carl albert, chief of police. i found a body. fox's new mystery series, murder in a small town, is compelling with killer guest stars. accidents happen and you can watch it anytime and every tuesday. are you ready for thi? there's a new mystery to be solved. my husband is missing. i'm going to kill you. i swear. how are your murders? it's going to be a busy couple of days. murder in a small town. all new tuesdays on fox and watch anytime on hulu. life in the fast lane surely make you lose your mind. life in the fast lane. we always knew it was bogus. but now the fbi is driving a stake right through the democrats favorite talking point that the crime rate is down. the bureau quietly updating its data to show a big jump in violence under the biden harris administration. let's break it down. in 2022, the fbi said violent crime rates decreased by 2.1%, but
11:32 pm
now the feds are adjusting that number to show an increase of 4.5%. so when does trump get his apology from david muir, who ever so smugly fact checked him during abc's debate last month? crime here is up and through the roof. despite their fraudulent statements that they made crime in this country is through the roof. president trump, as you know, the fbi says overall violent crime is actually coming down in this country. but excuse me, the fbi defrauded they were defrauding statements. they they didn't include the worst cities. they didn't include the cities with the worst crime. it was a fraud. so, dana, did the fbi acknowledge this change at all, or was this one of the things like, no, they on a friday? no, no, they didn't actually, because that's how you know about it on a wednesday. oh, okay. going into thursday. so got me. yeah. the jobs number. it's like it's like the jobs numbers right. there's these revisions and they come through the thing is unfortunately for kamala harris and biden, these
11:33 pm
came through right before 19 days to go when people are starting to pay attention, like when i pay attention just to the playoffs in baseball. i mean, i know that the dodgers beat the mets 8 to 0. that's all i know. the other thing is, so i watched that network a lo, abc, and i remember this past year there was one night something terrible had happened. crime wise. and for a week they never mentioned it at all. and it was a huge news. and i was thinking about, even with kamala harris last night, if you had never watched fox news, and last night was our first night that you tuned in in order to watch kamala harris, and they were talking about immigration and you, that was the first time you heard that there were three, five, six, 7 million people that came into the country in the first three and a half years of the biden administration, you would have no idea because no one else covered it. remember bill melugin, he'd be down there by himself. griff jenkins, any other reporters there? nope. nowhere to be found. it was the story of their lifetime, and they decided to give it a pass. so these numbers are undercutting their message. i
11:34 pm
would say. all right. so, greg, if trump loses, we can point to this and say they rigged it. i think so, absolutely. don't do it. yeah. summer of joy. remember, the real crime was telling people that the crime that they experienced with their own ears and eyes, victims that it was all in their head, began with the riots when they called the mostly peaceful. and then cnn mocked actual reports of violence. i remember don lemon saying, hey, we went out to dinner. it was a great night in new york. there's no crime. and then, of course, you got david muir and his hair. then cnn two days ago, they a guest brought up the ferguson effect, where police retreat from policing out of fear of retribution, which is real. and then it became the floyd effect. the, the hosts acted like it didn't exist. and abby phillip, the host, actually wrote an article about it for the washington post. so crime deniers, you could argue, are worse than the criminals themselves because they enable the flourishing of the criminality, because they
11:35 pm
themselves are safe. the young woman on the subway, the young mother on the subway, that's all in your head. while the people at cnn and msnbc and at the doj, they get chauffeured to and from pilates and whole foods, probably by an off duty cop, a cop they tried to defund. but my bigger message here is this crime ly shows you how politics has an opportunity cost for every arena of life that it invades. and here the cost is human life. there was a time, i'm sure there was a time when crime wasn't a political issue. when everybody agreed that it was bad, it was like, who would be on the side of the criminals we know. but then somewhere along the line, something happened. a movement, a social justice movement that redefined crime as a necessity, borne of injustice. they're just doing it for food, right? aoc suddenly law and order became oppressive. they politicized crime. and if and
11:36 pm
if you politicize crime, reducing the bad thing, crime becomes worse than the crime itself, which is what they did with illegal immigration. it's what they do with abortion. it's what they do with sexual perversion. if you try to tackle something that's bad, like abortion, we all know it's bad. remember the original, the slogan safe, legal and rare. why would you say that if it was good? yeah. so when trump wants to fight crime, the democrats want to fight for crime. jessica, why must you be so ridiculous? we were born this way. as lady gaga would say, you're wearing a lady gaga shirt. i like that look. two compliments, two shows in a row. what is happening? you gave me that hideous gift of the real clear politics average in the battlegrounds, though. okay, so time to play my favorite game. you cherry picked. okay, so what you didn't mention is that there was a downward revision in the level of violent crime in 2021,
11:37 pm
that was actually a bigger ratio than the upward revision in 2022 and 2021 and 2023 are actually lowest crime rates, violent crime rates that we've seen in decades. i would also note that the homicide rate, which is pretty important, right? people getting murdered, that's unambiguous unambiguously down. and you can check cdc stats against that as well. so david muir has no apologies to give him. oh yes he does because he doesn't know. because still the underlying issue of the fbi stats is that they didn't include they didn't include major cities. yes it is. yes it is. we're arguing over a flaw. but the greater story is that these statistics are fraudulent specificity and said in 2022, the violent crime rate was up 4.5%. when you said that it was down 2.2%, for instance, then maybe we could have a discussion. but you are talking about an overall trend line through that administration. judge, would you like to even when they doctored it, it's
11:38 pm
still wrong. no. jessica tarlov, would you like to refute her, please? okay. jessica, i thought you were calling me jessica. i would never on nine over 11. he loves you on this show. i said that david muir was wrong when he told donald trump that crime was down. and what is so stunning is that abc is this time honored, long revered news station. it's not their brain room or whatever they have is a kindergarten. because i had the stats and i held it up on this show, and i went back to look at the film and it said, new york city didn't respond, los angeles didn't respond. blue cities, i might add, and one third of the police departments in this country did not respond to the fbi request. ergo, there was no clear reporting by the fbi and david muir. okay. but they use it as a political point to trash the left. why is it whenever there's a mistake, i mean, to trash the right
11:39 pm
whenever there's a mistake, it's in the favor of the left, whether it's jobs. yeah. we had 800,000 new jobs. no, you didn't. that was wrong, too. and inflation. oh, no. it's better than you think it is. they were wrong about that too. but here's the bottom line. they used it in the 2022 election. do you remember the governor of new york, kathy hochul, coming and saying crime is a perception. it's not real baloney. you can't walk outside without worrying that someone is either going to shoot you or mug you, or take your pocketbook and we told you, and we brought you the stats and the problem is that the left is so caught up in lies that there is no shock when these federal agencies just patently lie to us, whether it's the intel and the hunter laptop, and whether it's intel and the investigations that domestic terrorists or parents and all this nonsense, the left lies for a political agenda. wow, that cherry picking game. jessica really blew up in your face. did not keep trying.

11:46 pm

11:47 pm
