shellenberger is here. good morning, michael. why you are a witness and your involvement in all this? >> the constitution requires the military inform congress of any secret weapons programs and all activities. doesn't necessarily have to make things public. everybody understands the need for some secrecy. we reported on the existence of a secret ufo program at the pentagon called immaculate constellation. something congress didn't know about and consists of a large database of clear photos, videos and human intelligence. contrary to the idea we have these fuzzy photos, the fact of the matter is there are thousands of these photos and videos that exist and have existed for decades and the government has been covering it up and keeping them secret for reasons not justified. >> lawrence: is your argument that congress should be notified, not necessarily the public? you're saying you guys can have secrecy but congress's job is
