8:00 pm
[cheering and applause] >> trace: i'm trace gallagher it's 11:00 p.m. in the east coast, 8:00 here in los angeles and this is america's late news, fox news and i.
8:01 pm
breaking tonight it might be better for the harris walls campaign and those associated with the campaign to just stop talking altogether because first there was this. >> donald trump has got this big rally going at madison square garden. there is a direct parallel to a big rally that happened in the mid-1930s at madison square garden. >> trace: followed by president biotin saying the quiet part out loud. >> they are good, decent honourable people. the only garbage i see is the supporters. it seems unconscionable. >> trace: today mark cuban suggesting that republican women are weak and not intelligent. >> donald trump you never see him around strong intelligent women. ever. it's just that simple. >> trace: democrats melting down all over again. this time its about trump and of the trash truck.
8:02 pm
>> the hypocrisy over a missed statement by joe biden which he quickly corrected is so laughable. >> stop trying to co-opt this argument that he is now the victim. he and his supporters are giving no grace to a gaffe by president biden. >> trace: maybe she can help democrats to clean things up. first to the senior white house correspondent peter do see on harris and her special guest in las vegas. good evening. >> good evening. air force two and vice president harris just landed here in las vegas for her last stop of a very long day that was spent trying to cast donald trump as overbearing towards women. >> here's where i'm going to quote. whether the women like it or not he does not believe women should have the agency and authority to
8:03 pm
make decisions about their own bodies. >> the vice president trying to make it sound like donald trump has a new threat. it's worth pointing out the line she's referring to was about threats from bad actors crossing the border. here it is. >> whether the women like it or not ongoing to protect them. i'm going to protect them from migrants coming in. >> our colleagues at fox news poured over expense reports finding checks written this fall in september for more than $100,000 for multiple groups working to get out the black vote despite groups calling to defund the police. none of that is reflected in anything the vp is talking about. pitching herself as a centrist in the southwest. >> i pledge to you to seek common ground and common sense solutions to the challenges you face.
8:04 pm
i will tell you i am not looking to score political points, i'm looking to make progress. unlike donald trump, i don't believe that people who disagree with me are the enemy. he wants to put them in jail. i will give them a seat at the table. >> the vice president lost a couple news cycles trying to clean up after president biden's slip that he think trump supporters are garbage. she would rather have people talking about the trump msg rally over the weekend and the comedian who made comments about puerto rico and she's going to do that a few minutes from right now with a special guest at her rally here in las vegas. gonna for lopez who was going to speak but sadly will not sing. >> trace: just like beyonce.
8:05 pm
peter thank you. meantime former president from campaigning in western states as well today. even new mexico which has not gone red since george w. bush won back into thousand four. >> new mexico has been a fairly reliable stronghold for democrats. the state hasn't voted for a republican president since 2004. former president trump says he's optimistic about his chances there. >> they say republican can't win but we are going to win it, you've got to keep the votes honest. keep the votes honest. >> many election forecasters have moved the state from solidly democrat to just lean democrat with some polls putting the former president within striking distance of vice president kamala harris. trump also blitzed nevada and arizona and while both campaigns
8:06 pm
are looking to win over his -- hispanic voters, the gender gap has been a focus for the harris and trump teams. take a listen to these comments from billionaire mark cuban on the view that have ignited a firestorm among republican women >> you never see him around strong, intelligent women ever. it's just that simple. >> he's now playing some cleanup that he knows many strong intelligent women who are voting for trump. and denies saying that female voters aren't smart. that hasn't stopped blowback from the top republicans who called him a sexist, disgrace and accused vp harris of staying silent. we've also heard from the trump campaign calling the comments insulting, urging the vice president to condemn them also. >> trace: live for us in new york, think you.
8:07 pm
-- thank you. >> trace: the common sense department things everyone involved in or around the harris walls campaign might just want to pipe down for the remainder of the race. every time they speak they dig the hole deeper and deeper. joe biden calling half the country garbage was just starting to leave the headlines and here comes harris walz it surrogate and billionaire mark cuban of the view saying this about donald trump quote you never see him with strong intelligent women. ever. adbert? has he lost his mind to? common sense has interviewed and dealt with and worked with dozens of women in and around donald trump's life. his campaign and his previous administration. that doesn't include his supermodel entrepreneur julie designer multilingual author of a wife. or his supremely successful daughters and granddaughters. as mark cuban heard of people like...
