. images taken by the drone showed aerial photos of the huntington facility which builds nuclear submarines for the military and ford class aircraft carriers. he was arrested 13 days later in san francisco with a one-way ticket back to china. he began a six-month sentence on october second, just two weeks

dangerous message to a run that the u.s. does not support israel's immediate strike on iranian nuclear targets. israel does not have the luxury to not be aggressive and conduct forward operations as iran continues to get more dangerously close to nuclear capabilities. remember we assassinated the iranian nuclear scientist in 2020, setting that program back years. now israel is back in the same spot. their strength is in that preemptive action but biden politicizing this means he's putting the politics and the election and potentially inflated oil prices before israel's survival and israel must strike regardless of the u.s.'s permission. >> trace: on the flip side you have a general appearing at a trump rally, it sounds like trump is trying to send a message like we've got your back, we are going to bring this guy out. >> i just want to touch base

with that too. biden says we are worried about destabilization in the region and worried about an escalation. nothing is going to escalate tensions and the risk of the middle east than a nuclear iran. so israel cannot. it's doing the world a favor by not allowing iran to become a nuclear power. i also think trump by having this general come, he's collecting truth tellers. isn't he? tulsi gabbard, rfk, elon musk. this general that's calling out the biden administration saying why are you leaking israel's plans via american media to our enemies? >> trace: that's right. i want to get through this round quickly. cameron, reuters rights, china's military vowed to take further action against taiwan if needed after staging a day of war games on monday. it said a warning to separatist acts which drew condemnation from the tie when he's and u.s. governments. it's like china is taunting us, cameron. >> i think you are right.

they are engaging in drills right now, operation sort. they are trying to show they have the ability to isolate the island of taiwan and reclaim it. i will be frank with you, i think we need to revisit the policy and support the autonomy of the taiwanese people because they are categorically different. taiwan has been settled by refugees that fled from the communist china. >> trace: this is very dangerous. rabbi, john kirby says there are no fresh cease-fire negotiations on the horizon. >> there can't be any because who are you going to be dealing with? the only way it will be as if israel puts down their guns. even though i said a moment ago that netanyahu would pick his time, i do agree that the nuclear system has to go. >> trace: but two weeks, two weeks since iran attacked israel. when is the response? >> israel will respond when they feel like they've got the most limit of surprise. israel does it's best work in

but also a space program. we are talking about jobs that are on the line and california needs more of those but because elon musk isn't supporting a democrat for president, many of the commissioners of said his politics are bad so we are not going to approve it. that is corruption. if you don't support our political party, then if you come before government, we are going to penalize you and punish you. elon musk has announced he's going to sue, he's going to win his lawsuit, but in the meantime we go without the jobs and the department of defense and our space program goes without the launch capacity that they need. >> trace: which elon musk said he's going to sue. when the richest man in the world says he's going to suit you should probably lawyer up. >> absolutely. and who is going to pay for that? the california taxpayers are going to pay for this first amendment lawsuit which is completely justified. the california coastal commission's mission is to preserve the coast of california. it's a beautiful natural resource that we have here and
