my mother, you know, worked hard, raised me, and my sister. and by the time i was in high school, she was able to afford our first home. i know what it means for an individual and a family to have home ownership. translation you're not getting reparations. i want to give you reparations, but they told me. i can't say that. what i can say is that i grew up in the middle class, black men have been asking, how are you going to make my life better? because my life was better under trump. so, kamala, after four years of doing nothing, just came out with a plan for black men to legalize weed and $20,000 welfare checks. that's right. kamala wants to win the black vote with free money and drugs. but protecting black jobs is offensive. okay, even black voters are a little suspicious. i read that there is a new opportunity agenda, a plan for black men, which includes a

chastised. right. you don't want your message to bounce off. i don't think that all the blame should be put on black men, but the black men that i have spoken to and i continue to speak to on a daily basis, come up with these excuses and these reasons that are just inaccurate and just plain wrong. there are three excuses. one is misinformation, right? two is the media ecosystem, what media you're consuming. and three is that perhaps you are just perhaps you are a misogynist. barack gave the media the green light to rough up black voters, and don lemon is coming in hot with an open hand. he has appointed himself the black vote enforcer. you can do this the easy way or the hard way. and lemon prefers the hard way. msnbc is bringing out the heavy guns. joy reid is going to snatch you up by the throat. and if you don't vote democrat, you ain't black. you're sexist and you're a fascist. have you noticed how

sharply the polls have shifted in trump's favor over the last couple of weeks with these claims that trump is surging with black and latino voters and leading in every single swing state, according to secret internal polls, despite all the hitler talk. yes, this race will be far too close because unfortunately, we do have a fascist groundswell in parts of this country, mainly among white men. let's be clear. but in small pockets among black and brown men, too, this happens to be a global phenomenon. as women become more economically independent and seek positions of power. oh my god. all right. so fascist, sexist, race traitor. what else are we missing here? this election is going to be no different. they've already started with the misinformation and the lies. we know that there is foreign interference. and i have to say to everybody listening to this, don't let them take your voice, because i

was part of the senate intelligence committee when we investigated russia's interference in the 2016 election. black folks were targeted with misinformation. are black men are sexist, fascist russian puppets got it. but white dudes for harris, they're sexy. don't you want to be sexy? and when all else fails, you go to old faithful, scare them back home. they can't stop blacks from voting anymore the way they did in the 60s with the same kind of success. what they want to do is they want to win the election night until the inauguration, and if they can go in and they can violently disrupt these counting centers, how will states be able to certify elections? he burned down a county center in arizon. how does a governor certify those elections? what world do we end then? democrats know their party can't function.

trying to shame us, guilt us, and scare us back onto their so-called plantation of democratic belief systems. and they don't know what to do. and we're sitting over here like, well, i have friends who are extremely liberal. i have friends who are extremely conservative. i have friends who are extremely in the middle, and they're all black. so we were not a monolith in that regard. and they're just now finding this out for some reason. so the age of information, the internet, social media kind of cracks the control of the democrat party had on the black vote. people are thinking independently. they're talking amongst themselves. they're just more aware they have more access to information. and instead of trying to maybe change the policies, they're insulting voters. i've never seen a political party insult voters for being upset with the results. why do they only do that with black voters? they don't have anything else to give us. they've been keeping

us pretty much in change, ideologically speaking, by way of shame, guilt and fear. so when you lose those aspects and you don't have anything else to give, you're kind of left out to sea without a paddle. and barack obama now saying you're sexist for not wanting to vote for kamala, well, did they say that about hillary? no, they didn't see, the thing about it is, what they don't understand is this we've experienced for years with trump and we've experienced for years with kamala in the white house. yea, granted, she was a vice president, but even biden said and she said they would have done nothing different. so we've experienced those things and we've made a decision based on those two experiences, but they're just not willing to accept that because, as you pointed out earlier, they're not willing to give up power. and they see that power slowly starting to fade away. i think you're exactly right. great analysis. thank you so much for joining prime time democrats