8:08 pm
to name just a few. they are not just smart and strong, they are among the countries smartest and strongest. they are thoughtful and kind but be advised because they are bad ... hundreds of other women in trump's atmosphere. and to think that just last night common sense thought joe biden's comment was garbage. let's bring in house republican conference chairwoman, the highest ranking republican woman in the house, new york representative... it's great to have you on the show. on what the gate take we are going to talk about the mark cuban comment but i want to get you take if i can on the breaking news coming out of the white house. this is the white house's stenography statements. it says our stenography office transcript released to our district which includes the national archives is now different than the version edited and released to the public or the press office staff.
8:09 pm
the conclusion on this is they edited president biden's statement in print what he said to the latino conference. they added the ', what you make of that? >> it's a disgrace and it's illegal which is white immediately i lead with jamie comber to demand all documents be preserved because this is a violation of the presidential records act. the reality is that the american people heard, joe biden called the 250 million americans garbage. we are patriots, we are proud trump supporters and it's a disgrace that the president of the united states would make a statement like that and then kamala harris would fail to condemn it. no amount of cover-up by the white house press office is going to make up for this. we heard it and this is a violation of federal law and we will hold them accountable. >> trace: made the statement emulated the statement which is, we're good to hear a lot about
8:10 pm
this. what you think of mark cuban saying that trump is never around strong, intelligent women >> it's a disgrace. kamala harris has been silent on this. she needs to condemn it. the far left and the democrats have an uncanny ability of saying what they really think in their disdain for patriotic americans. first they called us deplorable scat than they smeared us as. joe biden called us garbage and now you have mark cuban, the top ballet of kamala harris saying there's no smart and intelligent women around president trump. nothing could be further from the truth. both president trump's presidential campaigns in 2016 and 2020 forward managed by strong intelligent women. i'm proud to be the highest-ranking woman in congress. i was the first member of congress to endorse president trump. he has strong intelligent working around him all... it's a smear on tens of millions of hardworking women. gold star moms and wives. women from the factory floors to the executive suites are
8:11 pm
probably supporting president trump. it's a disgrace and the democrats are revealing who they really are is there disdain and relieve their vitriolic against patriotic americans who may be have different political opinions but the reality is president trump is going to fight for all women's opportunity. >> trace: the house education committee releasing it's findings on anti-semitism on college campuses. the house reported anti-semitism astounding concessions to the organizers of illegal encampments. deliberately chose to withhold support from jewish students over... i've got 15 seconds but it's crazy how one-sided this report is. >> it's a bombshell, this is why it was the most viewed testimony the failure of university presidents to show leadership and protected jewish students on campus. its bombshell after bombshell, 400,000 documents have been released. the american people are reviewing this and it's a disgrace.
8:12 pm
we will hold them accountable and protected jewish students on campus. >> trace: thank you for your time we appreciate it as always. >> thank you. >> whether the women like it or not i'm going to protect them. i'm going to protect them from migrants coming in. i'm going to protect them from foreign countries that want to hit us with missiles. i'm going to do it weather the women like it or not. >> it is very offensive to women in terms of not understanding their agency, their authority, they're right and their ability to make decisions about their own lives. >> trace: the democrats and the media slamming trump for what they believe is an offensive comment about protecting women from the deadly wave of violence caught on by the migrant crime crisis. let's bring in steve hilton and
8:13 pm
... i think it's kind of amazing because at least jake tapper and the wherewithal to say you are just lying again. at least he was reasonable enough to say this about the comment where trump says he's going to protect all women. >> when trump said he was going to do something for women whether they like it or not, whether the women like it or not he was talking about protecting women. you can take issue with the language but he wasn't saying he was going to do whatever he wanted. >> trace: the whole thing is it's amazing how the left takes the name -- him out of context and they are lying about this like they lied about so many other things. >> she lies about him, she lies about herself, what she believes. she lies about her own policies. the whole thing is a string of lies and it's insulting and offensive and it's an insult to the intelligence of every american. you listen to her speeches it's a complete embarrassment. it's like it's written by
