that policy. they were released from custody awaiting trial. so instead, included in those were a large number of single men, adult men who went on to commit heinous crimes. so looking back, do you regret the decision to terminate remain in mexico at the beginning of your administration? at the beginning of our administration, within practically hours of taking the oath, the first bill that we offered congress before we worked on infrastructure, before the inflation reduction act, before the chips and science act, before any before the bipartisan safer communities act, the first bill, practically within hours of taking the oath, was a bill to fix our immigration system. yes, ma'am. it was called the u.s. citizen citizenship act of 2021. well, here's the truth. and let us not have revisionist

history, shall we? because on day one, simply with the stroke of a pen, not an act of congress, the harris biden white house, they reversed all of donald trump's border protections with executive orders. and then they bragged about it, and they lied about the border being secure for three years. but take a look at this. so we have rescinded so many trump immigration policies. it would take so much time to list them. we rescinded the remain in mexico policy. we rescinded, of course, the public charge rule that deprived vulnerable migrants from accessing certain critical life benefits. we have restored the deferred action for childhood arrivals program, the daca program. we have rescinded so many and have restored so many that he really dismantled. that's what they did on day

one. and she didn't answer. brett bears question on how many illegal immigrants unvetted did they allow in the country. well, the answer is over 12 million unvetted harris biden illegal immigrants allowed inside of our country, all with the stroke of a pen. many were violent criminals who committed heinous acts. as brett pointed out, against american citizens, dozens of americans dead. dozens have been raped, including children, hundreds of others victims of violent crime. the cost through the roof, three young women that were mentioned during the interview rachel nunn, gary lake and riley rachel moran, mother of five, allegedly murdered by the suspected illegal aliens. others again murdered raped victims of violent crime because of their failure to secure the border and of course, they rescinded every every trump policy. but don't expect an apology to the families of these victims from kamala harris. take a look. jocelyn. gary, rachel moran,

larkin. riley, they are young women who were brutally assaulted and killed by some of the men who were released at the beginning of the administration well before a negotiated bipartisan bill. this is a specific policy decision by your administration to release these men into the country. so what i'm saying to you, do you owe those families really an apology? let me just say, first of all, those are tragic cases. there's no question about that. there is no question about that. and i can't imagine the pain that the families of those victims have experienced for a loss that should not have occurred. so that is true. it is also true that if a border security had actually been passed nine months ago, it would be nine months that we would have had more border agents at the border. so do you owe them an

apology? is what i'm saying. i'll tell you that i am so sorry for her loss. i'm so sorry for her loss. sincerely. but let's talk about what is happening right now with an individual who does not want to participate in solutions. let's talk about that as well. do you want to answer in all fairness, i told you i feel awful for what she and her family have experienced. no apology. and the bill? she's referring to would allow almost 2 million illegal immigrants into the country and amnesty. and a lot of people oppose it. and they had control of both houses of congress, as brett pointed out, even bill clinton, while campaigning for kamala harris, admitted lake and riley would be alive today if her killer had been properly vetted by the harris biden administration. this is what he said. he had a case in georgia not very long ago, didn't you? they made an ad about it, about a young woman who'd been killed by an

immigrant. yeah, well, if they'd all been properly vetted, that probably wouldn't have happened. unfortunately, the borders are. kamala harris takes zero responsibility for the border crisis. and she also doesn't seem to remember calling the border secure, something she repeated along with everyone else in the administration for three long years, or calling for illegal immigration to be decriminalized. take a look. you said repeatedly that the border was secure when, in your mind, did it start becoming a crisis? i think we've had a broken immigration system transcending, by the way, donald trump's administration, even before. let's let's all be honest about that. when it comes to immigration, you supported allowing immigrants in the country illegally to apply for driver's license to qualify for free tuition at universities, to be enrolled in free health care, do you still support those things? listen, that was five years ago, and i'm very clear that i will follow the law. i have made

