at all for a criminal complaint and any type of prosecution would collapse within minutes of making it into a courtroom, threatening another round of lawfair two days before an election is really concerning because i can't understand any ethical basis upon which a prosecutor could allege that this is a criminal threat. the entire quote makes it clear that this was a political statement. if you could prosecute statement like this you could criminalize most of the rhetoric in presidential campaigns when they involve these types of inflammatory terms. this was clearly not a threat. you can disagree with the tenor and the rhetoric but it's not a crime. will: this would be election interference by arizona, beyond ridiculous, this idea to me is criminal. we will explore it more but thanks for getting up early with us this morning. >> thanks.