8:14 pm
chatgpt. these complete platitudes. this person has -- you can see now why she plummeted out of the primary the first time around without a single vote. she is a comically inept candidate and it is collapsing as we head into election day. >> i wonder when they use the word collapsing is because we just learned a short time ago that all of a sudden they have put new hampshire as a toss-up state now. the numbers are starting to really kind of come through in these last days and you think there's a little bit of panic coming from the democratic side, what you think? >> her campaign is a complete meltdown. you know what was the best thing that could've happened to the campaign is to get kamala harris in front of the public and put her on as many interviews. let the nation, let the world see and experience what we in california have known for years that she can't string a sentence together. put her words al is out there and let the public digest them
8:15 pm
as they will. >> they are just coming fast and furious. alexandra of casio cortez said this about doug m half being a good representation of masculinity. >> we've had a lot of poor examples i think of masculinity and men. dog really is the contrast of that. he knows that by lifting up women, he's also lifting up himself and the men around him as well. >> trace: save for slapping the one girlfriend and impregnating the nanny. aside from that. >> the shamelessness of this. what it really shows you and the mark cuban comment itself which is idiotic and insulting but also ignorance. you can add to the list of people not just trump appointing the first female campaign manager, brooke rollins running
8:16 pm
domestic policy. they say they are the champions of woman when they are standing behind someone accused of some of the most heinous things a man can do to a woman. it is a total joke. >> "the new york times" writes the following here. vice president kamala harris strategist may have thought they were avoiding problems by keeping president biden hold up in the white house but now they may need to take away his zoom password as well. do you think the garbage comment will affected? they say this is going to affect the campaign. do you think will have an impact or is it something that goes away as the new cycle transitions? >> you are right. everyone who's saying that he set the quiet part out loud is spot on. not only did he say the quiet part out loud, it's clear that that's how they talk about the american people behind closed doors. they've been treating us all like garbage for the past four years with the high cost of inflation, our gas, our groceries, the rising cost of energy. it's too where people in the
8:17 pm
central valley can't even afford when the temperatures are 107 degrees, they can't afford to run their air conditioning. so that's not treating us very nice and i don't think that anybody here feels very joyful either. >> trace: got ten seconds for you if you want to add to that. >> you can take it back further. from the moment that trump appeared on the political scene they been patronizing, condescending, looking down their noses at this whole movement when all the movement wants is to lift up working people who have been let down by those exact people for so long. >> trace: we appreciate it. five days and counting in the legacy media is wrapping up its efforts to call out almost everything and anything. donald trump kevin corke's live in d.c. with the very latest on this. >> if you like president trump then you are probably loving this everyman approach during the home stretch of the campaign. even if many of the media hate it after mr. trump appeared to
8:18 pm
-- he appeared to his fans in a garbage truck. come on that's kind of cool if you like the guy. this all happened after the current president made a remark that appeared to basically call trump supporters garbage. that is of course if you listen to the mainstream media, you might think this is much to do about nothing, it's overblown, the gap that should have never happened. a g.o.p. freak out, it's absurd. 's dumbest stunts yet. for them this is all wildly overblown but to mr. trump's benefit. >> the hypocrisy over a misstatement by joe biden which he corrected is so laughable. this guy does this every day. they had to refuse to listen to the actual sentence joe biden spoke. they had to refuse to look at the written words of that
8:19 pm
sentence. they had to refuse to understand english grammar. >> i think it's really sad that he's appealing to the working man, like the blue-collar worker. i know that was about garbage but he also wants to look like he can rub elbows at a mcdonald's. >> did you hear that? i think it's sad that he's trying to appeal to the common man. still mr. trump appears to be basking in his home stretch hubbub, mentioning the garbage gaffe in rallies yesterday and again today... impeccable timing somewhat say. >> trace: let's bring in... let's play some more of the media furious about trump and the trash truck. >> he's already said he's going to come after people like general john kelly, people who.
