these results to who knows, who knows where. very unfortunate. very unfortunate. last time we got more votes than any sitting president in the history of our country. but they lost, they said. we're also endorsed by somebody that loves healthy people. he wants to make our country so healthy. he's a great guy. he wants to make -- he has a big thing on the environment. i tell you what, that's okay. he can't touch liquid gold, bobby. bobby kennedy, robert f. kennedy jr., rfk jr., and he's going to work. and he does -- he's very strong on the pesticides, all the different things. we don't have a healthy country. when you look at our country
11:01 am
compared to our countries. we're not a healthy country. he says, we're going to make a healthy country. bobby, do me a favor, don't touch the oil and gas. let me handle that. i'll handle the oil and gas. we're not going to let him get involved. we're not going to let him get involved in the oil and gas. no. we're going to be very careful with our liquid gold. that's one of the biggest assets we have as a country. we have more liquid gold than anybody, including saudi arabia. tulsi gabbard, a woman of common sense. buzz aldrin, the great astronaut, highly respected. but i thought it was unusual, because we have a lot of people that endorsed us and thought it was -- did you notice, "the washington post," the
11:02 am
"los angeles times," all these papers they're not endorsing anybody. you know what they're really saying? because they only endorse democrats. they're saying this democrat is no good, they're no good, and think i'm doing a great job, they just don't want to say it. and "usa today," congratulations. i just heard "usa today" has not endorsed -- they said, we're not going to endorse. that means they think she's no good. buzz aldrin is very interesting, because -- great astronaut, but he's not the youngest person in this room, but he's very sound man and great, looks fantastic. what he did is he said i've never endorsed anybody in my life before, like general kellogg. i've never endorsed -- he started endorsing me about a minute after i announced i was running. he's a smart general, right? one minute or was it 30 seconds?
11:03 am
buzz aldrin, the first time in his life, he said this is the first time i've made an endorsement. never made an endorsement. i'm endorsing donald j. trump. isn't that nice? thank you, buzz aldrin. i like him too. i've always admired him. kamala and joe call them, all of those people i just named, all of the people here -- and i think probably more than 200 million people in this country. we don't know how many we have, because the borders have been opened so badly you don't know. other countries can tell you approximately what they have. i don't think this country knows. let's say you had 350 million people. if she won, you'd have 600 million people in about three years. people coming from all over the world, we'll have that pretty soon anyway, but we'll deport them out of here fast.
11:04 am
let's say 225 million people. she's essentially -- and he's calling them garbage. they're a team, by the way. oh, she hated that last night when she heard that, although honestly i don't think she's smart enough to know what it really means. what that meant, that makes deplorable look like baby stuff, right? deplorable -- remember hillary? she said deplorable and irredeemable. what a terrible term to use irredeemable. i think it's worse, right? you know what's worse than anything. garbage. we're garbage. we're garbage. i call you the heart and soul of america. you're the people that built america. together on november 5th, we're going to bring our country back to levels of greatness never seen before.
11:05 am
i tell you -- look, north carolina has been -- you know, when you just win a place -- i love you. i love alabama. in alabama, i win by 48 points. even you haven't done that. tennessee. we have so many great states that love us. you know the nice thing is, when you have a place that you can just rely on, where you can really rely on -- i love you too. the look at her. she's so beautiful. she's all excited. i love it. i do. and there's mr. wall. see that jacket. he's one of the smart people. he makes a lot of money as a professional, but he likes these rallies. i think it's 279 rallies. can you believe it? he likes trump. he likes trump. i like him. i feel comfortable, because it's
11:06 am
a wall. we always needed a wall. one day i'm going to find out where you bought that suit and i'm going to wear it to one lass sad. we've done this for nine years. we had the greatest rallies in the history of the world. chancellors, prime ministers, people would tell me they watch the rallies from europe. everybody watches our rallies. everybody loves our rallies. we never have an empty seat. they try to demean us, like that horrible, horrible person that i debated where she said, and people leave early. nobody leaves early. if i saw them leave early, you know what i would say? ladies and gentlemen, thank you very much, make america great again and i'd leave, right? that way -- i've never had to do that. i'm very capable of doing that. nobody says -- people leave early. i hit her hard on that. we have the greatest rallies in the world. there's never an empty seat. nobody leaves early.
