3:06 am
but they are pleased with those early voting numbers. the campaign is telling me that they're expecting a massive wave of traditional voters though tomorrow and the former president really, really, really, asking people to get out and vote. >> we have record-setting early voting. numbers that nobody has ever seen before. can you believe this? i mean, basically, correct me if i am wrong, but, the republican party never wins early. we will be 2, 3, 100,000 votes behind and they consider that good. we are opposite. we are hundreds of thousands of votes ahead. nope, this has never happened. >> aishah: the former president will head to pennsylvania two rallies there and then he will wrap this all up, the third presidential run, the 2024 run up in grand rapids, michigan as he has done before in 2016 and 2020. maybe it's a little bit of superstition. maybe it's just tradition.
3:07 am
but that's where he will wrap things up in a big "primetime" rally later on in michigan. back to you guys. >> brian: aishah, just a quick question. people want to know are this early vote, new voters or cannibalizing election day? do you get the sense that the trump team has a sense if they're creating more voters or they are just making -- or just urged them to vote early? >> >> aishah: no, no. this was really targeted -- the trump campaign in conversations i have had with them. they had a plan early than they were going to go after low propensity voters. people who have never voted before and try to register them. they have done that in nevada. were able to really add to their rolls they have done that in georgia and michigan and i believe north carolina as well. which is why they are so pleased with the early voting numbers. four battleground states where their internal numbers show they have more republican voters, new
3:08 am
voters than the democrats do. they are feeling very, very good about early voting. and those newly registered voters, and they are expecting that red wave, you know, republican voters tend to turn out on election day. and they are expecting that to happen tomorrow. >> steve: let's see, aishah, very much. in particular when aishah talks about low propensity voter what they're aiming for young male voter. historically and unfortunately that has been the least likely demographic to actually show up and vote. when you look at 2020, 18 to 24-year-olds were the least likely age to vote in that elections. and far fewer men than women. now, when it comes to older people, people over 65. about 75% of those who are registered actually show up to vote. so, trump is actually -- and, brian, this is kind of to your point, is he trying to essentially find new voters. people who have not been part of the system. and his message has resonated,
3:09 am
particularly with a lot of young men. if they show up, they say he can win. >> ainsley: i'm reading articles saying it really could come down to pennsylvania. because, she has to win one of those three blue states. and -- actually, she has to win all three. it looks like. >> steve: the blue wall? >> ainsley: yes. he has to only win one. you would think that's in favor of donald trump. if she is doing better in wisconsin and michigan, then it comes down to pennsylvania. >> brian: yeah, because of your interest in pennsylvania i asked bryan llenas to go to pennsylvania. >> ainsley: i appreciate that. >> brian: where donald trump and harris will both be there today. bryan, thanks for honoring my request and going to that vital state. >> you're welcome, brian. anything for you at the election eve. vice president kamala harris, her ground game is really about flooding the zone. and that is exactly what they have been doing. while the trump campaign is going after low propensity voters. the democrats are really relying on just shear numbers.
3:10 am
for instance, 90,000 volunteers have knocked on 3 million doors in the battleground states over the last weekend, last week. so, that's gives you an idea. today, the vice president will start her day and end her day in pivotal pennsylvania. she will start in scranton, door knocking there. she will come here to allen town. this is majority hispanic community. you will see on your screen that is pennsylvania's 222 latino corridor. hispanic voters are the fastest growing population here in pennsylvania. and they may very well decide it all. after she has rally in allentown targeting fat joe. reading part of la dean know corridor to go to a puerto rican resident with governor josh shapiro. and then she has two major rallies and concerts tonight. one in pittsburgh. the other in philadelphia. all centered on getting out the vote. we're talking about lady gaga,
3:11 am
katy perry. ricky martin. the star power being used to hopefully energize folks. >> geraldo: campaign look at the early vote in pennsylvania 1.7 million people have turned in their mail ballot that is a small fraction compared to the rest of the vote we are expecting to see here. 75% of the vote in pennsylvania is still out there for election day tomorrow which means minds could still be changed. i spoke to undecided voters in line during early voting in pennsylvania. you could just tell that some of these women were just agonizing over their decision. >> to be honest with you, i'm still weighing it. i know my mind wants to do one thing. my heart wants to do another thing. so, it's a -- it's an interior, you know, a struggle. >> there's things that donald trump are great. there's things that harris, you
3:12 am
know, she supports the women. i think win should have the right. i think that's a personal thing. i supported trump before. >> okay. >> i just my decision. >> bryan: in michigan yesterday harris did not mention trump as a candidate. as she tries to sell undecided voters on unity her surrogates like president biden are saying stuff like this at an event in scranton, pennsylvania. >> there is one more thing trump and his republican friends want to do. they wanted another giant tax cut for the wealthy. now, i know some you have guys are tempted it old guy i will tell you what, when i was in scranton. we used to have trouble going down to the plot once in a while but i'm serious. these are the kind of guys you like to smack in the ass. >> speaking of mixed messaging,
3:13 am
yesterday at her rally in michigan, guys, harris really talked about putting an end to the war in gaza. there is a huge arab american population here, here in pennsylvania there are ads on the internet that are really targeted at 300,000 jewish voters here that can make all the difference. those ads are talking about how she will defend israel's right to defend itself. and so that is the kind of messaging here. every single group matters in a group that is deadlocked here in pennsylvania, guys. >> steve: right, there is in allentown. we thank you very much. bryan llenas joining us live. >> ainsley: going in pittsburgh. in pittsburgh you were saying it's right down the middle. >> steve: they all go there it's interesting they talk about how the democrats are putting all their efforts into the get-out-the-vote tomorrow. according to the "wall street journal" they talked to a senior harris official who says they are on track in all the battleground states win every close race if they can get the
3:14 am
people to show up who they think they can get to show up. >> so, lawrence, no offense, but seems georgia, not getting as much -- get a lot but not getting as much attention as pennsylvania you know, it should we are talking about 12,000 votes the last time that joe biden has won this state by. it definitely matters. at the beginning of the show i don't think it's close because of the energy that i feel within the state. they definitely want change. but, when you look at the dials. when you look at the focus from democrats, they have been trying to flip this state for a while. and they have the infrastructure in here. the one thing that former president donald trump benefits though from is brian kemp's machine. he has a ground game here that's been successful. they mended their broken relationship. and they are side-by-side in this state and i think it's going to pay off. one thing i want to bring y'all's attention to yesterday i was on a flight and talking to this voter. she is an older woman.