8:20 pm
>> you and i might be sharing a cell in six months from now. >> he wants to ban muslims, he wants to deport muslims and he wants to start internment camps. >> this garbage truck thing is not the first time that donald trump, a former president but also former reality tv star has produced events to drive a message in a way that's hard to look away from. that's the point right? >> he rented a garbage truck and put his name on the side. shouldn't they have put him in the back of that? >> you look at the trump campaign and you go there staff must take him, why are they doing these things to him. >> trace: i don't know if they hate the orange vest or mcdonald's apron anymore. >> the only one they hate is donald trump and it's coming from all these voices on msnbc and cnn and the view. they refused to acknowledge a simple fact that this was a huge mistake from the democrats to
8:21 pm
even try to walk these statements back with the 'claim. it's bringing more attention to it and the more they complain about this the more that they gaslight him. just reminds people that actually donald trump is the same one in all of this, not the crazy lunatic who is going nuts because a politician that they don't like actually started to get some attention. >> trace: we played the sound bite earlier, label throw him in jail. relax. >> the side that's lying is the side that's losing. what we're seeing hear, hear is donald trump's absolute genius or bringing out the lowest qualities in his haters and his enemies and what he did with the mcdonald's stunt and with the trash truck is he revealed once again the utter contempt that
8:22 pm
the leftist elites have for average people and hardworking americans in these jobs that we all rely on to survive. them coping and seething at him rubbing elbows with average americans is nothing but the purest jealousy because they know that they can't do that out of just sheer contempt or regular hardworking americans. >> j.d. vance on joe rogan talking about the trump assassination attempt. >> i'm like oh, my god, they just killed him. i was so passed but then i go into fight or flight mode with my kids. we are at a mini golf place in cincinnati, ohio. i grabbed my kids and i throw them in the car, go home and load all my guns. >> trace: good interview jason? >> it was a fantastic interview. tells you why they are talking to joe rogan who actually gets
8:23 pm
to know these people and introduce that side of them to millions. no wonder kamala harris doesn't want to do it. >> of course. looking at j.d. vance sitting there like a normal person talking to joe rogan about his kids. this is the thing that you really want to and a campaign on. an average guy appealing to average guys. >> trace: tonight the trump banner fight goes to florida's famous 38 to a man who's been flying trump banners against the county's demands for years. he's been fine now -- find $63,000 but he's not taking them down. later harris campaign releasing an ad reminding women they can vote anyway they want. mark cuban suggesting trump doesn't hang out with weak and unintelligent women. let us know, can they fend for themselves?
8:24 pm
8:25 pm
8:26 pm
8:27 pm
8:28 pm
8:29 pm
>> trace: a florida man says local authorities are violating his right to speed -- free speech by finding him $50 a day by putting up banners of donald trump on his home. owen flores famous 30... the fines are now at 63,000 plus dollars. let's bring in... it's great to have you on the show. three years, $63,000 in fines but you say that -- the trump signs will stay up, tell us why. >> i'm fighting my first amendment rights. they have tried to come in and say their rights are better than my first memory right and they can't -- cannot supersede my first amended right. we've had signs blow down.
8:30 pm
i keep fighting and i've had people offer to pay. i tell them i've got it and we will stand up and we are standing strong and learned a lot about... we've done it, we fought a battle, we are winning. we have people stopping by and they are proud of us. we've had a great time with it. like i said if the signs are not coming down because i'm going to make the judge ruled. it's been 42 months and it's time to fight the battle and make them say something. >> trace: i drove by your house, it was a different sign a couple of years ago. what has reaction been from the people who live around there and the people who travel around there, what is the reaction? mostly positive or negative. >> we are 98% positive. we've had people come by that i very proud of us. they are proud we are doing it.
8:31 pm
we've had a few bad people come by and say a few things. we always got something else we can say back to them but we've done a great job. the community has been great. that county is 90% republican. it's been great and he's also backing us up so it's great. >> trace: because of this whole thing with joe biden saying how the country's garbage, a guy repeatedly putting up trump signs, would you think of that comment? >> it's just garbage in itself because basically i started out my parents were schoolteachers, i was brought up hard. i drove a school bus and put myself through my college degree and i flipped hamburgers for 20 years. i'm not above doing anything and he worked at mcdonald's. he drove the trash truck. these guys are here letting you know that nothing is too good
8:32 pm
for america. we are a rock-solid country and have rock-solid people. this is a fight against good versus evil and it's time real americans stand up rock-solid. >> trace: best of luck to you. come back and fill us in and keep us up to speed on what's happening. >> thank you very much, appreciated. i've got a new sign it dropping on tuesday, the day trump is going to win and it's going to say who's your daddy and thank you very much. >> trace: thank you marvin, best of luck. >> a lot of democrats believe when voters vote they went and with abortion being about -- much bigger issue this time around, democrats did historically well, perhaps democrats will surprise a lot of folks and do historically well come next tuesday. >> trace: despite the majority of recent polling favouring former president trump, some of the media are still holding on hope for a harris victory. let's bring in...
