debate, trump is exhausted? well he wasn't about to let that slide. >> i've gone 48 days now without a rest, and i've got that loser, who doesn't have the energy of a rabbit -- let me tell you something. she should have been last night with the catholics. so all they do is put out sound bites. tell me when you've seen me take even a little bit of a rest. not only am i not -- i'm not even tired. i'm really kill rated. you know why? we're killing her in the polls >> laura: being with him in butler i can tell you his schedule is insane and he's always the guy who's the most energetic at the end of the day. but trump is leading in the real clear politics average of battle ground states by .8 percentage points now. that's a change. this is what the rcp battle ground map looks like and this is just out today. it has trump winning with 312 electoral votes to harris's 226. of course, that's the biggie. and the answer to the most

relevant question in any election year, are you better off than you were four years ago. well, 52% are now saying they are not better off. 39% said they are better off than they were four years ago. this is not a good sign for the party in power. so the elites are sweating. and when i say sweating, i mean really sweating. and that's the focus of tonight's angle. now, of course, as expected, the media is in full-on propaganda mode 24/7. earlier this week, they all got the trump's enemies list memo. >> do they not understand that our freedom is on the line? >> you do understand that he will, he will turn on this country and he will turn us into hungry and will continue by putting his enemies in jail >> laura: turn us into hungary. do these people listen to

themselves? it's the biden doj and biden approve liberal judges and obama's too working overtime to put their political nemesis donald trump in jail even making public new evidence today in the jack smith case in the last month of a presidential election. now chutkan is a complete embarrassment who has long jet send long standing judicial norms about public sizing cases in an election cycle but just as the media has lost its credibility so, too, have those engaging in law fair against donald trump. so nbc was surprised this week when it conducted a panel of lebanese american voters. >> who's voting for kamala harris here? absolutely no. >> no. >> not possible. >> there is nothing she can do or say for us to change our mind. >> why are you voting for donald trump? >> because my main goal is to get someone who is actively funding a genocide out of office

>> laura: and when the harris campaign is confronted with the facts about her loss of support about blacks and latinos, well, they just change the subject. >> there are a number of key groups in the democratic coalition who are not supporting kamala harris in the same numbers that they did for joe biden. where do you think you can make up for what we're seeing in the deficits in the polls? >> well, first of all, dana, no election is exactly like the one previous, right? donald trump is facing historic gender gap with women. and if you look at young women, he may end up losing them by 40, 45 points >> laura: well, but the black male discontent with democrats is real. 20%, according to the new york times poll will vote for trump. that is a big jump. now, it's significant to have people like jim cliburn worried, and he is. so democrats do know they're in trouble here, and beyond

kamala's new weed and loan giveaways proposal, their plan to get black men back in the fold relies on appearances by some black celebs like lizzo and usher. and, of course, the biggest celeb of all and the most, you know, well known elite of them all, barack obama. because scolding a black men as sexist worked so well last week they're sending him out again. by the way michelle's going to join this time that will happen next week as part of harris's closing argument. now, does he seem thrilled about the assignment to you? >> you've got on one side somebody who really just cares about himself. you know, everything's about him. 2:00 a.m. tweets and tirades and kamala's somebody who, you know, comes from modest beginnings who had to fight for what she had and that's the kind of person that i'd want to vote for because i know if push comes to shove she's going to be fighting for me and that's the kind of president that we need.

>> bret: well, that was some unintentional truth telling right there because kamala would fight for people like him, for the elites, whose biggest concern is whether they're going to vacation next summer on the french or italian riviera. so they're sending obama out there to help beat trump. huh. think about that for a moment. obama's the reason we have trump. obama had a real chance to reform washington, to bust up the june party. but instead he just joined it. he and his wife came to dc on the promise that they'd stand up for the little people, but in the end he became the face of the institutions that he pledged to reform. now, let's not forget two years after he was sworn into office, he lost the house of representatives to the same type of people who are now supporting trump. the tea party was born and it became an early indicator that things were turning against the globalists in both parties.

but obama learned nothing from it. instead he lined up to support another elite, hillary clinton, and she also went down in flames. but none of this affected obama's ultimate payday, of course, because he and michelle, doesn't matter really what happened politically they became very rich, book deals, a netflix deal, speaking gigs. so now they feel entitled to lecture black working-class men who are struggling? stephen smith has a few thoughts. >> president obama, what you said is not acceptable. you're basically accusing black men, who come up with a reason to not support kamala harris, as engaging in massage any. when the man in new york was talking about $50 million in prepaid credit cards for immigrants who came across our borders illegally and having prepaid credit cards for them. and i said wait a minute black folks have been starving for years we didn't get that.

