strategy being more digitally savvy and not being afraid of what the staffers or aides are going to say. sometimes you just have to push back. that was really the mistake we saw in terms of this election and part of the reason why she lost. arthel: finally some people criticized president elect trump for having what they call a bro festive. but that proved to be a winning strategy. what can the democrats learn from that approach? >> i certainly understand that criticism you probably need more women in podcasting to even that out, i would say that as a woman on the right i think that is a fair statement to make. what democrats can learn is that you need to be in the game to compete you cannot be sitting on the sidelines and saying let's talk about what are you watching, what a he listening learning digital first is the way to go now. we have known that for five -- 10 years.
