wrote it down at the dmv. every republican attorney general signed to an amecus brief, how helpful will that be when the supreme court makes their decision? >> from new hampshire to texas, think about this, save act supported by speaker johnson, which would require you to be a u.s. citizen to participate in elections. democrat point against that, each individual state has their own mechanism to ensure noncitizens are not on voter rolls. now you have a state that is doing that, law signed by a democrats and same people on the left opposing save act saying states could fix this are suing virginia to stop us from doing that. that shows how rare common sense is in washington, d.c., they

airbnb was trashed by suspected tren de aragua members leaving $16,000 worth of damage. carrie march tease is the host of that airbnb so sorry this has happened. can you describe what your airbnb looked like before and after? >> well, i have put all my energy and love into this property to make it beautiful for my guests. it's a beautiful place. everybody loved it. we have been hosting for two years i showed up here and my house was completely destroyed. i couldn't believe it. >> in what way. liquor bottles and drug use. when you walked in, what did you see? >> i saw my living space empty. we had furniture, beautiful pieces, artwork. the artwork was on the floor.

we -- the walls were dirty. the carpetings were stained. there was gum and cigarettes and just bottles of alcohol everywhere, bags of drugs. it was a horrible scene when i walked into my house. i couldn't believe i was actually living this because until you live it, you are like is this even something that could happen to people but it's very real. and this group of people are doing it to people like me. >> carley: why do you think that the people who engt ared the property from you were members of tren de aragua? >> when we spoke to the police, this is what investigation linked to this related to my house and gunshots my neighbor also heard. >> carley: oh my gosh, they were firing guns in your house, too? >> yes. apparently that's what happened. my neighbor reported it. when the police came over, they were looking for gun shells.

of your money into this airbnb to make it beautiful so that you could support yourself and your family. now you are out 16,000 bucks. and you can't rent out the property while it's damaged. so what are you going to do? >> yes, correct. so at the moment we have to figure out, first, how to fix things, call contractors, get all the bids and, you know, we are hoping that airbnb will show up and cover everything. at the moment they have been cooperating so that has been a good sign. but probably we're not going to be able to rent our property for about a month until we get everything fixed. we're not going to have guests in our house and definitely this is something that helped us pay our bills, our mortgage. keeps us being able to afford this beautiful home but it's the home that i plan to retire on, so it's a very difficult situation because it puts me
