4:08 am
>> steve: it's one of the reasons kamala harris lost and donald trump won. so, tom, you just mentioned deportations. i know during the last trump administration when you were there. they did have the large scale worksite essentially raids where they gold into a place and be hundreds of people in the country illegally. i know on "60 minutes" a couple weeks ago you said that those would continue under donald trump and the next administration. what do you have planned? i know you don't want to give away the whole game book. mass deportations, workplace stuff planned. any other category of deportations of interest? >> as the president said on stage many times which i agree 100 percent. same as the first administration, a hell lot of more of them. 10 million illegally under the biden administration. or into this country even though it's a violation of federal law
4:09 am
they have been doing. i have been clear and president trump has been clear. public safety threats and national security threats will be the priority. they have to be. they pose the most danger to this country. we will prioritize those groups. those who have final. those that have due process at great taxpayer expense and federal judge said you must go home. they didn't. they became a fugitive. worksite operations have to happen. here is why. where do we find most victims of traffic and workforce work sites. biden administration shut down work sites. we care about human trafficking and sex trafficking then they shut down enforcement which is one of the main areas we find victims of this. i want to add another priority. this administration has lost over 300,000 children. that they were smuggled into this country by criminal cartels they can't find. that's another priority. we need to save these children. because some of these children are in forced labor. some of these children are in

4:12 am
the southwest border is the biggest national security vulnerability this nation has ever seen. he sees more than ever before. we have to secure the border. as far as the people going to push back on deporting, what is the option? you have the right to claim asylum. you have a right to see a judge. we make that happen. at the end of that due process if the judge says you must go home. then we have to take them home. if we're not, what the hell are we doing? if the judge's order doesn't mean anything, shut down immigration court. if there is no consequences violating the laws of this country 2reu6789ment give you a fair shake. a chance to claim asylum. due process doesn't mean squat if the final decision of the court isn't carried out. what is the option? let them all stay? because if that's the option you want, you are never going to fix the southern border because you sent a message to the whole world, come to the united states. enter the country illegally, which is crime. don't show up to court or show up to court. but you still goat stay.
