yet, not a party of diversity bifold or two if you don't think like them, they want to minimizu and disparage you and ultimately ink that is despicable. look, president trump continually surrounds himself with strong, intelligent women, starting with his wife and greatest advisor. you look around the people who would put with him while in the presidency and he had more women surrounding were working diligently for the family and for the country, around him speaking directly into tough conversations. he wanted their advice. he wanted to know what they believed when it came to policy matters. that is why when at the reasons his first term was so successful. at the end of the day, that is what women want. women want strong families, strong fans, safe streets, secure border.

other thing it did not definitively rule him out. the motion to suppress as the results of that testing did not exclude the defendant but also did not exclude another known individual associated with the case. which i take it is likely a brother who he was staying with. what do you say about that, mercedes, is background to have dna evidence excluded? >> well, that is deathly a key argument. most defense attorneys will collect the collection of that type of evidence and whether down properly and enough due process or whether an arrest, given an opportunity to speak to counsel. they were so many rights attached when an individual is in custody with law enforcement. when i the key issues for defense attorney is that collection of dna evidence is so critical, especially in a case like this where a crime of opportunity. this is not something that happen in a domestic violence

representative amy is a true patriot who has shown extraordinary courage and playig country above party. trump, however, considers his political opponents the enemy and permanently out for revenge and increasingly unstable and unhinged. his enemies list has grown longer. his rhetoric has grown more extreme, and he is even less focused than before on the needs and the concerns and the challenges facing the american people. i have also thought a lot about what this means in terms of our standing in the world. as vice president, i represented the united states of america around the world. and what i know is when we walk in those rooms representing the united states of america, we have earned and self appointed authority to then talk about the

importance of democracy, the importance of rule of law. as a result, people around the world who are fighting for freedom and opportunity holds us up as a model. america deserves better than what donald trump is offering. america deserves a president who understands our role and responsibility to our people and to the rest of the world to be a model. so, i want and with this. voters are making their decisions. many have voted but they were still those making a decision who they will vote for. what i offer is i ask folks among many issues before you, just consider who will be sitting in the oval office january 20th. you can have donald trump stewing over his enemies list, or i will be there working hard on your behalf on my to-do list. that is the choice among many that is at stake at this

desire for revenge and retribution. liz cheney is a tough person. she is an incredible american, and i have an incredible amount of respect for her. i think that liz cheney is courageous, and that we will always make sure that we are all fighting against and speaking out against any form of violence. >> reporter: you spoke about early voting. what is your assessment and what is the data you are seeing across. show the administration right after the policy and support for israel is wrong, they will make a statement that they don't care if it makes trump the president. what would you tell them? >> vice president harris: there is a real contrast in this race when you look at who stands for democracy. and democratic principles and who does not. donald trump is talking about an enemy. he is talking about using the american military to turn on american citizens. he talks in a way that suggests there should be retribution and severe consequences just because people disagree with him. my point is very clear. i believe in our democracy. democracy is a complicated th thing. in a wonderful way because we like debate and we accept and receive differences of opinion. and we work them out.

lifelong democrat and have always felt that my ideals most aligned with that party. so the loss of my son obviously had a significant impact on me and subsequently has impacted my views. going down the rabbit hole i essentially kind of identified, you know, things that, you know, kind of were missed on me. i don't know that board policies and thanks of that nature were a focal point. i was a little bit more focused on issues of public interest. i was very engaged him was going on in the pandemic and racial tension created by the george floyd, and so i come from a situation that has me aligned with that party, and so discovering that much of what's going on and the significance of the fentanyl epidemic is something that kind of slipped under the radar. i think something that feels kind of missed is the lack of discussion. it doesn't seem that the media
