president was truly trying to be helpful to the cause. a lot of the narrative, if you listen to some people in the mainstream media, is that this comedian that said this at the trump rally, that he is just a racist. and the trump supporters that agreed with what he said. now, despite that, there is comedian if you look at his past comments he said this about every single race of people. that's what he does. this didn't come out of donald trump's mouth. but then you have got joe biden a step further. he told the country what he truly feels. he feels like all of the trump supporters are garbage. the people that heard about this here in pennsylvania, they are kind of ticked off about it but they're not surprised. >> brian: look what pennsylvania brings to the table. by the way, a big story. and joe biden, this is why they kept him off the stump because he is undisciplined. he is a rage machine. he makes other comments, too.

all those stories you hear about him being sidelined and angry turn out there is a reason why george clooney turned on him and knifed in the back by nancy pelosi and betrayed by barack obama. they felt as though they had no choice. if you look at pennsylvania. 1 electoral votes. the early vote so far got 1.4 million going in, plus. but, 58% have been democrat, 32% have been republican. so, that's a significant advantage. >> steve: right. here's the thing. politico has got a great analysis of the early voting across the battleground states. and it is shocking some pollsters because women are -- women are outpacing men in battleground states by 10 points. 55 to 45. the implications are unclear and you don't know exactly who they are voting for but we do know you look at the demographics women seem to favor kamala

harris. and that explains apparently what they think is her path to winning next tuesday because she leads in the suburbs as well. brand new "wall street journal" poll she is up by 7. up by 6 in brand new ipsos poll regarding the suburbs. if those hold, those suburban voters would be enough to offset her giant losses in the black and latino communities her path to victory is through the suburbs, they say. >> ainsley: i'm curious when you talk to the folks that are there in the diner. do they live in the suburbs or are they in the big cities? where do they live and what are their opinions? >> lawrence: let's go talk to them. let's tale talk with some folks. left off. how are you doing, ma'am? you are on "fox & friends" right now. what's your name? >> christina.

will win just because the economy is so bad for people and the typical state counties like pittsburgh, philadelphia, those people are working people and they're really feeling the crunch. so i think that makes a difference. >> lawrence: y'all voted for donald trump in 2016. 2020 y'all went back to joe but only by 81,000. >> yeah. >> lawrence: why is this time different? >> i think we have had four years of failure and people are tired of it. they really felt that failure at the grocery store and their own families. education system is bad. the country is dangerous. so these are matters that matter to me as a mom. and i'm tired of that. i'm tired of that it is personal. >> lawrence: thank you so much, ma'am, i appreciate you. guys, as you can see, they are talking about the issues. those mom and pop stores. just being able to go to the grocery store. yeah, they are upset about what the president said about, you know, calling essentially this

entire room garbage but that's not what really matters. what matters is when they go to the grocery stores and they can't afford things. >> steve: well put, it's all about the money. bread and butter issues. >> ainsley: we look at hollywood a. listers cow -- lawrence spoke with voters in lancaster where criminal investigation is underway 2500 forms were flagged for potential fraud. >> steve: gw law professor jonathan turley joins us with analysis. jonathan, good to have you. >> thank you. >> steve: in past elections we have heard about problems after the election. at least they are working on these things now before the election. and so, we know that there were like 2500 vert registration forms there was something wrong with them. and so they have set them aside. is this normal or is it something bigger?

>> well, we have seen this pattern before. and you are absolutely right. we should take a more positive view of this. in that these are being picked up. you have people who are doing their job and pulling out these suspicious registrations we have seen this pattern. cottage industry of registering people. a lot of money from the parties, from the government to register they're registered by obviously the nudge of people that they can effectively harvest or get registrations from that produces rather negative incentive. people begin to cut corners or according to some these accusations just knowingly create invalid registrations. it's good that they're picking it up. we just don't know the scope of this. we are seeing this in multiple districts. that's what we don't quite know at this point. >> ainsley: jonathan, they are saying they are looking at overabundance of voter

registration forms i know they get a lot in the mail but they are saying this is more than normal? >> yeah. part of the thing. a lot of states have tried to make it easier to register a lot of money going to registration drives that can be a perfect storm when those are in the hands of the wrong people. so, we're seeing a lot of these forms that are highly suspicious and potentially criminal but many of these are simply invalid. so these officials are trying to do a catch-up game. because, you know, we don't have a lot of runway here when these registration forms come in. they have got to spot them, pull them. investigate them. and we have got an election barreling down this track. >> brian: right. so, jonathan, let's take a look at some of the supreme court challenges. they say they know they are going to play a role. let's get this going. for example, in virginia. they said there were some illegal immigrants according to the governor on those rolls wanted to clean them up. they said you can't do that

where does that stand right now from what you see play out in the lower courts? >> well, the lower courts did not go well for the state of virginia. we are waiting for the supreme court's decision. i have to tell you i'm very sympathetic with virginia here. what virginia is saying quite simple. they are saying it's a keim. these people said that they were non-citizens and they are appearing on our voting rolls. it's a crime to do that. and so, we have what i think is a very reasonable system. it gets kicked back by the dmv because of what these people said. and then virginia says cure it. if there is some problem with what you put down, you have got 14 days. and even if we reject you, after 14 days, you can still vote with a provisional ballot. now, for some reason, the biden-harris administration decided to go with the nuclear option and said we want them back on the voting rolls. and two lower courts agreed with them. we are waiting to see if the supreme court will intervene.

