parents with the jacket that was discarded after about murder as well as you can see the black brim with a logo. a hat underneath it which is consistent with the hat that is observed in the surveillance footage after the murder. >> we also heard from a woman who lived with his brothers in athens. she was there when police arrived at their apartment that day after the murder. she is the one who identified ibarra. two officers who went to ibarra 'apartment -- when officers made him come outside, they noticed he had several injuries. >> i noticed on his right arm, his bicep, there was a scratch which i identified as potential defensive wound. on his left arm, he had a forearm scratch very similar in my mind, it looked like fingernails scratches to me.
