teams by assigning a forfeit and loss if the team didn't play the scheduled game with the other team with the transgender student athlete on it. will: by the way, the record to your point on the forfeits. this is the record for san jose state versus other teams but you see san jose state's record all though 11-5 six come via forfeit and 5-5 via forfeit. the suit among other things say their first amendment rights were violated, the students, not allowed to speak out about this. says it was hidden from them that they were competing against a male at some point. they've been deprived of their civil rights. they don't have the backing of any administrators or schools and have to go straight to the courts. >> no, and the one administrator at san jose state that was supportive of the girls and