i think there is grounds to intervene here. but, we'll see. the supreme court is not eager to intervene in any of these cases. they would like this cup to pass from their lips. but this is one that may be difficult. >> brian: okay. a few others there. they agreed not to intervene? they haven't decided yet. >> ainsley: goes to the supreme court now. >> brian: i thought they did decide. >> john: we are waiting for a final decision of the supreme court. i have not heard that they made a final decision. >> steve: the department of justice responded yesterday. that's the latest. lawrence, back to you. >> lawrence: jonathan, i'm curious and i have heard from some folks here already what is going on with some of these voter lines with the vote over the weekend the lines were long. but i was told that these poll workers are allowing all the people to vote in my home state. but, some people are have some concerns about pennsylvania. can you tell us what reports you're hearing on this? >> jonathan: yeah, and this is

very concerning because we actually have fox interviews with people who were turned away around 2:30 or so in the afternoon, that's before the end of the period by which can you demand these ballots. and some of them were told they had computer problems. some said they had staffing problems. and it's quite frustrating. you know, this is the key state in the election. and we're now having staffing and computer problems. it's not like this is rocket science. you know, elon musk just captured a booster rocket, what with what looked like a grilling tongue. that's tough. what should not be tough is getting out ballots and keeping open until 5:00 p.m. >> ainsley: making us all wonder will we know the results next wednesday? >> steve: t minus 6 until blast off. jonathan, thank you for joining us live. great analysis. >> jonathan: thank you. >> steve: you bet.

country. and now you see somebody who is welcoming them in. i mean last night harris said she puts country ahead of party and self, unfortunately she puts illegal aliens ahead of country. >> ainsley: why? why? and how do you -- we're showing your picture -- a picture of your son, that's drew right there on your screen that was killed 14 years ago. why do you think she is doing this? >> well, i know she did it at the time for votes. she was running for attorney general. i even remember before any of this happened reading an article in the "l.a. times" where they were saying that she needed a big, you know, the people in southern california had no idea who she was. and she needed a big turnout from hispanics in southern california to win the attorney general race. so, you know, her position -- and i can't say what it was, you

know, that far before, became -- they commit crimes. we're not going to prosecute them. >> ainsley: how did the man who killed your son -- he was pulled over five months before. why was he still in our country or why wasn't he behind bars? >> well, he was in the country illegally. he had been given temporary protective status, which actually allowed him to get a driver's license. he failed the test twice before he was caught driving the wrong way on a oneway street with no license. and she refused -- not only did she refuse to prosecute. she dropped the charges of driving without a license and no insurance. and just let him go. and, like you said, a few months later, he killed my son. he had been caught again not caught he had tried to get a driver's license a third time and failed the test. but he kept driving because they

didn't care one of the things a lot of people will say oh, driving without a license isn't a big deal. well, at the time and it hasn't changed a whole lot at the time over 7500 people a year, which was about 23% of all traffic fatalities w were caused by unlicensed drivers. i think a crime that kills 7500 people a year is pretty serious. she didn't and they just, you know -- and it wasn't just my son's case. every case like that they refused to prosecute. >> ainsley: don, how do you wake up every day? i'm a mom. i can't imagine what you go through i can tell you one thing, it doesn't get any better and i really feel horrible every time i hear one of these cases and our organization gets involved because i know what it's going to be. it never ends. and in some respects, after the panic ever the first, you know, couple of weeks when it happens

taken somebody that has nothing to do with the party. nothing to do with us. said something and they try and make a big deal. bar and grill. >> bill: trump is going to be here in rocky mountain, north carolina today to hold a rally. fifth campaign event in north carolina since last week. he will then travel to green bay, wisconsin later today where he will hold another rally, and he is going to have a surprise guest there take a look. former green bay packers legendary quarterback brett favre will attend and is expected to speak at that rally. he announced just last month he has been diagnosed with parkinson's' disease as is he battling that. back out here live the early voting numbers in north carolina have been staggering. the state is reporting that as of yesterday, 3.2 million north carolinians have already cast an early ballot. that accounts for 40% of registered voters in the entire state, brian. they are getting started early out here. back to you.
