turned red. donald trump won hispanics. i won hispanics. that is a generational change. and it's because people are getting back to common sense ideas that make sense and that work. maybe it's as simple as people believe in the rule of law. they don't want unvetted harris biden, illegal immigrants with with they get special treatment. you know, will decriminalize illegal immigration, free food, housing, health care, education, legal, driver's licenses, taxpayer funded sex change operations, taxpayer funded college. i mean, where is all this money going to come from? the question is, you know, do you think america is really ready for something that we as conservatives have wanted for a long time, and that is to return to constitutional order? that means real reform of government. i mean, elon musk and vivek ramaswamy are talking about a $2 trillion cut to the federal bureaucracy. they're talking about, you know,

election. i was down campaigning in stark county just a couple of weeks before the election. it is powerful. and just yesterday i was down in the valley. i was there with president trump and elon musk. we were there for the for the for the space-x launch, which was incredible. and i'll tell you, sean, as we drove in the motorcade from the plane to the launch, people were lined on the streets waving signs for trump, cheering. by the way, sean, you'll be pleased to know as we flew back out of texas, where on trump force one and on the tv, we're watching your show. we're watching the monologue. and i'll tell you, president trump and i and everyone on the plane, we were cheering for your monologue last night, but but it is where the american people are. they're ready to get back to common sense. they're ready to change the insanity that we've seen for the last four years. you know, this all these so-called rhino conservatives, they they claim to be conservative. they're not

recession, but people just felt bad. no, they were struggling. you know what's interesting today, sean? two major retailers reported their earnings. two major retailers, one target was crushed. it lost $12 billion in value. people cannot afford to go to target anymore. they don't go to the dollar stores. they all just go to walmart and hope they can buy groceries and everything else in one shot, including more and more six figure homes. the other stock was williams-sonoma, which exploded 27% on fatter profit margins. that's what the biden-harris administration did. they bifurcated our economy. they poured so much money into the top 20% who are just making money over money, hand over fist, higher interest rates, while while the average person's credit card interest rate went from 15 to 23%, $1 trillion was transferred to people who didn't need the money. oh, by the way, taxpayer money used to pay off their college loans. by the way, programs designed for poor working families like earned income tax credits given to

families making significant six figure incomes. this is the party that deliberately embraced the wealthiest folks on the planet and shunned who have been their core voters. let me ask you this if elon musk and vivek ramaswamy can really cut $2 trillion in terms of federal spending, really cut it. if america, as donald trump is promising, becomes the most energy dominant rich country on the face of this earth, we sell, we provide all of the energy needs for western europe. if we do those two things, would we pay off the nearly, what, $40 trillion in debt would we be able to save social security and medicare from insolvency? would we be able to lower taxes and also have extra money to catch up on, on defense technology like hypersonic technology that china has, russia has we don't have would we be able to do that in four years? not in four years, but we'd be on the road

enough because jordan neely comes on, he says, i'm going to kill an mfer today. somebody's going to die today. if i don't get something to eat. and then he says, i don't care if i go to jail for the rest of my life, somebody's going to die. now, daniel penny has the right under new york law of justification to use whatever force is necessary to confront the deadly force that was about to be used against the mother with the child in the stroller. now, let's make let's not, you know, pussyfoot around this whole thing. everyone on that train was in a moving subway car in the dark. it was. it was locked. they couldn't get off. daniel penny could have ignored it, but he was. he was someone who made a decision as a marine to take him down and keep him from those individuals. and i guarantee you, based upon what i've heard in trial, virtually everyone on that car who was willing to come to court and not afraid to come to court has

million illegal immigrants live in los angeles county now. meanwhile, in washington, one state lawmaker has announced a bill that will make. explain this to me homelessness a civil right because many communities within washington are enacting and enforcing laws that make living in public a crime. now, we did reach out to the author of this bill for comment, and we were told that she declined to offer any further response. wonder why? here with reaction, fox news contributor katie pavlich america's next and this is a great choice for president trump. the next ambassador to israel has been no stronger supporter over the decades than mike huckabee. ambassador, congratulations again. great choice by the president. katie, let's start with the homelessness side of this. first. what does that mean? you're going to allow every city to become like san francisco. i mean, you're going to have people, you know, shooting up in the streets, defecating in the streets, urinating in the streets, and

