legal battles over the election are getting nastier. kamala's lord up to the teeth. she calls this voter protection. recorded they are changing the rules of the -- at the last minute. that is exactly what happened in virginia today. recently, governor youngkin cleansed around 1600 noncitizens from the voter rolls. but a federal judge just ruled that these noncitizens must be put back on the rolls. young king says he has been cleaning up voter rolls for years. it is in the virginia constitution. but it has to be done. but biden/harris took young into court and a federal judge said, no, no, no, no, illegal voters have to stay active in virginia. so why is the federal government putting this hard to make sure noncitizens can vote? >> the outrageous decision goes against the very bedrock of our democracy and thankfully regina governor glenn youngkin has done a terrific job, working hard to fix this problem, removing

they are on the dmv rolls. it says you are noncitizens what you cannot prove citizenship. you are of the voter rolls. pretty logical. not systemic. individualized. and that is systemic. now, i would argue that yucking is right. we will see how this goes. that is pretty individuals. you have a self identified as a noncitizen. what is there an argument for you to be voting? the bigger issue, jesse, is the manner. >> why would they want to be on the record as encouraging legalese or not noncitizens to vote right before an election? after the last election went haywire because of these allegations? >> and i just in regina. four, every other state, the biden/harris and restoration when i say that the ogeka trip is exactly where to look directly to the biden/harris and restoration who controls the doj, has made a concerted effort in every state to take every step possible to ensure no one
