county in pennsylvania, more registered republicans than democrats. we visited the field office in this important county, they are using specific data to target voters, primarily trump supporters who have never voted or sometimes voted, republicans think they have a shot to flip bucks red. the strategy relies on thousands of especiallily trained 47 volunteers establishing relationships with new voters and encouraging early voting. >> we get out low propensity voters in bucks county, 7000 of them, that is tdifference. democrats have done a better job in past years, this year we'll get our people out to vote. we have gotten 9% of those

people to vote, president trump would have been the president right now. we will not make that mistake again. >> democratic game plan is more traditional, they are spending more than republicans ads, attacking trump as fascist, jajosh shapiro thinking this strategy will work again here. >> donald trump won here by 44,000 votes in 2016. each time that segment of voters in the middle here, they end up voting against extremism. pennsylvania has history of stopping extremism and voting common sense. >> the presidential race in pennsylvania is a toss-up and so is the senate race. rankings have shifted senate races in michigan, wisconsin and pennsylvania from lean democrat to toss-up. today is last day to get a mail-in ballot in pennsylvania. there have been long lines throughout the commonwealth,
10:05 am
democrats had 3-1 advantage on that vote in 2020. john, that is down so far in pennsylvania to a 2-1 advantage and trump campaign is feeling confident about that. john. >> john: last time bucks county went republican, i've gone back through last four presidencies, might have been 1998. give me a second here, i believe probably '88, last time it went republican. trump really thinks they might be able to flip bucks county this time around? not bucks? >> right, this was plus four biden county, john, last election. right? they believe now that advantage with plus six, plus seven thousand republican vote, if they can get close, don't have to win, bucks, if they are close
10:06 am
to the advantage biden had, that could bode well for the campaign in southeast part of the state. bucks is so important, they take it as microcosm of the southeast portion of the state. you have a mix of entire economy, they feel good about their ground game. of the four philadelphia suburbs, this is only one that could be potentially close or winnable. other three suburbs, philadelphia, that is where president biden won pennsylvania. they racked up a ton of votes there. if harris is going to win, it will be montgomery, chester and delaware. this could be assign of how well their ground game is if they keep it close in bucks. >> john: we shall see what we see. thank you. sandra. >> sandra: that is factually correct, john, touch screen with james freeman. night, they could win 55 seats, this would be a big change in the senate. >> yeah, not sure, 51 on curve polling is optimistic. these are tight races. if polls are right, big if, if election held today, probably more than 51. basically that reflects a lot of confidence republicans pick up that west virginia seat that joe manchin vacated and feel good about montana against john tester. we head to this way, more of the 55, maybe 56 range then talking about wisconsin, pennsylvania, the michigan, as well, another race they probably thought they would be feeling better about. you will have mike rogers on later and he'll talk approximate closing that gap. >> sandra: love that tease. thank you. moving to presidential race and key toss-ups, watching the blue wall. dig into the touch screen and have fun here as we look at the

lean republican. richard, that could take a number of true battlegrounds down to six. >> richard: it could and be clear, this election is very, very, very close. you heard that from the trump campaign and harris campaign, they are saying it is close and we're doing everything we can. harris is working on three things, getting to their coalition and mobilizing their coalition and we've seen she made gains with african american men, gains with black women and getting undecided voters. tonight, the backdrop is the white house, this country is 248 years old, it is important for american people to see potential of a woman leading the country could be. >> john: backdrop is one thing, it is articulated last time somebody was there was january 6, that will come up and other dark things she's talking about

trump. >> it is a huge tactical and strategic mistake on her campaign's behalf. election will not be decided in washington, d.c. we know the battlegrounds. her biggest challenge, reason she is where she is in the polls is this has been fundamentally centered under a disqualification argument and all candidate need to define their poen pons. she has reached that point and gone beyond it and she talked about the to-do list, the problem politically and in reality, everyone knows what donald trump's to-do list is. immigration and economy. if you said that to americans about vice president harris, what is on the to-do list. answer is negative stuff about him and why he shouldn't be, no one knows what that is. if the answer is it will get delivered in front of the white

house, larger question is, it is a little late. >> john: yeah, to alex's pousa action said enough calling trump a fascist, what you need to focus on in the closing days of the election is policy differences. purely negative attacks on trump's character are less effective than messaging that include positive details about kamala harris' details. focusing on trump's behavior can be effective lead in to talking about substantive policy, not effective moving vote choice on its own. i remember covering the gore campaign in 2000. one thing they hammered in last two weeks of the campaign was compare and contrast with george bush. it was not calling him names. >> richard: i think me and alex are watching different movies,

the movie i'm watching, movie on which on both sides, we were having a conversation of who used the word before the fascist, donald trump called kamala harris a fascist and she's called him a fascist. beyond name calling, one side you have to-do list that is largest child tax credit, making sure small businesses have what they need, legalizing marijuana. it is protecting women's reproductive health. other side, you have buzzwords, we'll fix economy, fix immigration, you don't have a clear policy or road on how the former president will do that. >> john: he has his record. >> remember how he started, not what he will do tomorrow. >> john: in 2019 he took action. >> i don't disagree, what the former president articulated over the campaign, think about yesterday, don't think about