8:33 pm
what are the poles, the insider advantage poles saying about this race? >> our poles are about where all the other posters are. pennsylvania is a one point race with trump ahead, wisconsin we had him up by one. i think that was tied and then michigan is up by one. but these are very close races in terms of the polling. that doesn't mean they will necessarily be a close election night. this could broaden out. as pollsters we have to do certain things to try to make sure we hit the demographic performances of various groups in states and sometimes we are right and sometimes we are wrong >> trace: on want to put this up because this is the rcp average over the past three elections. you see currently they have the former president at .4% up. in 2020 joe biden had a 7.4 percentage lead at this time and
8:34 pm
hillary clinton was up at one point three at this time, what does that tell you? >> it's one of two things. i've been telling everyone. it's either the fact that we are going to see a big bump for donald trump because historically as you just mentioned, of these averages, i was a little better than the average but nevertheless, these averages have been beneath where donald trump actually performs. the one thing we don't know is if some of these pollsters had change their methodology this time so they are not so embarrassed like they were in 2016 to 2020 because they were way off in both of those. if those methodologies -- methodologies have changed this could be a tighter race. some of the ones that you see i don't think they changed how they are doing their polling much since 2020. >> trace: the georgia secretary of state said this about the results in that state.
8:35 pm
>> the smaller ones will be done by ten to 11:00 at the latest, probably 9:30 to 10:00. we are looking by the end of the night every vote that has been cast that way will be reported and up on the board. >> trace: they could have a call in. you look at the totality of all this, what about the other battleground states, are we going to see calls in those states? >> the legislature there passed a good number of reforms. you don't have the amount of absentee ballots. at the end of the election by 2020 the election day, there were 1.3 million mail-in ballots in georgia. today as we speak there are 200,000, a little over that. that gives you some idea why brad says he's going to be able to count those very quickly because he doesn't have as much to deal with. in pennsylvania and some of the other states there are a little broader in terms of who they let get an absentee vote. we are going to be waiting on pennsylvania and some of these
8:36 pm
other states. wisconsin allows same-day registration voting. we are going to see some slow results in some states but some places i think you will have an answer probably by midnight at the latest. >> trace: i want to put up this pennsylvania pole here. fox has got it deadlocked. cnn has it deadlocked. others have it up -- trumped up by two, does not jive where insider advantages there? >> it jives and we are being very careful. i made sure i push this so that no one -- we are not tilting the scale one way or the other. they normally skew more democrat and the fact that they have trump up by two sort of surprised me. >> trace: great to have you on, great insight and thank you for coming. seven-dollar gas, grime, homelessness. it is hello mean...

