early vote. anyway you put it is all within the margin of error. >> the trump campaign in response to this points out that they had a hard time getting in touch with republican voters for their survey that they may be underestimating the trump vote. focused on the consistency that they have seen over the course of the past two weeks and gaining in the battleground states and nationally. the most accurate poll of 2020 showing trump up in all of the battleground states. the harris campaign on the other hand say that they believe that the independents are breaking in terms of their own internal polling. the average shows that this race is really tight. they are both trying to have their conflict into tuesday.

audience really seemed to enjoy. the fcc is not too happy because they did not invite donald trump here is what "snl" creator back on september 19 about having cameos with the presidential candidates. you cannot bring the actual people that are running on. you cannot have the main candidates without having all the candidates. you cannot have one main candidate without having the other main candidate. this may violate the equal time and fcc law. certainly it seems to be unfair. >> "snl" admitted weeks ago that it violated the law. which is why they said they would not have either candidate on. she tries to close the deal when it comes to these undecided voters in swing states that she actually needs. similar to hilary clinton.
10:13 am
she also closed that was saturday night live and went on to lose the blue wall. kamala harris still has work to do it gaining her coalition back we will see if it paid off. also, quite similar to the "snl" skit that donald trump did. exactly the same scenario. i am not so sure. >> interesting. all of her last days in the places where she is now winning and that is in the swing states. >> we will see if the fcc does anything about this. >> may be "snl" does not care at this point. last ditch effort to get her over. it is out there for sure. >> thank you. former president trump and vice president harris making crucial decisions on where to spend their final hours before election day. taking a spin on the touch screen with us to break down their closing campaign stops.

let's talk a little bit. we know where president trump has spent a lot of time on the ground there. talk about sort of, you know, what we saw on the last election cycle. how that is changing the turnout in the state. digging into where he is choosing to spend time. this was for 23 points going to joe biden in 2020. 2016 hilary clinton. why spend time on the ground there? >> i guess he would go on that area where people that are behind me are behind me. let's reach out to soft democrats and independents. i've seen him getting it where he can get it. a good time to reach out across the aisle. >> it is interesting to look at some of the deep red counties that surround that there.
10:20 am
crawford county, 42 points for donald trump. this was monroe county with 42 points for trump. you move sort of the eastern, east county where he is talking today. while he did secure that it was by smaller margins. digging into that. >> the whole state under 12,000. very, very close. pushing that up to 15-16,000. >> north carolina, what are you watching here? >> a couple of things. up by 1.4%. in and around asheville. hitting the ballots on time where they will find some other way to vote. very often just washing away. one of those questions is the

area's pro trump will they be able to physically get to the polls and cast their ballots. >> hurricane flood victims. there has been some sense in the polling, some sentiment going towards that way. what is happened at the federal response level. >> very slow and sluggish. he was down on the ground bringing in some relief supplies very quickly. maybe it will give them a benefit. can those people cast their ballots. >> spending a lot of time rallying there. talking with some of the victims on the ground there. the change in margin of the vote there with joe biden securing victory, if you are looking at this on election night, it was similar. 2016 hilary clinton granted up to a 2008 margin.
10:22 am
what also you watching here as far as the battleground states. >> where jd vance is today which is new hampshire. now considered swing states. it is close enough right now where they look like they perhaps could make a difference and just give themselves a little bit of wiggle room. virginia has been with a republican governor and all that moving towards the right possibility. >> that is fascinating. a lot of articles leading up to election day. look at new hampshire 2016. a margin therefore hilary clinton. over 7.8 there in 2020. >> that is true. there are some pretty hard-core conservative type of people. responding well with the trump message. it is possible that we could be
10:23 am
surprised to see new hampshire falling into the trump column. >> getting back on the ground in michigan. we just saw reporting on the ground there. detroit, we will be watching this closely. highlighting wayne county. joe biden winning by 28 points back in 2020. seeing a lot of time on the ground. they focus republican party. seeing if they can run up the vote there. one of the questions there is what happens in jerusalem. the arab americans have been upset about what happened in gaza. different ads for different people in different areas. she has been consistent in that could rile things up there. maybe just staying home. i think that that is another wildcard. >> that will be the map to watch an interesting one.
10:24 am
the democrats either easiest path to victory. pennsylvania, north carolina and georgia. anything could happen. >> night teen 88 that that wall broke out. both parties doing all they can to boost turnout in arizona. preparing for record in person voting on election day. >> voters will also decide to controls congress on election day. in charge of helping republicans retake the senate. how confident as he? we will ask him next. >> president trump is surging right now. i think when you are talking about the national demographics coming home for the gop, that will affect everyone.