that statement over and over again, and as vice president of the united states, that's exactly what i've done. not to mention before you, if that's the case, you chose a running mate, tim walz, who governor of minnesota, who signed those very things into state law. so decriminalizing border crossings, like you said in 2019, i do not believe in decriminalizing border crossings. and i've not done that as vice president. i will not do that as president. so these are evolutions that you've had not a matter of following the law. you stated you wanted to change the law. you want to be president. since kamala is trying to duck, dodge and weave the question and blame trump and avoid scrutiny, let's take a look at what really happened. you decide. take a look. would you call the border secure? i think that there is no question that we have to do what the president and i asked congress to do is the first request we make pass a bill to create a pathway to

citizenship. the border is secure. we have to have a secure border. but i am in favor of saying that we're not going to treat people who are undocumented across the border as criminals. that's correct. that is correct. you support giving universal health care medicare for all to people who are in this country illegally. let me just be very clear about this. i am opposed to any policy that would deny in our country, any human being, from access to public safety, public education or public health, period. now, kamala has supported taxpayer funded sex change operations for not only convicts, but illegal immigrants in jail and other inmates. but when brett baer asked about this, you know, bizarre position that i don't think any american can support, can you guess what she did? blame donald trump, the guy that built the wall, implemented the stay in mexico policies and had the lowest illegal immigration in modern history, never supported taxpayer funded sex change

operations for illegal immigrants. but you got to give her an a for effort. take a look. are you still in support of using taxpayer dollars to help prison inmates or detained illegal aliens to transition to another gender? i will follow the law. and it's a law that donald trump actually followed. you're probably familiar with now. it's a public report that under donald trump's administration, these surgeries were available to on a medical necessity basis to people in the federal prison system. and i think, frankly, that ad from the trump campaign is a little bit of like throwing, you know, stones when you're living in a glass house. the trump aides say that he never advocated for that prison policy. and no gender transition surgeries have to take responsible for what happened in your administration. yeah, no surgeries happened in this presidency in black and white. would you still. wow, she's just flat out lying. in fact, the very first taxpayer funded sex change surgery on a

convicted felon was carried out in 2022. yeah, thanks to the harris biden administration. think about that. under kamala harris, your hard earned tax dollars being spent on on costly breast augmentation and other gender altering surgeries to convicted murderers, other fellow felons in prison, and she wants it for illegal immigrants. meanwhile, two thirds of americans are living paycheck to paycheck. check barely getting by amid historic levels of inflation. last month, 3.3% inflation up year over year. in his interview, bret featured this statistic showing a whopping 79% of you the american people, believe this country is on the wrong track. after nearly four years under harris and biden, according to kamala, that's actually donald trump's fault. two can't make it up. more than 70% of people tell the country is on the wrong track. they say the country is on the wrong

track. if it's on the wrong track, that track follows three and a half years of you being vice president and president biden being president. that is what they're saying. 79% of them. why are they saying that if you're turning the page, you've been in office for three and a half years and donald trump has been running for office, but you've been the person holding the office. come on, madam vice president, you know what i'm talking about. you and i both know what i'm talking, i actually don't what are you talking about? what i'm talking about is that over the last decade, people have become your vice president for three and a half years. what? what is she talking about? no wonder she showed up late. they gave brett very limited time. kamala harris is clearly in a state of denial, living in an alternate universe, if you will, where everything bad that ever happened in her administration is the fault of donald trump. she wants to believe that because donald trump just breathes air and insists that things started just happening

scenes. what was going on? yea, obviously. thanks, sean. it's great to see you. it was it was a little tense. we were given the time of 5 p.m. eastern time. obviously, my show is at 6 p.m. they wanted to tape at 5 p.m. we said we were going to tape as live. in other words, roll the tape and then just turned that around unedited, uninterrupted. and but we had to do it before 515. otherwise we couldn't turn the whole machine around before the top of the 6 p.m. show. so we were waiting at 455 and then five, and then 505, and then 510. at 517, the vice president walked out. so it did feel a little bit like they were icing the kicker or trying to. and originally they were talking about 25 minutes and they gave us 20 minutes. and i was fine with any time i was really happy to get the interview, but i knew right away when we