3:15 am
she straight up told me she is not happy about her vote. before she said that she is going to vote for donald trump. but she was not able to tell her children that. and so, bryan llenas was talking about the agony for some voters there are a lot of voters that feel some sort of shame because they are choosing the economy over every other issue. they feel like they gave the past administration a shot. they said they were going to bring the temperature down. well, they didn't bring the temperature down and gas prices and grocery store prices went up. and so. there is a pendulum that is swinging in this election. howe it's going to go, none of us know. >> brian: let's talk about one thing that the president former president needs. i think it's nikki haley supporters. they have been having trouble lining up schedules or whatever the teams are doing. one thing is clear if you watch nikki haley with dave mccormick she is for trump. if you read the "wall street journal," which i'm sure it's going to be cycled around, you will understand that she is unequivocally for trump.
3:16 am
here's a quick excerpt the title is trump isn't perfect but he's the better choice. and she goes into detail about what he has done and what he has done in the past. and how they worked together. it was 100,000 votes in pennsylvania for her. for nikki haley. and i think that she puts it in black and white now. there is no hedging. she is for him. >> ainsley: it can't hurt to have her on the stage. >> steve: absolutely not. we told you this last week. she told the trump people i'm on standby. we don't know if the trump people asked her to write. this what it says it's for the people like the ones, lawrence, you have talked to and particularly the people that bryan llenas was just talking, to the undecideds. she writes there are a lot of people with mixed feelings, they like what he did. donald trump, but they don't like his tone, his excesses or convex. to those people nikki haley says it's not a referendum on him. it's a choice between him and kamala harris.
3:17 am
and then she goes through the list of the issues and on the issues donald trump would be a better president, she says. >> brian: the biden-harris agenda, has made the world far more dangerous. our southern border is our most pressing security threat. biden and harris have made it dramatically worse. this debacle in afghanistan not only created a terrorist state but weakness that sparked russia's invasion of ukraine. appeasement of iran unleashed this regime and pursue war with israel and terrorist proxies. there is nothing exaggerated in any of those words. >> steve: no. >> brian: that is a fact. a ripple effect. that was not her policy that she recommended to trump. and it was not what trump did. >> ainsley: lawrence, we talked over the years. being on this curvy couch together, that crime has gone up all across our country that is a big issue with immigration and people committing crimes that aren't supposed to be here legally. we played all that video, remember back in 2020 when
3:18 am
california shoplifters were running into malls and to knee numb marcus. >> steve: smash and grabs. >> ainsley: if they stole under $950 it was considered a misdemeanor and got a slap on the wrist, basically. now california has realized that was a mistake. kamala harris was trying to bail people out during the riots of 2020. she was a senator at one point in california. and so this is an issue in california. so now they are trying to tighten it up. now they are saying please vote yes for prop 36 to make it tougher. to say make it a felony if you shoplift. if you try to sell illegal drugs. and kamala harris was asked about this yesterday, lawrence. and when she was on the campaign trail. you voted? yes. i have mailed in my vote. i sent it all the way back to california. they asked her how she voted on prop 36. listen to this. >> have you returned a ballot to california and how did you vote on prop 3 #? >> so, i have -- my ballot is on its way to california. and i'm going to trust the system that it will arrive there. and i am not going to talk the

election i don't intend to create an endorsement one way or another around it. that's all she has done for the last months. she is trying to create -- listen, axios nailed it. because they had a -- they had a story that they posted yesterday. it's called -- it's about her. they call her the no comment candidate. because this is the strategy. they have calculated it is safer to be vague than be called a flip flopper or a lefty. and this makes her governing plans a gigantic question mark. and, in fact, if she loses, her team is going to be blamed for leaving voters in -- you know, in a fog. what is she? what does she stand for? >> brian: if she changed her position? why don't we believe it? weak on the border in 2014 i did something with transnational gangs? what are you for the wall? i'm for the wall? no, i'm not saying i'm for the wall. it's a vanity project. that's what they called it when trump was for it. now i want to pass bipartisan