11:07 am
and they said -- fake news people like brit hume, say, oh, he fell into a trap. it's not a trap. when somebody says something and it's wrong, you like to say, no, that's about -- takes about five seconds, and you want to put it on-the-record that they're wrong. he fell into a trap. the real trap was you had david muir during the debate, i had the biden debate, and that didn't work out for well for him. then he had the other one. i think i did better in the second one with her. she talked about the -- what are you doing to about the come i? well, i grew up in an area where i had a grass yard. i actually think in a certain way biden was better than her. okay? but, you know, you had david muir. i said crime is soaring all our nation, the migrant are pouring
11:08 am
in. he stopped me, crime is not soaring. crime is going down, because he believed the fbi statistics which were a fraud. then the following day, crime was soaring at levels that -- >> all right. former president trump, a rally in rocky mount, north carolina, hoping to win the tar heel state a week from yesterday. we'll see how the voting will go. we want to pull out of this because we have other breaking news. >> let's go to the white house now, karine jean-pierre is taking to the podium there, perhaps with questions about what we heard from the president last night. let's take a listen. >> he was regarding to the comedian, and i quote, i refer to the hateful rhetoric about puerto rico, his demonization is
11:09 am
unconscionable. that's all i meant to say. the comments at the rally don't reflect who we are as a nation. to your other question that you asked, no, he does not view trump supporters or anybody who supports trump as garbage. that is not what he views. the president has said this for more than three years now. he has said multiple times that he's a president for all. it doesn't matter if you live in a red state. it doesn't matter if you live in a blue state. he's said this himself. i've said it on his behalf. he believes he's a president for all. it doesn't matter who you voted for. doesn't matter if you voted for him or not, he's a president for all. but hateful rhetoric, hateful rhetoric that he hears -- this is something we've done many times from here. we will call that out. we will call that out. that's what the president said. >> does he have any regret for not being more -- his language was not specific. it came out, if you were
11:10 am
listening to that video -- >> i was in the room. i was in the room. >> i'm sure you were. but if you were any sort of normal person listening to that video, looking at the clips online, you could come to the conclusion that he was calling at minimum this one man garbage, or if not, all trump supporters garbage. does he regret not being more precise with his language and does he also -- >> i'm waiting for the question to end. >> just a second. i apologize. the second part is, does he have any regret for how this has shadowed vice president harris' campaign? >> a couple things there, because there's a lot that you laid out. so, look, the president wanted to clarify, because he understood that what he may have said was being -- he understood that what he was saying was being taken out of context, so he wanted to be very, very clear about what he was trying to say i just read that out once over.
11:11 am
you all have the tweet or statement on "x." if you want to read it right now, feel free to do so. he was talking about hateful rhetoric. we've called out hateful rhetoric from here. we have. obviously this hateful rhetoric was about a particular community, a community that the -- the puerto rican community. they're americans. this is a community that he respects. and he wanted to make sure he called that out. it should be. at the same time the president is a president for all. he will continue to do so, continue to serve for everyone. i want to step back for a second, because this is really important. yesterday we went to baltimore, maryland. he announced a $3 billion project in baltimore. that $3 billion project is going to help 27 states.
11:12 am
11 of those states are -- have republican governors. this is what this president cares about, making sure that people who are in need get the need -- get the assistance that they need, right? we talked about -- he talked about port -- port infrastructure. we went to baltimore. obviously we know what happened a couple months ago with one of the bridges there, $147 million for maryland in particular. just think about it, 27 states, 11 states are republican governors. this is -- we're talking about the inflation reduction act, which only democrats voted for. republicans didn't vote for that. republicans tried to repeal that. let's not forget what the speaker said yesterday about aca, wanted to repeal aca. wanted to repeal aca, which would hurt millions of americans. that's what the president wants to focus on, which is why he wanted to make sure he clarified what he said. if there's hateful rhetoric that
11:13 am
is being said about communities, americans, communities across this country, he's going to speak out about it. it's not the first time that he said so. >> just briefly, heading back to the middle east this week, a revised cease-fire examination, and can you -- >> so a couple things. following israel's response in a self-defense against iran, senior u.s. officials are following up on a range of matters in the region and with israeli counterparts. bill burns will be in cairo on thursday to engage with egyptian counterparts -- >> all right. so a couple things, john, that we just heard from the white house, as we are anticipating she would probably get right into those remarks by president biden last night that have since gone viral. to be sure, his exact words were, and you can pull it yourself, the only garbage i see floating out there is his
11:14 am
supporters. they are not just saying that he had a gaffe or, you know, made . they're trying to say he didn't say it at all. joe biden has put out on his twitter account, as she just pointed us to "x" for that statement, saying, quote, earlier today -- put it out at almost midnight last night, or whoever -- earlier today i referred to the hateful rhetoric spewed at madison square garden about puerto ricans. his demonization is unconscionable. that's all i meant to say. >> the words in your heart are usually the first ones to come out of your lips. maybe it was a gaffe. i don't know. here's the thing. it's completely changed the narrative from where it was 24 hours ago. it's put kamala harris on the defensive now. she was asked about this at
11:15 am
andrews air force base as she was on her way to north carolina. and now, as you did in september of 2016, when hillary clinton said half of his voters i would be in a basket of deplorables. the trump supporters believe they're being called garden, which will motivate his base. you know, you talk about two big events in 2016. one was when james comey said, hillary clinton, we've opened up the investigation again, into her emails. the other one was the basket of deplorables. both those things helped push trump over the top. certainly he's changed the narrative, put kamala harris on the defensive, energized trump's base, and maybe independents will vote for him. >> they did try to clean this sun. kjp said biden does not view trump supporters or anyone who supports trump as garbage.