we're going to codify that into law. well, sean, you always have to ask the question, who is benefiting from this policy? because it certainly isn't. the people in these states who have even in california, every single county just voted in the recent election for harsher penalties on criminals. and when it comes to the homeless problem, california has spent billions of dollars on this issue and homelessness has gotten worse in the question is, well, why? because they're feeding the homeless industrial complex and the corruption that comes with these charity groups that then benefit their favorite politicians who want to remain in office in power. and it just the cycle continues to go on, and the people who suffer are the voters who have roundly rejected these pro-crime pro disorder pro-people in the streets, shooting up, you know, causing problems in the neighborhoods where businesses are having to flee and you're seeing the voters rejecting it. but the people in power continue to say, we're in charge. we don't care what you have to say. and

the example of that is you noted in the opening, is the los angeles county deciding they're going to be a sanctuary city when just in this election, george gascon, a far left prosecutor, lost his seat to an independent prosecutor who wants to be tough on crime. and of course, criminal, illegal alien crime is a huge component of why voters have rejected this ideology. and the left just continues to try and change the culture and feed their own corruption. with all of the money that comes with feeding the crime problem, aren't these sanctuary cities and states? governor, ambassador, i'm not sure what you prefer at this point. aren't they really codifying illegal activity and aiding and abetting and such by by having that status? in other words, if i were to house illegal immigrants, wouldn't i be guilty of trafficking illegal immigrants and how is it they get to break the law? and there are never any consequences? because i got to imagine at because the federal government is going to have jurisdiction,

they're going to go into california, they're going to go into new york, they're going to go into illinois and new jersey and anywhere else they need to go. and if there are illegal immigrants, they're going to be taken out. they're going to be deported whether they like it or not. how do they stop it? by the way, let me just be very clear. i can't be an ambassador until the senate says so. so i'll be very careful not to presume anything because it's got to go through the senate that very controversial point out of yours, governor, the jokes you told on this show alone will disqualify you. i'm probably going to have a rough ride. i'm sure i will, thanks to you and being on your show, it's going to probably be a rough one. what really makes all of this discussion just fascinating is that the democrats have learned nothing from the election. that's the first thing they've learned nothing. they didn't get it. the voters utterly rejected them. i can remember when liberalism believed that housing was a right. now they think homelessness is a right. that's going from liberal to

just plain crazy. so let's just be honest, when this legislator in washington state says being homeless is a right, that's a real different approach than saying housing is a right. and now she says that any public space, you have a right to camp out and live there. well, that's fine, but public space is shared space. some individuals shouldn't be able to uniquely own it, to live there when others might want to take their kids to play on the playground or take their dogs for a walk. this is insanity. and they're enshrining it in the democrat far left. you know what the amazing thing is, katie? i'll give you the last word. here is the jurisdiction is with the federal government. there's nothing. at the end of the day, they'll try to use the courts, and maybe they'll have a small degree of success. but in the end, they're going to lose. and the law is the law. and people that enter this country illegally don't respect our laws, our border, our sovereignty. they're going to

in all 50 states and losing ground with black, white, asian and hispanic people such that positive, this was the least racially polarized election we've seen in 50 years. and here's my one thing on the nate silver prediction. why would joe biden step down when he and jill biden voted for donald trump? i think unless they're going to step down and actually elevate donald trump early, they ain't going with kamala harris and letting her become the first female president. they hate kamala harris way more, i think, than they hate donald trump. you saw that visit. they were excited to see trump. they didn't want kamala to win. i completely agree with clay. what do you think, charlie? yeah. and you know, not only did is she our first billion dollar candidate, but she had only 100 days to spend it in. so the burn rate of that $1 billion in 100 days completely swamps any other campaign we've ever seen in

history. and as you point out, clay, it was a complete disaster. you know, wait a minute for the charlie. one second. you know, i agree a lot of it is the harpo productions needed. the money, and the call me daddy podcast needed a new set. i mean, that's really important spending, right? oprah. yeah. oprah is suffering. you know, she's got you know, she's she's struggling. it's she needs the she needs the cash economy. but in terms of the polling, i, you know, obviously a lot of it is delusional and a lot of it is hopeful. you know, hopeful delusions that that donald trump would never get back to the white house. but i also do think that a lot of these pollsters rigged their own polls, because they know that if they rigged them in favor of the democrat in favor of kamala harris and against trump, that they're trying to drive down enthusiasm. and the problem for them is that that the