started asking questions, when i started asking questions that this was kind of a sense that she was going to keep on talking and that if i wanted to get through and redirect, i was going to have to interrupt. i don't particularly love to do that, but if i didn't do it, there may have been, you know, four answers in the interview. well, i don't really think you had any choice. and for people that that don't understand the time in tv, if somebody is trying to filibuster or avoiding a direct question, which you did repeatedly, or just going off and using that moment or every moment to attack her opponent as i think she did often in this, in this, what i did like about what you did, i'm i'm guessing you probably had 50 questions in your arsenal that you were ready to ask, questions you would have loved to have gotten to, i'm guessing 75. but what i noticed, and i think you had to do is, for example, you did spend a significant amount of time on immigration. now, i played a lot of tape at the beginning of this show. she

wants to decriminalize illegal immigration. she said it in her own words. she wants free housing, health care, education, sex change, surgeries. she's on tape saying it. you brought up tim wall's position, driver's licenses, free college, a path to citizenship, amnesty. they rescinded all of the trump and they say said it proudly. all of the trump policies that were working trump's chart that he loves so much shows that that's the chart that saved his life in butler, pa. and she just denied it and wouldn't answer. and i was more shocked at her lack of apology to people that died by these unvetted illegal immigrants that came in because of their policies. yeah. so i studied how she's answered immigration before, and it really does go through a tiktok. you know, she says when they first arrive in office, they put forward this bill and it didn't go through. but she

doesn't talk about the bill. it was an amnesty bill for 11 million illegal aliens inside the country over eight years. it they had control of the white house, the senate and the house. and yet the democratic leadership didn't put that bill forward. and the white house really didn't even push it. but she starts there. and then she says, there's this evolution. she tried to do all these things with the president and then they had this comprehensive effort, this bipartisan bill. the bipartisan bill was voted against by eight democrats and it had some major problems that conservatives didn't like. there were about 1.8 million illegal immigrants. that would be let in every year. and there were all kinds of other stipulations that conservatives didn't like, so it didn't have a chance. she says that these things happen very quickly. the one bill and the other bill, there were three and a half years in between them. and in that time, 94 executive orders were rescinded, among them catch and release. and remain in mexico. and that's why a lot of these

people were released. it's, you know, there's different numbers. but if you go by the homeland security secretary, 85% of the apprehensions, it's more than 6 million people. and some of them committed heinous crimes. and that's why i wanted to go down that road. at the beginning. i spent a lot of time on it, but i thought nobody else would go into that depth, and i figured it was worth it. i think it was enlightening, and i think if you didn't follow up and you didn't press it and you didn't inform viewers about what was actually in that bill, because you're right. she gives the same answer. the only answer that i got to give her credit she didn't use is she didn't say, i'm i did. you know, i came from a middle class family. i expected that answer at some point. at one point, you reminded her that she had been in power for three and a half years. she has been saying on the campaign trail, she will fix inflation on day one. she will deal with the border on day one. wasn't day one?

january 20th, 2021? and then at one point she said, well, you know what i mean. and you said, no, i really don't explain tha. yeah, i really didn't. you know, i played the soundbites. remember she had a couple of bites at the apple and a couple of shows. the view, stephen colbert essentially asked the same question. she did it on the view. it got a lot of attention. i think stephen colbert maybe asked it again to try to give a cleanup operatio. i played those sound bites for her and essentially thinking they have to have a different answer now, you know, this many days later and it really didn't have that much substance differently. saying that she would do something differently. so the theme of the campaign is a new way forward and turn the page. and what i said was, if you're turning the page, who are you turning the page on? you were the vice president for the last three and a half year,