11:16 am
john? >> let's chew this over more with the deputy press secretary for the dnc and steve hilton, fox news contributor. jose, first of all, the president may or may not have intended to say it. certainly in 2016 hillary clinton was deliberate about deplorables. this has inexorably turned the narrative of the campaign in the final days. >> six days out, talk about a couple october surprises for you, right? this is politics at its best. i will say this. this does not go away from the fact that it wasn't just the comedian that spoke garbage, because he did speak garbage. that's what president biden was talking about, the sort of hate and division that trump and his team have been spewing, not just during this rally, but the last eight years. we have to remember, let's go back for a second, in 2016, when he came down and announced his
11:17 am
campaign going down an escalator and said that latinos are criminals. this is what -- >> and latinos are supporting him this time around. >> well, let me tell you this, unfortunately i will say, there is disinformation, a lot of disinformation out there. this president has done more for latinos than any other president in modern history. that's a fact. not only with the economy, 15 million jobs, but also with the border. the crossings have gone down because joe biden has done what republicans re refused to do sie day one. >> steve, if you look at the record of the trump administration, latinos did quite well economically as did other minority voters, including black americans. they did well. african american men increased their earning power by 12.7%. i'm not sure what jose is talking about, about misinformation. i said that donald trump is gaining support among latino voters, and that's not
11:18 am
disinformation. >> it is an absolute political revolution going on. back in the day, before trump was a candidate for the gop going back to 2012, you saw a 50-point lead for the democrat versus the republican among latinos. now a recent poll, when biden was still the candidate, the same poll, by the way, that gave obama a 50-point lead among latinos, "the new york times"/siena gave trump a lead. latinos did well under the policies of the trump administration. you you look at the story about garbage, about what biden said, they can deny it all they like. as you said, we heard it. it's there on the tape. why would could be trying to distance herself from it if it wasn't true and incredibly damaging? the real reason it's so damaging, it's not just this one incident. you see it's time and time again, in this campaign from kamala harris herself, the way
11:19 am
she speaks about trump and his supporters. she by implication is calling trump supporters fascists. she's dividing the country. >> and jose, it wasn't just kamala harris who was distancing herself from what biden said last night. listen to what alyssa slot kin, locked in a tough senate race in the state of michigan against it. she said, he shouldn't have said it. it's inappropriate. that kind of talk is the last thing we need in our politics. this is the same thing the democrats were saying about that comedian who said what he said on sunday afternoon. but she's talking not about some comedian, some insult comic who built his reputation like don rickles. she's talking about the president of the united states. >> well, there were folks talking about the vice president of the united states, which is kamala harris, that they were
11:20 am
saying she was a prostitue, controlled by pimps. folks, we got to call a spade a spade. let me say quickly this information on latinos. >> are you trying an equivalence about what a comedian or a random speaker said with what the president of the united states said? >> the president of the united states was referring to the comedian himself. he was not referring to the american people. >> he says in -- that's what he says in retrospect, but look at the words that came out of his mouth when they came out of his mouth. >> no, that's not true. on the disinformation, there's a lot of republicans out there saying kamala harris is a socialist when she's not. when you have a former president, on donald trump, that wants to militarize the department of justice, use the military on the american people. he said it himself. >> he never said that. >> he doesn't recognize the 2020 election. that's what they do in venezuela. i invite my friends watching the
11:21 am
program today actually research what people are doing. both kamala and donald trump. look at their policies, look at their actions, not just their words. that's what's going to make a difference come november 5th. >> steve, quick final word with you, with the caveat that donald trump never said he'd sic the military on the american people, he would quell demonstrations that turned violent. steve? >> what donald trump said in that rally, it was an important line. he said, you can't lead america unless you love americans. the reason this is a big story because we know from the years now of the way in which not just biden and harris, the obamas, hillary, all of them, look down their noses at the movement that trump was built, condescending, patronnizing, self-righteous and sanctimonious, and it's not a partisan point. no one thinks bill clinton behaves like this, or thinks
