the lead on this mandate. china does not think a level playing field is necessary. so and i'll give you an example that everybody can relate to. and i've been using it quite a bit lately because everybody knows tiktok in america. we have deemed it in congress to be chinese spyware because it is. everybody knows that. and they have to shut down on midnight. jan 19, 2025. it's not too far away. that's the will of the people on a bipartisan basis. that's what the american people have decided to do through their representation in congress. the supreme leader takes a different view. he says, why don't i use the american court system to slow this whole thing up and litigate in the united states? so i can't get shut down? and make no mistake about it, every single chinese business is owned by one guy, the supreme leader. you can look at it a different way, but i don't because i'm a realist. i actually do business there. and so the supreme leader in this case is using our courts to stop us from doing the people's will. we can't do that in china. we can't sue the supreme

thousands of people out of unemployment, and they're weak right now. you bring them to their knees, they'll cut a dea. okay, so they put tariffs on us. they're responsible for massive intellectual property theft in this country. a very close friend of mine owns his own company. he has patents. he developed a technology for coating the inside of a combustion engine. he's a brilliant guy. and he totally got ripped off by the communist chinese. and people in other countries. you know, i know the story. it's happened to me 5 or 6 times, i get it, i know exactly what happened to him. there's nothing he can do. he can bring a case, but he will not win. nothing will happen. he has no protection of his own. he'll just waste money. why are we letting lawyers? well, what what actually happens? and i'll give you an example so people understand the granularity of this. let's say you have a product that you're going to use, chinese manufacturing that you used to think was a low cost. you buy the molds, you spend $400,000 on molds, you start making the product. you start selling it in the united states. the

minute it passes $5 million in sales, you're going to see that product on alibaba at two thirds off. and they'll try and put you out of business. you prove the market for them and they're selling it right in here in the united states. there's no way you can protect your ip. they're using your molds to screw you. this story has happened thousands of times. and there's no way we can stop it. so when people come at me with academic studies about changing china's behavior, not to do that, they're not dealing with china like i am. i'm in the real world. these guys do not play by the rules, and the only thing they understand is the stick. we need to give them the stick now, i like i don't like tariffs. these are short term strategies. but if you shut them down and you cause economic pain, they'll come to the table. totally agree with you. and you know, trump would occasionally say, and people get mad. we could be a stupid country sometimes we allow the communist chinese tens and tens of thousands. we now know because of harris, biden open