they're afraid that their party and by their party, i mean democrats are going to lose the election. and if i were to pick one, you know, choose right now, as i've sort of believed all along, i do think that donald trump wins because, as you point out, you can't take the most unpopular vice president in the history of polling, swap her out without a primary, put her in, take out the president with the garbage and put her in as the candidate by fiat. and then expect her to magically win based on a campaign that is entirely about hatred. she hates donald trump, and there are a lot of democrats who hate donald trump. but that is not an election. you can't win an election on hatred in america. at least i don't think you can. i still don't think you can in america today. so how did they convince themselves that she was going to run away with this thing? she was so unpopular the whole administration has been

noncitizens off of our voter rolls is anything else other than common sense and constitutional? this is a law that's been on our books since 2006. it was a law that was signed by then democrat governor tim kaine. this is why i find this to be a very, very unreal moment. that is stunning. that they filed this suit 25 days before a presidential election, when in fact, this has been going on in accordance with our constitution, the federal constitution and state law since 2006. it's simple. we just want free and fair elections. democrats are trying to loosen the rules and get republicans to certify the results of an election that hasn't happened yet. will you accept the election results of 2024 no matter what happens? senator, will you accept to commit to the election results in this election cycle, no matter who wins? just simply yes or no. will you commit to accepting the results of this year's election in 2024? will you certify the election results? do you plan to object

or will you accept the results regardless of who wins the election, asking you to accept the results of an election before the election? it's like a waiter demanding you agree that the dinner was good before it was served. and if a republican says, well, let's make sure everything's fair and square before we certify you're called a threat to democracy. but now that trump's up in the polls, democrats are saying trump's already stealing the election. democrat congressman jamie raskin told axios he definitely doesn't assume that trump would use free, fair and honest means to secure a victory. trump is doing whatever he can to try to interfere with the process. and it's not just raskin. another democrat from illinois, says this. i don't know what kind of shenanigans he is planning. we would have to in any election, make sure that all the rules have been followed. now, if democrats really want a fair fight, why are they working so hard to change all the rules? jonathan turley is a fox news

contributor and constitutional law attorney who i call oftentimes before the five. so i can pretend like i look like i know what i'm talking about, professor turley. the shenanigans it looks like are coming from these left wing lawyers that are trying to stop any effort by republicans to make sure voting is easy, but cheating isn't. well, jesse, this is very familiar territory. you know, i've actually been part of the coverage of the last five presidential elections, and every time the margin shrinks, the number of lawyers increase. and you have campaigns that are planning to eke out that perhaps marginal victory through challenges, or at least to protect what margin they have. these lawsuits against virginia, alabama, i are really sort of disconcerting because these are states that are

saying, look, we found non-citizens voting. now, the department of justice says, we think that you you actually identified citizens incorrectly. but alabama says, look, we sent them a form. we put them on the inactive list. we said, you can vote early and you've got to send us back. that form in virginia. they say, look, we this isn't a systemic violation of federal law. these are individual flags that we've received through the department of motor vehicle system, that we have a system that's, as the governor mentioned, has been in place for many, many years. so this is going to be a colossal fight because the states are saying, are you really saying that if we believe that there is a noncitizen voting, that we're not allowed to do anything about it? and so this is just the first salvo of the final election series season. but professor turley, litigation in courts before. now, professor turley, why would the department of justice want to keep likely non-citizens on a

state's voter rolls before an election? why would they want to do that? well, they're insisting that these really are likely citizens, and they're probably your mistake, not theirs. or they missed a box or failed to check the right one. but these states are saying, look, they still got flagged in our system right now, the system is reporting them as having this conflict that they are presumptively non-citizens. and we have a right to pursue that. and what these states are also saying is that, look, you've opposed us at every stage of voter identification to try to, to, to protect these elections. and so these are going to be very heated and heavily fought battles before the election. all right. as always, the lawyers are screwing everything up. no offense, professor, but you know it's true. good to see you. thank you. jesse. do you remember where you were the day biden got cooed? it was sunday, july 21st. kamala remembers.
