tonight. both rallies she stressed the need for voters that didn't vote early to get out the vote on election day. both in north carolina and atlanta, everyone needs to vote in every vote in those two key states will make a difference. looking specifically at georgia where i stand, 55% of voters voted early, that smashes the early voting record for the state and the georgia secretary of state believes we are we to have record turnout tuesday but it's not the story and every single county. i'm standing where 45% of voters voted early. majority of people live here are african-american and you look at that population, only 40% voted early so i'm here to democratic headquarters doctor jill biden was here trying to get out the vote encouraging people to knock on doors and bring neighbors because they know every vote is going to matter. in 2020, biden's one by 12,000 votes. very close.