you don't think they noticed? is it possible that it's policy as opposed >> laura: policy is the problem that's why they're tuning out barack obama. hundred percent correct. but the media the other media want you to believe trump is out of touch with minorities? didn't look that way in the bronx this week. >> you guys are the same as me, it's the same stuff. we were born the same way. >> yep. >> i grew up in queens and all of that. i mean, you know, i had a great father. i had a bather was a great guy. tough but good, big heart, big, big heart. and he was a construction guy pretty much and a real estate guy. and i learned a lot from him. he was great. but i know you people so well. without knowing you, i know you so well. when i walked in here i said this is home territory. >> laura: now trump's never been

more popular than he is right now despite everything that they've thrown at him. and the world has changed since president obama came on the scene. back then, the democrats could claim that they opposed dick cheyney and all his wars. now they're the party of dick cheyney. back then, they could claim that cheyney and other republicans were the party of the rich, now the republicans are the ones campaigning in the barber shops while the democrats are propped up. obama's still a talented spokesman, don't get me wrong. but i think we all agree now that he speaks for the establishment, not the people. and that's the angle. joining me now josh hawley a missouri senator. senator hawley, how desperate are they now in these closing weeks that they seem to have to have the kind of the line of the day. yesterday it was the enemy's list. day before it was he's unhinged. and now it's he's exhausted?

that's their close? >> yeah, they're incredibly desperate and listen i would be too if kamala were my candidate. you can see with barack obama. the whole thing with bra rock and michelle is try to disappear the harris biden administration. try to make everybody forget that harris is vice-president of the united states and has been for years, and her record is appalling. this is all an attempt to change the subject and laura it's just not going to work because her record is what it is, 15 million illegals or more crime like we've never seen in this country inflation we haven't seen in 40 years. that's kamala's records those are the facts everybody knows it that's why she's losing >> laura: back to my point here is that barack obama is the one who ushered in the era of trump. it was obamacare, it was all the spending, it was -- moved to the left on the social issues. so the tea party was about spending but then the populist sensibility of the republican

party really took off. so he's responsible for it but now he's going to save the party from trump? he delivered trump. >> yeah, you know, obama created the democrat party as corporate america, made them a subsidiary of corporate america and you can see with kamala. who forced out joe biden? let's not forget this. who forced him out? it was the corporate donors who said we've gotten all we can out of biden now we need somebody knew it's going to be kamala. it's perfect that barack obama is out there now stumping for her he is the face of corporate america, their absolute favorite. kamala now is their next choice for who should succeed him essentially and shows you who does corporate america hate? donald trump. who do working class people, who are they lining up to vote for? donald trump. so that tells you all you need to know the corporateist versus the american people and the democrats are owned by corporate america >> laura: the funny thing here also, and on a friday this is the strange stuff i think of. obama's supposed to be this great savior, senator.

he campaigned for andrew gillam, ron desantis won. he campaigned for stacey abrams. she went down in flames. he campaigned for beto o'rourke, that didn't work out so well. he picked hillary and gave her the nod in, you know, 2016. she went down in flames. primarily he picked, you know, joe biden to be his vice-president. so he's made mistake after mistake after mistake but again he's the god here? i don't see it. i mean, he's a talented speaker, i guess, but that whole, you know, that whole callout thing he does is kind of getting old. >> yeah, you know, i think the magic is evaporating and no amount of distraction, however many speeches barack obama gives, however many speeches michelle gives can't change the fact that kamala harris has been vice-president for the last four years and our country is in shambles because of it. you pointed out a second ago, what did people say? are we on the right track or the wrong track.

she made a mistake in how she's approaching blue collar workers. and her vp pick, oh, my gosh, a colossal mistake. and the few interviews she's actually done, they're all mistakes. and of course her entire tenure as vice-president that was one giant mistake. so now the democrats have to be asking themselves, did we make a mistake? is there any indication that kamala is performing better than biden would be performing right now if he remained the nominee? where a is the evidence of that? i mean is she out performing him with core constituencies she needs to win in order to win this election? it could be that buyers remorse is beginning to set in here. but democrats are stuck with her, can't get rid of her now, and the closer we get to the election, well, i think the more voters are seeing there was a reason that they kept kamala