and obviously went with some follow ups when she said, you know what i'm talking about. donald trump has been running for ten years. i honestly, i was just being honest. i didn't know what she was talking about. and i was trying to get at what she was saying. so the harris campaign knew that this was going to air tonight. you say that she finally got in the chair at 517. you have to turn this around by 6 p.m. not an easy task in television. they had given you a hard 30 minutes. no more. and my understanding is there actually was 25. and then it went to 20. oh, so they cut back on the time and you know that they're cutting back. it's not exactly easy. how did it end? we know how it started. when she left. how was her campaign. how was she to you when she left. yeah i mean it was cordial and i said, thank you so much, madam vice president for the time. she said, thank you. her peopl,

like probably four people were wrapping me, you know, with bi, you know, moving arms. that's why i looked to the side and said, i've got to i've got to wrap up. you want to keep talking, you want to keep asking questions. but they were very animated. and listen, i hope she comes back. i actually think this is a different take. i think she had a mission that she wanted to do, and maybe she wanted to have a viral moment. she wanted to have a pushback. she came to fox news and she wanted to have a go after donald trump viral moment that plays on a lot of other channels and on social media. and i think she may have gotten that. i think in the interim we had a good exchange. i wish it wasn't so much filibuster. i wish it was just a cordial conversation about policy and follow ups. maybe if we had more time, maybe she'll come back. i don't know. i don't know if she will or not, but i hope she does. and obviously i

success with the voter challengers. they're going to try. and i think that what is really to fear here is put yourself in the mindset that the trump campaign really doesn't think it can win either. the popular vote or the electoral college. you look at this campaign, it makes no sense. he's not trying to add voters. what they want to do is they want to win the election night until the inauguration. and if they can go in and they can violently disrupt these counting centers, how will states be able to certify elections? he burned down a county center in arizona. how does a governor certify those elections? what world are we in then? here with reaction. fox news contributor former speaker of the house newt gingrich is with us, mr. speaker. so she was lying, filibustering, blaming trump. you know, they're calling him a fascist and nazi. they're playing the race card. put it all together. what does this tell you about where they think this race is with 21 days to go? first of all, i just want to say i

thought that brett bayer did an amazing job and a comment that charlamagne the god had said in the radio show. she filibusters and brett broke into her filibuster and disrupted her rhythm. and i think was generally a very bad night for her. not because brett was biased, but because he kept going back to the record and back to the truth and back to clear questions. now, here, i want to be very clear about how really worried i am. you have two enormous threats that are out there that are totally outside the american tradition. the first, which you've indicated a little bit of tonight, is people who are on the left so paranoid, so frightened, so out of touch with reality. you don't know what they're going to do. and i think this is a very real

problem with almost a mental health kind of problem. but it could have very direct, very real consequences. you know, for a long time they thought that the effort to impeach trump would stop him. then they thought that january 6th would stop him. then they thought that the courts would stop him. he just keeps coming. and i think at some point the desperation of those on the left who see him legitimately as the end of their world, which is what he is, will, could lead to activities that really we have to worry about a lot. the other thing, which i don't think is talked about enough, the iranians have clearly said they want to kill trump. now, i've been delighted that speaker johnson has spoken up and said bluntly that an iranian attack on an american political leader would, in fact be an act of war and would lead to war. and even president biden has said that attacking

an american leader would be an act of war. but i think we need to be really concerned because the iranians have a long history of trying to kill people and assassinate people. and so between those two, i think we have to have a constant concern for the safety of president trump because he's showing enormous courage. he continues to campaign. he continues to be vulnerable. he continues to be out with the american people. and yet a tiny percent of the american people verge on being crazy. and the iranians are really have a long history of trying to kill people. so that's my biggest worry from i think barring that, trump is going to be the next president. i think he's going to win, and i think he may win by a shocking margin. let me ask you, will these tactics of play i want to get back to specifically what they're saying because the rhetoric is ratcheted up. i think we got a little bit of a glimpse of their closing argument today. and it's not,

