battling nine alarm fire after a warehouse at a warehouse outside of boston went up in flames overnight. thankfully the-story building was abandoned. look at that. the place are warning some roads may be closed as crews to put out the flames. no word on what caused that massive fire. new orleans, to go people dead and ten others heard after two shootings during a parade. nine people injured in versioning despite increased police presence. at the office or say the suspect fired into the crowd and weapons were recovered and only 45 minutes later, three more people shot nine blocks away, two of them died and third in critical condition. the police say it is unclear if shootings related to. look at this, a man stealing delivery truck in oregon with employees still inside. the police if the suspect jumped into the cab of the van and

died. break that down to us is that good news for daniel penny or bad news? ultimately, where will this case land? >> we have forensic evidence from who will determine the cause of death we look at that and split hairs to see what the actual conclusion is that what it is actually based on. in this case, the conclusion gives fodder or cross-examination material for mr. pinney in this case. one cannot argue legitimately with the state of the science in today's world that unknown or intoxicating amount of fentanyl could not have changed expert witness decision. we have in this case evidence from other recipient witnesses, paramedics saying conclusively the viable pulse at the time they arrived at the scene and after mr. penny released his

happening. are there any concerns when it comes to the outcome of the account from the mccormick camp? >> look. we are concerned about what some of the counties are engaging in, which is clearly an effort to help bob casey. there is bucks county, montgomery county involved in unlawful counts of unlawful ballots. we are concerned about that aspect but ultimately we are at the hands of thousands of votes and dave mccormick is in the lead and we are going to win. quite frankly, it is quite unconscionable of these counties are engaging in this behavior. we have been very clear about holding them accountable. our legal teams, rnc, we will hold the counties accountable for their actions because these election officials need to follow that allow. the supreme court in pennsylvania, which by the way, controlled by democrats have laid out what the law is. we are asking the counties to follow it and unfortunately two

or more counties have decided that they will not do that. so we will fight to hold them accountable every day. >> carley: what you are referring to some democrat officials admitted to counting ballots the pennsylvania supreme court said should not be counted because they are lacking dates or signatures. here is one quote that really stands out. take a listen to this the bucks county commissioner what she plans to do with this recount effort. watch this. >> think we all know president by a court doesn't matter anymore in this country. people violate laws anytime they want. for me, if i violate this law, i want a court to pay attention to it. >> carley: first of all, we want to get your election to admitting that she could break the law by curing these boats. a more technical question, when it comes to the recount efforts will these ballots at the pennsylvania supreme court shouldn't be counted, with a

ultimately count in the final totals in the recall? >> yeah, that is a great question and one, as she said clear violation of the law and admits it on camera. there has been accountable repercussions for this. we are in court and expect to hear. ultimately these ballots will not count. we have full confidence that court system will intervene and stop these tallies that have clearly gone rogue. you have 62, 63 cam is doing the right way and a handful counties controlled by the democrats doing the wrong way that ultimately that is white dave mccormick will win and we have a big enough lead that ultimately these will not matter but we will hold them accountable make sure dave mccormick who is rightfully elected senator from pennsylvania gets to the u.s. senate. speech at the party of election integrity is not practicing what they preach. 's will cost taxpayers make payers in a million dollars but thank you for joining us.

could be intentional and calling for an investigation. what do you think about all of this? >> wow, social impact, good to see you, carley. went back poll came out i went back on the air and said i can't wait to come back and celebrate ann selzer's hitting retirement because we all know that kamala harris was not number 3 in iowa 2016-2017 and she was only up by 16-point since he won by 13. what tipped it up for me is ann selzer would not release her samples as far as exactly did she poll for this? did she talk to msnbc or planned parenthood advocates, she would never say. the fact she went on msnbc afterwards to brag about this poll tells me she was not on te up and help. into trump's point, yeah, it made no sense and outlier to all

administration how they would govern this country if they can't even budget an interview with oprah? by the way, why is oprah or her company being paid for this interview? how is that journalism exactly? if you were asked to do a favor by kamala harris and apparently supportive like oprah and told we need to stop hitler and his garnered supporters, wouldn't you did that for free because oprah winfrey is worth $1 billion. you would assume she would say, this one is on me, affect millions of dollars not just paid to oprah but beyonce, eminem, liz oh and go down the list many to choose from to make her rallies look bigger, that will be entire chapter of my next book because it shows how phony manufactured, carley, this campaign was all along. >> the tribune said oprah's hometown paper said oprah should have turned into a campaign

government is run in the city. to answer that question the best way about nine months ago, we try to put referendum on the recent ballot asking chicagoans if they want to remain a sanctuary city. the mayor at the administration did everything they could to keep that off at the ballot because they did not want to know what we already knew coach at residents of chicago are fedp with illegal immigrants in chic. we told them to send them expending would bite them in the and sure enough it did. they were asking for well over $350 million just to cover the cost of the migrants. we knew this was coming and they didn't want to believe us and it is great to see the residents tell the mayor and person. >> carley: ultimately is what you said is they were not able to vote whether chicago should proceed to be a sanctuary city. how did that go over with the residents when they learned that they were not going to be able to vote on it questioning. >> they were furious, this was a

bill that went on for months. they were showing up to the committee meetings and council meetings saying they want this to be on the referendum so they could vote. we need the numbers high 60s, high 70s, residence that said do not want to be contrary city and dumping into illegal immigrants but the city and the mayor did everything they did to keep it off the ballot so they are furious. they have every reason to be angry right now. >> the resident said that tax hike with cost of illegal immigrants in the city. is that true? also, would chicago be in a budget crisis if not for the migrants to be housed, sheltered, and fed in chicago? >> it did take a big effect on the budget. there is a large deficit and the deaths that goes beyond of funds last year towards pet projects. that is why we got city council to vote right away against tax increase and telling the mayor to go back and trimmed the fat

on the positions. they have high-paying positions by democrats in the chicago vero crack to lower the tax burden. there is some major issues to go past the migrants but there are ways to fix this without taxing the citizens and i'm told there is a no on the property tax hike. we went from 14 older men and 50 when it came to vote time. >> carley: today, the police officer henrique martinez laid to rest after shot and killed earlier this month during a traffic stop. chicago mayor brandon johnson originally said he would attend the funeral but the family asked him not to attend so he is agreeing to their wishes and will not be there. there is also this fact chicago police superintendent larry testified on friday 2020, 350 officer shot leaving 38 injured or killed. what is your reaction to the funeral of this beloved officer

saying i just wants my child to get a good education and learn how to read. learn how to do math and science my and my school is failing. what would you tell them? >> parent involvement is the number one driver of student success. nothing the government can do can replace an active and involved parent in their children' lives. you are right only a third of kids are reading on grade level in america's public schools. 80% of the kids coming to the system are relatively illiterate. it's a crime not to teach children how to read. bang to the basics if we did nothing else in our elementary schools in america teaching children how to read. >> carley: you said you wanted the department of education abolished. but, if that doesn't happen, and you are asked to be the secretary of it, would you say yes? >> yes, i think president trump has a mandate from the american people to shrink the size of the federal government and to put the american people first. so i know he stands for parental rights and i would do anything i