11:22 am
like that about his fellow citizens. it's a new trend among the democrats in charge of the party to really dismiss and despise people who support donald trump. and i think they're going to pay the price for that come election day. >> all right, gentlemen. we still got a few days left in this campaign. thank you for being with us. jose and steve, thank you so much. appreciate it. now this. >> the only -- only result that really makes sense, what virginia was trying to do, was take people off the ballot who are not voters because they're not americans. >> all right. brand-new reaction as the supreme court hands a major victory to virginia, just days before the election. >> and could one voting group in the swing states hold the key to who will win the white house? bret baier joins us with new analysis coming up next. >> let's try to get prices down on things. >> i grow to the grocery store, i get four bags of groceries and
11:23 am
it's a hundred dollars with no meat. >> they are working people, feeling the crunch. there's an old saying in the navy that the toughest job in the navy is a navy wife. and if you've made the deployments and you've been the wife at home, or you've been the spouse at home, you understand what i'm talking about. your spouse has earned the right to apply for a va home loan. the newday 100 loan allows you to borrow up to 100% of your home's value. so if you're in a situation where you need some help financially, give us a call.

>> confusion shrouding the early voting prosecute in pennsylvania, where some voters were turned away after an election office shut down, was cut off, and they said nobody after this is getting in. we're live in bucks county. could this set the stage for a potential legal battle in the keystone state? >> >> the legal battle is already here. the trump campaign today said they sued bucks county to extend the on-command in-person mail-in voting period. the final day was yesterday in bucks county. didn't go well. here's the chair of the rnc.
11:28 am
>> we'll fight this thing in court. what we ask of you is to stay in line. >> looking at the video provided by the rnc, you can see this line of people cut off by a sign that was about 2 1/2 hours before the 5:00 p.m. deadline people thought they had. on-demand mail-in voting is a process unique to pennsylvania. it's not technically early voting, but a county-run method to fill the ballot out in a spot. it takes 10-15 minutes. because of that, bucks county officials say the 5:00 deadline was only for those applying to receive a mail-in ballot, not submit one. you can understand why people were confused. >> last week the department of state asked counties to plan to ensure every registered voter in line by 5:00 today is provided with the opportunity to apply for and submit a mail ballot application. so if you're in line today, and that 5:00 p.m. deadline is
11:29 am
approaching, counties must give you the opportunity to apply for your mail-in ballot. >> so you can see, he said there, that the counties must give you the opportunity to apply for the ballot, not necessarily submit. after similar confusion over the weekend, a group of republican representatives sent a letter to bucks county essentially warning that cutting people off in lines would be seen as disenfranchising, and urged them to be better prepared. a voter here who has a mail-in ballot, they can still submit it, mail in it. republicans favor this on-demand mail-in voting, and feel the trump campaign have been targeted. >> some people can't come back on election day. one fellow said his wife is expecting a baby on the 5th, so he won't be able to the voting place. actual voting, they turned folks away. sandra? >> bucks county, pennsylvania, could be key on who decides -- who is the tigard deciding win s
11:30 am
race. bret baier is here, the editor and exand anchor. you identified what? >> righted. i said there's a new poll out, quinnipiac, of pennsylvania, with trump up one over kamala harris. that's a new poll, showing a shift in this particular poll from october 9th by about four points toward trump, that shift. you know, that's significant. pennsylvania is a ballgame. i mean, if trump wins pennsylvania, he has a 90% chance of winning the election. you know, where we were just talking about, bucks county, suburban philadelphia, this has been kind of a democratic stronghold. it's been tight, but biden won it by four-plus points. clinton won it by a little bit, one point. it hasn't been won by the gop since 1988. it's always tight.
