>> good morning, todd and carley. the final push elect torah votes in the state of georgia broke early voting records in early voting for the past three weeks. the georgia secretary of state said those 4 million people have voted, which means it is going to be efficient and easy in person today and only expects 1,000,005 people to vote in person. let's get a snapshot on how the rest of the united states is looking in terms of when the polls open. you can see early start include north carolina at 6:30 a.m. we have 7:00 a.m. start in georgia. election officials say they will ensure lines will be longer than an hour because of high number of voting sites and large early voting turnout. of course, it will be busy all day here. people can deliver absentee ballots in person to election offices all day until the polls close 7:00 p.m. taking another snapshot of the

u.s., more than 81 million pilots have already been cast in 47 states, including the distrit of columbia and that is according to the apa. in the seven swing states, a total of just over 60 million people have voted, which is about 20% of the elect or it. is different when it comes to absentee mail processing and counting and when that can begin, for example in arizona they start counting as soon as they receive those ballot. but start 7:00 a.m. this morning said that historically counts they are ballots. 202985% of the ballots counted were called by 8:00 p.m. on election night. so of course we are expecting to have a quick election in terms of counting and the the secretary of state mentioned that in his report, carley. >> carley: counting ballots is a good idea and how many states can do it? dana mariko joe thank you so

much. the focus isn't just on the white house but we are keeping a close eye on crucial down-ballot races. >> todd: madeline where they are in with details, good morning. >> good morning, republicans feeling good about taking back the senate in one of the best they have had in a long time. and they just need two seeds or former president trump wins make the white house since the vice president asked the tie-breaking vote. here are key races to watch in republicans all but sure to pick up a seat in west virginia after democratic senator joe manchin's retirement and then i am 19 and it is the best pick appeared to the democratic incumbent senator has lagged behind former navy seal and recent polling. in ohio, democratic senator sherrod brown within the sickness meant bernie moreno and the race looking tight as brown hopes to win that a fourth term in a state that has trended towards republicans in recent election cycles.

and let's bring them pollster justin. we had a change of canada on one side and two assassination attempt on the other and it comes today. the ballots show too close to call that some indicators you are looking out for a sign of things to come so what are those? >> when the ballots are the closest thing to a good indicator what will happen and when this close we have to look elsewhere so a degrading degree of accuracy with this that they are telling. a couple are first and foremost a wave in early voting from republicans and this is unprecedented and actually has never happened before. am a california guy and have him voting for a long time. the reality is republicans don't vote early and actually eclipsed democratic voters. we will see if that is full canonization of trans when it all comes out, basically zero.

or does it mean republicans are actually more amped up and more energized? we will have to see how that plays out because we have never seen it before. the other two components is we are starting to see and we have seen significant weakening in demographics for the harris campaign in favor of trump. when his democratic, excuse me, black man, which has gotten a lot of press and reasonably so. to the other is potentially more powerful across-the-board because of the size of the democratic trend among latinos. we see dramatic shift amongst latinos who are less likely to vote for harris, not to the point of majority but iterative changes and address changes win collections that are so tight. >> todd: great specifics there but let's trail down further. you mention republicans. i want to drill down to early boats democrats in pennsylvania. our colleagues kayleigh mcenany had to map that says trump is in a good

position. listen to this. >> donald trump, there is no doubt he is in the best position he's ever been in. when you look at ballots, he has a lead in 5 of 7 battleground states according to "realclearpolitics" and nate combe has affirmative come out to have every reasonably believed that a bias against trump not corrected over the last four years. when i look at early voting and just checked out of pennsylvania and 412,000 is what the democrats have now. most analysts say we need 415,000 to feel close. 420,000 to be comfortable. they are short of that. >> todd: chest and, what is your assessment of the math specifically early democratic vote in pennsylvania equipment. >> i think she is right and exactly what we are looking for in the early boats and early numbers and trends. that is one of the key indicators that indicate this may very well go towards trump and as nate mentioned, at the

proportions have the same just when they are voting. we don't know if there is no way to tell because it has never happened before. >> carley: there could be more to celebrate depending on the way things shake out. we are not just looking at the presidential race but the balance of power in congress and the senate is up for grabs. when it comes for the senate democrats are vulnerable in west virginia and montana. so let's start with the senate race is and what you are watching out for there? >> those are the two races i actually think most likely to go to republicans. as mentioned earlier, if trump wins the white house, republicans need only win when race to take control of the senate and if he loses, they need to go. west virginia is the least questionable. i think it is very, very likely took a republican. i think they have that one largely in the back. montana is a toss-up, but i feel the most likely all of the

