the members of the house of representatives delegate or congregate as states. and each state has one vote. that means that when you have states that have representatives or democrats and republicans, they have to come to an agreement or no agreement and decide whether to select one candidate or the other. in this case or none of the two. and then it can it will only become president wouldn't have the majority of the states that his 26 states in the house of representatives voting for them to become president. it's a very convoluted process. it will not go smoothly, it would be a disaster in fact. arthel: yes, yes it would be that new congress that would decide is my understanding. correct this event generally six that yes it will start on january 6. but if it is like 1800 where they went through 36 votes it could go on for weeks. arthel: okay, walk me through this now. donald trump and kamala harris