11:31 am
it's suburban philly. that's the path the vice president thinks she can go, suburban detroit, suburban atlanta . >> the governor called it the swingiest of counties. we'll watch that on election night. karine jean-pierre set out on a major mission to clean up the president's remarks last night where he appeared to call trump supporters garbage. he said, the only garbage i see floating out there is his supporters. karine jean-pierre said this out of the gate about that. >> he was not calling trump supporters garbage, which is why he put out -- this is why he wanted to make sure that we put out a statement that clarified,
11:32 am
what he meant, trying to say. i want to make that clear for folks watching. i want to read that out to folks. he was regarding to the comedian, and i quote i referred to the hateful rhetoric about puerto rico spewed by trump's supporter at his madison square garden rally at garden, which is the only word i can think of to describe it. his demonization of latinos is unconscionable. that's all i meant to say. the comments at the rally don't reflect who we are as a nation. to your question -- your other question that you asked, no, he does not view trump supporters, or anybody who supports trump, as garbage. >> so it was an attempted clarification. do you think voters, or those who are offend thanked by this, will buy that? >> listen, this is a major cleanup on aisle five. they've tried to do it, and that
11:33 am
shows how big it is. the former president referenced it at the rally. you'll see it again at another rally. j.d. vance has talked about it on "x" and other places. this does fall in the line of deplorables from hillary clinton. that did have an impact a lot of people think about how people felt about how she was talking down to people. think about this. this happened in the white house, within shouting distance of where this rally is happening. having been to the white house, you can hear everything on the ellipse. saying president trump is a threat to democracy, dangerous and unstable. the president is calling supporters garbage. >> nikki haley on your show last night, on "special report,"
11:34 am
talking about personalities when it comes to this election. >> i'm choosing policy over personality. that's what we have to do to move america forward. when it comes to policies, living our life from an economy, having immigration under control, being energy dominant, getting national security, those things affect every american family. we need to vote on policy and not personality. >> it wasn't focused on personality, because that's it for some people, who say they can't vote for donald trump. did she take it on a way that's meaningful to the non-maga republican voters, bret? >> she talks about the policy, lays it out, why it's important in her mind to vote for donald trump. she went after the trump campaign, the comedian, the masculinity, especially a problem for suburban women. will she is going to pennsylvania for dave mccormack,
11:35 am
that senate race. but they could deploy her in the final days. we'll see if that happens or not. >> that sets up big question marks in the final hours and days. the "wall street journal" hit on that, too, by saying haley has made her peace with donald trump. not all of her supporters have. it reads, haley's strongest backing came from suburban areas where presidential elections are often decided, meaning suburbanites are especially valuable voters. >> i should point out, when the former president talks about this, he always talks about how he beat her by this many points in her own state of north carolina. >> so true. great to see you bret. we'll see in a couple different states the next couple days. >> pennsylvania tomorrow. michigan on friday. >> bret, thank you so much. john? >> haley would be an asset with women voters. the supreme court forcing rfk jr. to stay on two critical swing state ballots. fox news legal editor on whether this is unusual coming up next.

>> between the hours of 1:00 and 3:00 in the afternoon things move at the speed of news. they continue to do so. just moments ago we heard from alexandria, following the lawsuit being filed in bucks county, pennsylvania, over closing down early voting. guess what. that lawsuit has now been settled. let's bring in our fox news legal editor with the results. >> looks like extended voting will be a few days. the gop won. people were saying, we have reporting to confirm that people were being turned away before 5:00 p.m., causing angst on the ground for understandable reasons, but it's been resolved. >> three extra days of early voting in bucks county, pennsylvania. that goes through november 1st. another big victory, when

they are. the federalist broke who some of those counties were. they had officials telling them, yes, in fact they've received suspicious requests, separated them, investigating those. it's interesting, given the fact these are from the local officials, the district attorney levels. >> we will be watching that closely. great to see you. >> thank you. >> john, we're going to take a quick spin on the touchscreen with brian talking the economy in vegas next. okay everyone, our mission is to provide complete, balanced nutrition for strength and energy. yay - woo hoo! ensure, with 27 vitamins and minerals, nutrients for immune health. and ensure complete with 30 grams of protein.
