sheriff's office in austin. both of them denied that same exact open records request, and sent it up to the attorney general's office, harris. >> harris: before the ego, real quickly -- i don't know if you know the answer to this, but is there a traditional i.c.e. hold time. max? is it traditional for a prisoner or suspect? >> there isn't. i know from covering a lot of cases in harris county that the district attorney office want to keep the suspect in the jail because they want them to be prosecuted here. so usually what will happen is they look at the suspects inside the jail until the case is prosecuted, then that is when i.c.e. will get involved. from covering so many cases in harris county, it could take years for cases to even through the court system. on the mom i spoke to said she's been in contact with prosecutors. they told her it could take up to three years.

>> harris: that is so much money we spend, my mind goes to, why can't they just deport them connect brooke taylor, than thank you. i don't know how astounded we really can be, because we know the number of illegals committed crimes, we don't even know where they are. 425,018 people, and 13,000 of them have committed murders in the previous countries. >> gerri: this just shows you have , how we have no internal enforcement. we focus on the border and think about the number of illegals coming over the border. but in fact this problem is coast-to-coast. throughout the interior, something has to happen. >> harris: kayleigh, i know you have a connection now with the story and texas. >> kayleigh: my husband called me, i just picked up my daughter from school, and he said "you need to call me back quickly." a young man he went hunting with name grayson davis, 29 years old, he had met him before, was killed by an alleged illegal

"the new york times" also hitching up men who are not in favor of harris, riding, "in quiet conversations, some female harris supporters cannot shake the uneasy feeling that men in their lives are struggling to

support a woman, especially black and south asian woman, even if they don't want to admit it." harris, i don't think kamala's overwhelming problem is sexism. >> harris: i'm surprised that this argument is being brought up eight days out. like, personal victimization? when americans are struggling with affordability in this country? when they are so many issues going on? why would you focus the argument -- i almost can understand why she would focus it on trump, because democrats think that hate wins against him. but why would a woman who is supposed to be strong and a reader and all that want to make yourself seem like a victim? particularly eight days out, when you got to prove your strength and readiness as a former prosecutor? >> kayleigh: absolutely. lee, they have an idea -- at least the governor of maine does, janet mills. she said, "if she were a middle-age man, would you think tiffany about it?" maybe that's the answer. we'll call her ken harris and think you people think

differently. not the problem for kamala harris. >> lee: she's not going to gain votes from that and it's pretty wild that you see so many on the left, including "the new york times," writing a postmortem before the election. how much does that show their faith of where this election is heading? to her point, they should be talking about substantive issues, and if you really want to go there, i would say that there are more voters who are upset that their party can't even define what a woman is, not that kamala harris is a woman. >> harris: take a bow. >> gerri: don't hide behind this. this is sad. i agree with harris that it doesn't show strength at all. in fact, it shows just the opposite. "i'm a victim, i'm a woman, people are picking on me!" that's what it sounds like to my ears. can i show you some numbers? i look some up for this. women have been running for federal office forever, okay? he was the first woman to serve in congress? jeannette rankin in 1916. hello, this is not new. people are familiar with this. do you know that over the course of this republic 200 women have

run for president? so don't give me that "the voters just aren't hip enough to understand what's going on. they're not on the page. they are sexist." i don't buy it. >> kayleigh: tammy, kamala harris' try to separate herself from this argument. hillary talked about breaking glass ceilings. she has not done that, probably intentionally, which is why i find it so interesting. maybe denier times is making the argument for her? >> tammy: she can't make that argument because it was a losing argument even then. this is a reflection of the training for generations. the training that it's all about identity politics. everything revolves around gender or race or sex or sexual orientation. that's why the democratic party is in the condition it's in right now, because it is literally unreal. they are focusing on the unreal. i think some 25 year old helping with that opinion is really thinking that still. that is indoctrination. when that is your focus, you can't deal with the economy.

nothing is as real as the malignant narcissism of being a victim, that everything is about you. well, no. trump understands everything is about the american people. that is the difference. and the democratic party will not recover until they get out of this. the transgender argument is the boiling down of this. the ultimate intimacy of identity politics that should be private, that keeps you away from looking at the reality of the world as an individual. that is the cancer of the feminist movement and of the american left end of the left were applied. are at a turning point. in the next two weeks we are going to hopefully smash it to some degree. >> harris: i just looked this up because i was so surprised to hear that the number was high. victoria cliff in woodhall, in 1872, is the first woman to run for united states president. and then it goes on from there. the number is not reported as some, but it's a lot.