this should have been done a while ago. we have tens of thousands of people that do not intend to vote and don't give a about kamala, trump or anyone else because they don't see how this campaign, this candidacy makes one bit of difference in their lives. and our very own sara carter, she spoke with african-american voters in philadelphia about kamala's promises to them. and here's what they had to say. why do you think she's announcing this new economic policy now? well, because most folks don't know what her economic policy is. so to come out with something, especially targeting black men, we need to know that. yeah, that's just like you giving you telling somebody, well, if you come over here, i'll give you that. it's more so in hindsight. you know, vote for me and this is what it's going to happen. and do you think that those promises are always kept? no. it's a whole no. why do you think she's doing it now

and why not before? because she's trying to get voted in, that's why. but why? why does it target black men? why can't it just be for anybody? of course it's for election purposes. there's a lot of promises made. there's a lot of back scratching, if you will, just to try to get the vote right. but if we don't really look into it before we say yes, just because of that, we could be making a mistake. that's new to me. that's some good news. why do you why why do you think she's doing it now? but i like that though. that's that. that'll get a black man to vote for you. for sure. but all black men. why now? but why now? you said you're going to vote for trump. but why now? as black men, when trump was in office, us black people, it was easier for us to survive. and you can't make this up. meanwhile, her campaign is backtracking yet again. now this time they are out there and they are saying that her economic agenda for black men is really for all americans on a race neutral basis, because the other proposal was unconstitutional. now, if

that's true, then why did she say herself? it was a, quote, opportunity agenda for black men here with reaction. he's the host of making money on the fox business network. our friend charles payne. doesn't it transcend race? doesn't every american go into the store and feel the impact of harris, biden inflation? doesn't every american know the truth about unvetted harris, biden, illegals and the disaster at the border? doesn't every american feel it when they they fill up their gas tank and what they were paying under trump versus what they're paying now, you know, how are our schools and big cities and small towns? how is defund dismantle police? how is america's role in the world working out for people? isn't everybody kind of looking at things? and 80% of americans think we're in the wrong direction? yeah, without a doubt. we all live in the same country. we all deal with the same issues and we all have the same aspirations and the same

dreams. so even to consider carving out which amounted to just a ridiculous, insulting, small chump change kind of plan, you know, it was it was really insulting. just line by line. each one you read, you know, a million, 20,000, $20,000 forgivable loans, you know, $20 billion. hey, i'll give me your vote for wink wink, a forgivable loan of $20,000. you know, biden, harris, they are trying to give college grads $1.4 trillion. now you just mentioned 80% of folks who feel that the country is going in the wrong direction. they gave 1.4 trillion or attempted to the 20% who are enjoying their policies because you know, when inflation goes through the roof and interest rates go through the roof, there's a handful of americans who do even better. but they're already situated. you know, a report came out from the new york fed yesterday, a huge spike in americans who say they're worse off now than a year ago. a huge plunge in the folks who said they were better off this didn't ask by race or gender or anything. they just asked, americans, are you better off

now than you were a year ago? and overwhelmingly the most people? the biggest spike since covid? we're in desperate times right now. yeah. good point. do you see? you know, people say, well, look at the stock market. the stock market's doing so great. and it is. but i believe we're headed for a big correction. and didn't we just get numbers that showed year over year. inflation is up 3.3%. listen the stock market is not the economy. the german stock market is doing great. their economy is in shambles. there are countries out there who are in the stock market. is a reflection of all the money that's being poured into the economy. so when biden and harris poured $2 trillion and said, hey, you need this for covid, they knew what was going to happen. they knew americans would get this money. it's called mpc, a propensity to consume, go to the mall and spend it, and then they would spend even more. and ultimately this money would trickle up to their top 1% of voters, the donors. so the stock market is

