welcome to "hannity" this friday night. please make sure to keep the deep state in your thoughts tonight. while joe biden's state department reportedly had a therapy session. why? to help government workers cope with the election results and donald trump's big win. i'm sure emotions are running very high. i'm sure they're going to bring in comfort animals any day now. but tonight we end the week with more good news for donald trump. the law fair against the president-elect in new york has officially fallen apart. earlier today the judge canceled donald trump's sentencing, granted his request to proceed with a motion to dismiss all charges which they should have done and they never should have been brought in the first place. anyway, while trump appears to be in the clear, you just never know though with this judge. and da bragg. you don't know. coming up, we'll show you how new york's politicized and weaponized system justice is putting everybody in danger. but we begin with something very

interesting you might not have noticed after the election. all across the country, there were many devout democrats who were not just angry that donald trump won, they also were in a complete state of shock. many totally, completely blindsided by donald trump's resounding win in both the electoral college and the popular vote. now, despite the disastrous last four years, the terrible approval numbers of kamala and joe, a wave of polls -- we had pollsters on regularly -- in favor of donald trump, the democrats, what, they didn't see it coming? the legacy media didn't see it coming? probably because the primary source of news is legacy media where, look, i said in 2007 journalism in america is dead. it's been dead and buried with exceptions like fox news for some time, and it's become a far left echo chamber. that is what is emerged. political hacks at the ap,

the realization that these aren't well-meaning people who simply get it wrong. this is an ideological agenda that has been infiltrated into the legacy media of america as we know it. and then they complain about people like joe rogan and the podcasters because it's envy, first of all. but secondly, the reason those entities do well, why you do well, why fox does well, why rogan does well, is because there's a variety of opinions that are heard, that you might lean a certain way, but you're not afraid of contradictions, of different ideas, and americans have grown usedded to that. and i think that that's -- used to that. i think that's what they've always wanted and the legacy media, of course, have abandoned their job, have abandoned the american people. you might have "the view" now panicking a bit, but it's about

11:14 pm
when that happens the ad revenue goes away and finally some people will get fired or shown the door. it will be a whole different landscape for this trump presidency than it was after 2016 where there was a trump bump. now there is a donald drain. i have a feeling those folks aren't going back to those legacy media outlets because they have options like joe rogan and others like yourself on the radio and so on. >> sean: i'll take the last word tonight. i hope you aren't mad about that. >> all good. >> sean: in donald trump's first term he tattooed the label "fake news" on to all of the legacy media. i'd say after this election he killed them off. i mean, you see that they might all be for sale, going out of business, changing associations, very interesting time to watch for sure. guys, tammy, joe, have a great weekend. thank you. all right the 2024 election is in the books, but one democrat is already seemingly gearing up for 2028. according to a report gavin new some plans to take more trips away from his state's
