right now you are staying the tap for humanity shelter and we were looking at pictures of what your home look like and it is completely collapsed. in this period of two months, what has your interaction been with fema and do you feel like you are getting the help you need? >> well, i know they are overwhelmed with applications and stuff. i can't really speak for them. i do know i was on hold for a very long time. and at that time, there were 3 million people. i don't know about now or what is going on periods fee when you are fema money is hinting and are you talking about the $750? >> no, we got back and we are waiting to see if we will get anything else. the application shows pending for other things. so we don't know what is going on other than that.

if the judge finds him guilty, jose ibarra face is life without parole. >> carley: team i thank you so much. former dhs secretary for and prosecutor jonathan fahey. jonathan, good morning to you, as we go into this trail as chanley painter pointed out that there will not be a jury because the defendant has opted for a trial by judge who will decide his fate. is there a strategy behind that? why would he want that to ha happen? >> that is somewhat unusual strategy, particularly criminal cases, most defendants won a jury because a jury at least a chance have may be a jury being uninformed or when you're not going along with the others and causing a mistrial. i think the strategy here is this has got so much publicity, the defense think the judge can take a sober look at the evidence and not inflamed by publicity or all the things surrounding it. i think it is quite a curious