harris under wraps for as long as they d joining us now, delighted, sean duffy cohost of the bottom line and alex marlow, breitbart editor in chief. now, sean, this thing with the al smith dinner, again for people watching, this is a big deal because it kind of sets the stage for a very important constituency in the united states which are catholic voters and tells people a lot about your comfort in this arena as a candidate. what did her skipping this event, sean, tell you as a catholic voter in the united states. >> first off tells me a couple things laura, tells me she's not funny. she can't perform at that level at the dinner, number one. but, number two, she's an affront to the catholic voter, right? to the catholic doctrine. she's the administration that actually is prosecuting pro lifers, they're the administration that sent the fbi to infiltrate catholic churches because they said they may be domestic extremists. so if i was kamala harris i

wouldn't show up at that catholic dinner because one, she hates catholics and i don't think a lot of catholics like her either. >> laura: alex, there are things flying around the internet, we haven't confirmed them about her being mad at her campaign manager for, you know, encouraging her to kind of skip out on this dinner because they were worried they would offend the far left in their own party but nevertheless i think it's a consensus now that that was a huge mistake. how many more mistakes can she afford to make this late in the campaign? >> yeah, she really can't shoot straight right now and her running mate can't even load his own gun so they are really on a cold streak at the moment. it was a great night for president trump, he's sensational in these environments even if you don't like his politics as you and i do laura we love his politics but he's amazing, hilarious just won the funniest people in the world and she sends this video rehits this unfunny snl character that wasn't funny 25 careers ago to attack catholics.

she's losing the demographic joe biden was able to hold on to. she was anointed by the san francisco mafia as i said on your show in the past and getting exposed right now even her antics in the senate the way she came after bret kavanaugh even the papers you may recall said that was ineffective. >> laura: sean another thing people keep reminding me of and i keep forgetting to mention on the show that i think it was the new york times about a yearing a, year and a half ago, wrote a piece about the rocky tenure she was having as vice-president in reference, i think it was a 90% turnover rate in her staff and now you're hearing, you know, the finger pointing is slowly kind of being reported now 18 days out of the election. but if you have a 90% turnover rate with your staff, what does that tell you about your own organization? >> so, listen, if you're new in office, right, just coming to dc you're going to have some turnover. trump had turnover in his first couple years in the administration because he just got there. she was a senator for years before that, you should of very little turnover.

>> laura: he didn't have 90% turnover sean no way, not close to that. >> i know but there was turnover laura. this is massive turnover and in washington, dc, people love to be near power. the vice-presidency is a great place to be. it has to be that bad that 90-some % of your staff leaves or you fire them, that says a lot about kamala harris. by the way she's made a mistake and doubled down on joe biden's policies but also, this is a race of being authentic. donald trump, put him in any venue he's authentically donald kamala harris doesn't know who she is and i think people read that and they don't trust her and they don't like her because they don't know who she is. >> laura: alex, i think it's hysterically funny, along with a lot of other things, that he, donald trump, can go into a setting in the bronx, in this case a barber shop, and he just acts completely like, you know, everyone who knows him that's just who he is. but if you put her in the same setting, she looks like she's

always wondering where the teleprompter is. it never seems natural. i think that resonates poorly with many people. there's no authenticity there. >> you're so right about this. trump and vance both look so comfortable with normal people because they are comfortable with normal people. trump had a 88 line last night where he said she probably brings a teleprompter to dinner with doug. at he perfect. it's not just funny it might be true. how do we know we never see her in a natural setting ever and we never ever will if she becomes president or retires tomorrow. >> laura: sean, vanity fair is thinking this election could be a battle for the bro vote saying all the fights in football track with trump's ma cheese mow identity which has given rise to his mail dominate which has moved from the final stretch of the campaign trail into the sporting arena as harris and running mate tim walz mount a late inning rally to pick off

voters from trump and vance. long-winded passage but let me just say men kind of see what's going in the country, women maybe are all about abortion now? i don't know i'm not sure that's accurate but there is a gender gap, that's for sure. >> and, listen, men don't want to be demonized or ridiculed. they want to be supported, celebrated. we want to protect and provide for the people in our lives and when you denigrate that, i think they're not going to vote for you. and again i think what happened is tim walz and kamala harris have tried to appeal to the male vote. the problem is tim walz doesn't appeal to the male vote. doug doesn't appeal to the male vote. they have these beta males trying to make the pitch to alpha males and you'll never make that pitch. and again i think if they had a joe rogan, dan bongino, i mean real men come out and make the pitch for them. but those men are supporting donald trump so they can't get them on their side and that's why again laura i think you're right you're going to see this massive gender gap but the question is will enough of these men come out to make up the
