either didn't get arrested or the connection didn't get mentioned in the paperwork. >> these individuals are ultimately released because they are "seeking asylum." they come with their wife and children under the auspices of asylum. in reality, what you are seeing is transnational gangs coming in and establishing a foothold where they can engage in drug manufacturing, drug dealing, human trafficking. >> a couple of cases highlighted by the investigation, "the new york post" reports he came across the border illegally in may of 2023. he was released because he was with his wife and kids. he shows up in chicago that shows he was picked up for a traffic violation. also that he had been ordered deported before the domestic case, but clearly he was still in the states at the time. an arrest bernard kartik charges his charges were ultimately dropped. both of them have mentions in

them and they can't find 300,000. some of these children are enforced labor. we found some and forced labor. some of them are in for sex trafficking. >> john: what do you do on january 20th at noon? do you send i.c.e. agents out across the country? how do you target them? logistically? >> we are already working on a plan. i will be going down to mar-a-lago to put the finishing touches. i.c.e. knows what we are looking for but they haven't been able to arrest him because secretary mayorkas has told them to tone down the arrest. we know right now looking at the data from the trump administration and the 11 administration, decreased 74%. plenty of targets. i.c.e. knows where they are. we will do the job and secure their country and protect the american communities and the rest of guys first.

>> sandra: the trial just went on lunch break. his lawyers finished cross-examining the medical examiner. she testified that she ruled jordan neely's death a homicide and wouldn't have changed their mind even if jordan neely had enough drugs in his system to "put down an elephant." cohost of "the five" is at the courthouse. how much does this change things? following the autopsy report that did reveal that he did have synthetic judge in his system. but still, it is ruled that he was killed make 60 asian. what does all this mean and where does this go next? >> what this means is that you have a medical examiner who was a level one medical examiner claiming on a resume and in court that she was level two. she made a mistake and said it was a typo. where she benefited herself. this medical examiner wouldn't even use the word "consistent." she said i don't like to use

that word whenever the defense would present the question with the word "consistent" or "pressure" in it. jordan neely had sickle cell in every major organ in his body. he also had enough k2 in his body that it was dangerous for him and could have caused a heart attack and itself. although, they never waited for the toxicology test. both dr. harris and her boss and another deputy medical examiner made a decision regarding the cause of death and the manner of death without the toxicology. i have been in this business 32 years. you do not do that. and you peel back a layer of the onion, sandra, you know that the chief medical examiner was appointed by the mayor. the chief medical examiner is in a meeting with this low level me

making decisions regarding the cause of death. also, there was no consistent application of force to the neck good at no point for the medical examiner even identify what kind of pressure was being used on the neck. and also, there was no consistent way to tell their pressure and no damage to the chin, the neck, the bones in the neck. what you have is a case that is complicated with major sickle cell, complicated by k2 where the medical examiner says i don't care if you have enough to put down an elephant, i'm not waiting for the results. they run out and tell the public that the cause of death is homicide. that is being not allowed in the courtroom, but rather the cause of death versus the manner of death. all in all, this is a very iffy case.

every one of the prosecution witnesses as given something to the defense. as danny penny since there, there is reason for him to be hopeful. the fact that this medical examiner was not sure, she couldn't answer questions. every question that would benefit the defense based on her reasoning, she would say i don't understand the question. there's a lot of questioning. the prosecution it seems as rested. we will see what happens. >> sandra: i want to put this up on the screen so people can go through this. we found in the blood a synthetic cannabinoid, a relatively new drug. synthetic more potent than marijuana in a class of drugs they volunteer that category of stimulants. they revved the body up and fall into the same class of drugs as cocaine. at one point as prosecutor plays the video again and dr. harris was talking her way through this

as they watched it together, and one point, she said he was conversing showing that he had "air moving through his vocal chords." describing neely struggling to breathe and making hand gestures which were a signal for help for the assistant district attorney asked about witnesses, judge, that neely hadn't gasped or said that he couldn't breathe. her response was sometimes people make noises when they can't breathe, and sometimes they don't. final thought, judge. >> my final thought is this important question. 3:09 where it appears that neely went unconscious which is the whole point of the choke hold, there is no evidence that there was pressure applied at the neck. the doctor could not identify the level of pressure, the consistency of their pressure. she couldn't identify any of the screens in the video that showed that there was pressure being used. at that point, the cause of