senate races are toss-ups to go towards republicans. those are the two races that had been the most of the g.o.p. side and likely to go republican and republicans likely to take the senate. >> carley: when it comes to ballast a slim majority and how. >> mike johnson travel to 243 cities in 40 states campaigning. so what will be the outcome of the house when all said and done? >> very, very, very difficult to tell a much more difficult than the senate but i do think republicans will maintain control because i think mainly those blue states new york and y contested races, i think those will retain g.o.p. seats. we will pick up one seat, the republicans will pick up one seat southern california, katie porter's old district. that will likely turn republican and i think it will be slim that they will maintain the control of the house. >> todd: interesting katie porter ran for senate as a democrat and the fact percy could go republican is interesting.

of "let's win for america action," janelle, great to see you. you are extremely tapped into what is happening on the ground in georgia. what is the latest overnight and the peach state? >> just more, more excitement and more momentum. what i tell everyone when i am down here is what we saw with the early voting is just, to me, a snippet what we will see election day. i have talked to more and more republicans who stated they voted for the first time early and they have ever. i talk to individuals who are excited about this opportunity. what i am saying here is momentum. i can't ignore the fact that if you go to certain parts of the state, you do see momentum for kamala. however, what i believe is the economy will drive this particular election. i think it is driving turnout, long with the fact that people want to make sure they show they care about this country and they

care about who is running it. >> todd: democrats have been promising the black georgia voters, especially man ultimately will come home to kamala harris. is that what you are seeing in the closing hours especially in light georgia dance are worried about low black turnout so far in georgia? >> yeah, absolutely and it should be. i know that to be a fact because when you go to the polling places where predominantly black, it looks like a carnival is happening. pete set, snow cones and all kinds of stuff going on here to they are really concerned the black vote will not turn out. i think for a trump, the greatest path to victory as it comes to voters as black males as well as low propensity voters. these are the voters that typically don't vote but when they do, they find themselves going to republican. that is what we are seeing early voting numbers. >> todd: black america on the whole house majority says

looking 7:30 p.m. for a clearer picture of the black votes coaches specifically north carolina first. that is where he's going for his indicator to see if kamala has energized the black community. what early indicators are you looking at questioning. >> same. i will look to see what the lines are like at these polling places, particularly in areas that typically lean democrat or predominantly minority voters in them. if these lines are not long and if there is not an indicator that the election day turnout will somehow eclipse early voting, then i think that shows the republican voters are showing out more, way more than the democrat voters. so i'm looking at the lines. i'm looking at whether or not we are triggered as an election board members to sense an opening of new polling sites and things of that nature. i don't suspect any of that, but those would be indicators for me.

contrast in the strategy from the two different campaigns? good morning, carley hanging out with steelworkers, blue-collar guys and gals versus celebrities like opera, big names nobody can get near and touch. it is a huge contrast. goes to the fact the democrat party are the party of elites and lost touch with working class people. that is why trump winning with the union leaders. they are not with him because they have to do business with places like philadelphia where you have democrats controlling the city carriage of the leaders of the unions are not, but the working people are and that is the key distinction. the thing about solving it, carley and michigan too, all of the people in the energy the street have seen the democrats with energy and they know what will happen if kamala harris gets elected. fracking which is huge to pennsylvania's economy, that is done periods moratorium at or over completely.

>> look, we are not in a sanctuary city here in south texas. why? we believe in illegal immigration. we want people to come through the front door of america legally. so, we want to deter immigrants from taking a very dangerous track through mexico where they are being exploited by the cartels through sex trafficking. women who are raped in children who are abused. so we know under president trump, he will bring law and order. i believe this will be part of the law and order that he brings deterring illegal immigration through our southern border. >> carley: another messaging moment comes courtesy wrapper fat joe campaigning for kamala harris. take a listen to what he said recently. >> where is the pride? where is your pride? if we are still out there

talking about you might be voting for somebody and you are not decided to. where your pride as a latino which mark what more do you have to do? to show you who they are? >> carley: is talking about undecided latino voters saying where is your pride if you don't know who to vote for a vote for donald trump. what do you think about that? >> look, i think at the end of the day, this is not about pride. this is about the cost of groceries and going to the grocery store and not being able to afford groceries. it is about border security and national security. is his fundamental truth, hispanics and fundamental to latinos. they want safety. they want to be able to afford life. under president trump, this will happen. that is why appellee president trump will once again win the hispanic vote. >> carley: really quickly let's talk about your race
