stirred up amongst the populace. i think it's a dangerous game they are playing. i think it's born out of desperation. and i think it's going to work, but they know exactly what they're doing. >> jesse: so everybody is doing this early vote, they are looking at these ballots. there's all these propositions. no one can understand it. they are worded in ways that make it purposely opaque so people don't check the right thing. are they going to legalize cannabis in florida? do you support that as governor? >> this is amendment three. you made a great point. he made a great point. it's very opaque. this is an amendment to the constitution. i tell folks in florida unless you are 100% sure you're going to be good -- it's going to be good, your default should be no. we have legal marijuana in florida. we have almost 1 million floridians that have the marijuana card. jesse, not all 1 million of them have debilitating illnesses. it is what it is, right?
