in that short amount of time? if the doj wins will they put people back on the voter rolls? what i am curious about, is this a predicate to challenge the election results after november 4th? >> it is rather overwrought by the administration because these states have all these systems by which people can vote and they don't know who these people are. they are not targeting any particular group. instead you've got the nuclear option, leave them on the roles which doesn't seem like a good option but this is a game where when the music stops you need to have a chair and usually it stops around the injunctive relief stage, one bite at this apple before we hit the election in all practicality. will: the doj is saying do nothing, put everybody on the roles regardless. i fear this is just a set up