with only 20 days to go until election day, donald trump is surging in many swing states, according to a new trafalgar poll. trump is ahead in arizona by a point and a half. another trafalgar poll. trump is up in north carolina by more than two points. in nevada, donald trump kamala harris is separated by less than one point. and meanwhile, a new insider advantage poll this week shows donald trump with a two point lead in the very critical, crucial state of georgia. and today, a brand new marquette law poll showing that donald trump and kamala are tied in the national popular vote. according to the survey. look at this. a staggering 79% of respondents think the country is on the wrong track and breaking. tonight, a brand new fox news poll showing donald trump is leading kamala harris nationally by two points, 50 to 48. now, trump's latest surge even forced npr to admit the

swing state polls are moving in his direction. here, with reaction pollsters robert cahaly and he is with trafalgar insider advantages matt towery. i want everybody, matt, you know, these polls are too close in my head. and in that sense, you know, we thought there was going to be a red wave in 2022. didn't happen. and i keep telling people both on radio and tv, assume that your vote in georgia and north carolina, pennsylvania, wisconsin, michigan, arizona, nevada will be the deciding vote. what say you when you look at these numbers, which are significantly better than they were in 2016 or 20? well, i have several things to say. first of all, bret baier did a great job of that interview. it restores my faith in journalism to see that. let me just go through a list of things, sean, that viewers need to know. first of all, robert and i on your show three weeks ago or so caught this shift. we said that momentum was changing. no one was talking about it then. she was still supposedly on her high. she has lost ground and

trump is not losing any of his momentum right now. he's continuing to gain it. number two, there's good news in georgia for donald trump because that's a solid two. and i polled georgia very tightly and in early turnout, the more trump areas in south georgia and north georgia are turning out at a higher level in georgia than in the main areas where harris has to do well, like dekalb county, cobb county and fulton county. third thing north carolina is concerning. quinnipiac came out with a poll showing trump down three. now, robert and i don't have that, but maybe they polled taking into account the fact that a lot of western north carolina has been wiped out, there's got to be an answer to that, or that's going to be a problem for trump. and then finally, there's been a lot of talk about black males and how she's losing black men. but there hasn't been much talk about the increase in the polls we're seeing among white voters, particularly in swing states like georgia. i'm seeing that number creep up and it's going to trump. what do you think, robert? let's get your take. well, just like matt said, i mean, we caught this trend when

it first started after the second trump assassination attempt that night, we were both in the field and we saw significant difference between the friday and saturday surveys in the same states. so this has been this has been coming. i mean, what is happening is she's coming off the high. people are beginning to learn more about her. and there's a significant amount of tape out there showing her being contradictory. i mean, what the message we keep getting from people is that they don't believe that she believes the things she's saying. she's saying what it takes to get elected. i mean, even tonight in the brett barry interview. and i would agree, brett did a great job. she made the point that she believes in enforcing federal election law. i mean, federal immigration law. i mean, since when these cities that are sanctuary cities are violating the law and she's been nothing but supportive of them. and then she talked about following the law, following the law. but she didn't seem to care when the protesters were doing all the stuff and burning stuff down. back then, she was raising money to get them out

of jail. so, i mean, her inconsistencies are what i think is at the heart of why she seems to be moving downward. but you're right. everybody can't take this for granted. i'll follow the law. but in her own stated words, she wants to change the law. all right, exit questions, i think, matt, that she's been forced into doing these interviews. i think every one of them, especially tonight, have become problematic for her will that will this impact the polls, these fluffy interviews and then this tough interview with brett tonight? well, i don't think it will impact the polls, but i do think that she at least looked like she was fighting tonight and that the bar is so low for her that at least it looked like she could counterpunch a little bit. so in that sense, it probably helped her a little bit. it's not going to change the polls. robert. yeah, i don't think it's going to affect the polls. i think the polls have affected the reason she's doing it. i mean, when she's having obama ask black males to get behind her, that's a real problem. three weeks out from the election. yeah, i think and if