republican lawsuit. letting voters hand in their mail-in ballots and person. madison all worth is live in atlanta. what is the latest on this? >> this is still an ongoing issue. at the center of this lawsuit right behind me. it is open again today. suing fulton county over there last minute decision to open election offices this weekend and allow absentee ballots to be handed in and person. also targeting five other counties that made similar decisions. the move is illegal. acquitting it to using drop boxes which are not allowed after early voting. in spirit early voting ended on friday. a florida judge tossed out the initial suits. they say that they will also appeal the situation. in the meantime keeping the office is open and they say on

saturday across their locations they received 105 ballots. they say that they are following the letter of the law here in georgia. there was a win for republicans in the state, however. initially in fulton county not allow observers in the polling stations. secretary of state stepped in all counties are now allowing poll watchers which is in line with the law. to say the least, both sides are ready to battle. i was just inside the office 10 minutes ago. there are eight poll watchers inside. everyone is at high alert. no matter what ends up happening we are ready to take battle. >> before and after election day >> more than just the white house on the line. election voters will have house and senate races. breaking down what is at stake.
10:31 am
>> net gain is the overall change in the number of seats in the senate and house that are held by each party. this would be key on november 5 as we track the balance of power about one third of the senate is up for grabs on election night and most of those seats are held by democrats. democrats have a slim senate majority right now. fifty-one democrats including for independence aligned with them and 49 republicans. the gop needs a net gain of two seats to take the outright majority. if former president trump went to his race, republicans would need just one pick to flip the senate because the vice president will cast the tie-breaking vote. now, over on the house side of the camp, republicans hold a razor thin majority with 220 seats while democrats hit 212. three vacant teens likely to
10:32 am
remain a party hands. with every seat up for grabs in the election, democrats need a net gain of four to take control of the house. as you watch on election night, remember the balance of power could shift throughout the night as results come in. with such small majorities, control of congress could ultimately come down to just a handful of seeds. >> right now kamala harris is speaking to voters in michigan. we will take a little bit of this. she is talking to reporters right now taking questions. let's listen to this. >> everyone is a little tired. [laughter] you are right. she is sleep deprived. please. >> have you submitted your ballot? >> i am feeling great.

10:34 am
about it. how will you and your campaign respond? >> so, here we are on the sunday before the election. i would ask in particular people that have not yet voted to not fall for his tactic. i think that that include suggesting to people that if they vote, their vote will not matter. suggesting to people that somehow the integrity of our voting system is not intact so that they do not vote. again, i think that it is a tactic. i think that it is meant to distract from the fact that we have and support free and fair elections in our country. we did in 2023 and he lost. the systems that are in place for this election have integrity they are good systems in the

boat of the people will determine the outcome of the selection and everyone wants to know that their vote is their power to determine the election. their vote does count. it does matter. >> that was a vice president taking questions in detroit michigan. i am campaigning and talking to voters on the ground there. one of the first questions, how are you doing. these candidates have been all over the place, obviously. >> the first question is how are you doing. it is been a long road. you must be tired. >> may be a little different. >> what did you have for breakfast? >> the guy in charge of trying to win back the majority for republicans in the senate. it looks like that will happen. where the margins may be and
10:36 am
where the battles are. >> any additional color, you know, additional stories we can tell about what is happening with voters on the ground. >> how are you doing. >> that is important. how are you doing, john. >> i am great.ry, that goes without saying. we will be right back and stew over his enemies list. that will help no one. if i am president, i'll be focused on my to do list for you, the american people. i'll cut costs by cracking down on corporate price gouging. make housing more affordable. lower taxes for middle class families and protect social security. i will focus on getting things done. i'm kamala harris, and i approve this message. let's get to work.