>> you would think that a world series title would bring joy to a city but not los angeles. dodgers fans celebrated their big win by throwing projectiles at police officers and setting a city bus on fire. the senior correspondent live with that story tonight. good evening. >> good evening. that's right, a wild night last night on both coasts as the daughters celebrated that huge world series win taking down the yankees 7-6 last night in the bronx after new york blew a five-run lead. the dodgers won the series 4-want to clinch their eighth world series title. the boys in blue say bring their come back when in the clubhouse with lots of champagne. overnight celebrations in

los angeles turned a chaotic and violent. police say a hostile crowd set a city bus on fire just a few miles from dodger stadium and attacked officers with rocks and fireworks. l.a.p.d. also reporting looters were breaking into stores making off with boxes and bags of merchandise. police cleared away the crowd and made several arrests. the daughters will have to go celebrations tomorrow, a parade in downtown l.a. followed by a ticketed event at dodger stadium. the mayor says police will be out in force and violence will not be tolerated as the city welcomes the daughters back home in style. what a great season they had. >> trace: it's halloween and in that spirit we will take a look at the scariest things about kamala harris' legacy in california. let's bring in... and the coauthor of stolen youth
8:44 pm
, thank you all for coming. bethany to you first connect the free press headline reads as follows, there's a well correlated national effort between teachers, activist organizations and administrators to indoctrinate american children against israel. this is the united teachers of los angeles. this is leaked from a meeting. put this up on the screen. some of the things that we can do as teachers is to organize. we just have to be really intelligent on how we do that. we have to know that we are under the microscope. we have to know that scientists and others are going to try to catch us in any way that they can to get us into trouble. it is unbelievable. >> what's funny is that a black reporter actually infiltrated all of these meetings and she is jewish and it didn't occur to any of them that a black woman could possibly also be jewish. it really leads one to believe that these folks aren't just anti-zionist, they are racist
8:45 pm
and anti-semites and they have zero understanding of what a is and what zionism is and what they are standing against dispute >> trace: this is right down the street in john adams middle school. three quarters of a mile from here. the meeting that says we know that good history education is political education and win we are coming up against political movements like the movement for zionism that we disagree with that we are in conflict with, they have their own form of political education and they employ their own tools of censorship. what you think about this report? >> this is pure racism. its anti-semitism disguised as some sort of fight against oppressors. the problem is avenue some signed an ethic -- ethnic studies curriculum mandated into law. it includes a whole concept of being oppressors. forgetting the fact that are the
8:46 pm
most oppressed people in the last century, 6 million killed systematically by nazi germany alone. this is ridiculous and this has to go. there's a large group of us that are getting together asap. we are organizing to try to asked ingrid's this and get rid of it. >> trace: your like i can define that for you. >> it's a sequel of halloween movie. each one is gorier than the last kamala harris' policies if she becomes president will be california policies. we have the green new deal which means seven dollars a gallon gas which is frightful at the pump. we've got criminals running the streets as district attorney in san francisco when she took office crime spiked. as attorney general she helped in shepherd all those policies. take a look of what she's done with the social agenda. a radical social agenda by putting in the classroom. she believes that we ought to have taxpayer-funded transgender surgeries, she believes that we ought to have personal pronouns
8:47 pm
talk to children in kindergarten. these are all really scary concepts but guess what, as bad as california is, america will be scarier because these policies will be taken on a national scale if she's president. >> trace: "the new york post" writes the g.o.p. led house education workforce committee 122 page report found that the ivy league university leaders made an intentional decision to water down there october ninth statement. still failed to condemn hamas. that's part of it. >> what was really fascinating, there are so many tidbits in that report. chuck schumer told administrators to keep their heads down because only republicans care about anti-semitism. that was quite the tell from the senator. >> trace: the dodgers, come on. we showed them out there. would you think about your hometown going crazy over the world series? >> it was expected. i know people who are police officers and they were in a
8:48 pm
panic. they would've rather had the dodgers lose because they knew what would happen in celebration >> trace: are we going to see seven-dollar a gallon gas here. >> if she's in the white house you will see that california agenda implemented on a national scale, i guarantee it. forever on out there not only is it important that president trump wins, we have got to make sure that the republicans control the congress , that president trump can put this country back on track in short order. >> trace: thank you all. the harris campaign reminding women what happens in the booth stays in the booth. mark cuban suggested republican women are weak and unintelligent. do democrats truly believe women cannot think for themselves? let us know. we will read your responses next in the nightcap.

8:54 pm
republican women are weak and unintelligent, do democrats believe women cannot think for themselves jason? >> i think that must be at. my imaginary 3-year-old daughter turned to me and she is said pop out why our husbands so abusive to all of their wives and gaslight them? it was a very awkward conversation i will have to undo all the damage they did. >> they are smarter than that they know that they can think for themselves but i think they are making a tactical error. we will see if it turns out that way. >> who would've thought that it's the kamala harris campaign that unleashes the democrat war on women. it's not just women who they think can't think for themselves, they don't think anyone can think for themselves, just follow the party line. >> insults need to stop. the one thing and looking forward to the most on tuesday is hopefully the insults was flying. it's not a way to run a campaign and hopefully this will not occur down the line. >> why is anyone surprised?
