"the ingraham angle" coming your way. same day we learned about another man getting arrested for threatening to kill president trump with a record by the way. we also learned about his team being targeted, a lot of them. the fbi is investigating after nearly a dozen trump cabinet nominees. other nominees including john jn ratcliffe, congresswoman elise stefanik. brooke rollins and someone you know quite well, pete hegseth defense secretary nominee. they are all being targeted. all victims with the trump team is calling unamerican threats to their lives. this ranged from swatting, to bomb threats, serious stuff. like with stefanik and trump's epa nominee lee zeldin dinel received. zeldin tblot on x a pipe bomb threat starting me and my family at our home today was second with a pro-palestinian themed message -- is he jewish by the way -- my family and i were not home at the time and are safe.

unfortunately, these attempts to intimidated trump's cabinet come as no surprise. after all, president-elect trump faced two assassination attempts amid an onslaught of smears from democrats, they kind of brought up the name hitler over and over again. tends to be insightful. even late in the campaign leaders of the democratic party refused to tone down the rhetoric. >> a good rule of thumb is don't say you want to do anything like hitler. but it is useful because it gives us a window into how donald trump thinks. >> donald trump is someone who i quote certainly falls into the general definition of fascist. who, in fact, vowed to be a dictator on day one. >> he is a genuine threat to our democracy. that's not hyperbole. that is a god's truth. and, folks, it's not just him. it's the people who are around him. >> brian: yeah, the people around them. those words carry sinister weight in light of today's

threats. the trump team will not cower. >> i'm not going to be intimidated by these people. they are not going to silence me. look, i'm going to do this job. i'm going to do this job because it's an issue of national security. so, you are not going to shut me up. i'm not going away. and i'm going to do this job. >> brian: they all feel the same way. joining us now to expand on this, byron york, chief political correspondent for "the washington examiner," fox news contributor. and rich staropoli, former secret service agent. rich, can i start with you? how serious do you take this? >> certainly. i take it very seriously. but i think a big question is how seriously is the fbi going to take this? >> brian: what do you mean? >> you think about it, look at what the fbi has done and how politically compromised the bureau has been and shown themselves to be. the last big thing they did was show up with multiple swat teams at mar-a-lago working for the biden crime family, right? executing a warrant in an empty house acting on intelligence

that they got from the secret service, another politically compromised agency. to do what? to retrieve documents? which leads me to ask is the fbi going to investigate this? i don't think the fbi is going to do a damn thing about this. they are perfectly happy as is the entire biden crime family and this administration to do anything they can do to embarrass president trump and continue to influence not just the nominees but anyone who potentially may become a nominee. >> brian: byron, when it comes to the families, that's the key. a lot of these politicians nominees have thick skin because maybe they are used to be yelled at going into a diner or car. the families must be saying to themselves what are we getting into. >> i'm sure they are. the first thing you have to do in a situation like this where we know very little is to know that sometimes the actual suspects the answers can be surprising. we don't know who it is. but, you know, today is novembe. it was a month ago today north

trump madison square garden rally happened and the days before and after that, we heard an enormous amount of talk about trump being hitler and fascist and autocrat and the rally being a replay. reenactment of the 1935 we heard it was a festival of hate against puerto ricans and all of this stuff. in rhetoric does have effects on people. there are lots of unbalanced individuals who hear things like this. maybe history is repeating itself. this rhetoric does have effects. we have senile two at least assassination attempts on donald trump himself. >> i wouldn't be surp surprisedf rhetoric. >> brian: a felon picked up in

arizona lied about record and background. he made it clear he wants to assassinate president-elect trump. it was known in the summer. you broad up the fbi and deputy director andy mccabe went from defamed to a contract at a another network high ranking agent said this about the myriad of threats. common aspect of life for anyone who is in a high profile or remotely controversial position. it's been going on for years. >> so, rich, your response to him down playing these threats? >> ridiculous, what are we supposed to do people roaming the new york city subways throwing people off the platform in front of oncoming trains.

what is the fbi throwing in the towel here? not going to do anything? that's a terrible statement to be made by a senior ranking leader although former senior ranking leader of the fbi. it's horrible. >> different what i'm encouraged by? i think both sides since the election have really simmered off a little -- simmered down a little bit. the white house likes helps the country relax helps thanksgiving a little do. you see people being somewhat aware. >> i think what you are say something true about the general public and certainly as far as the resistance is concerned, the most virulent anti-trump parts. we have seen them somewhat quiet since the election. pat of resistance or what. on the other hand, the unstable

we think we have an advantage. at one point he wasn't telling the truth. you make the call at home. how can anyone ever trust these people again for the next democratic i guess nominee. aspirations about running in 2028. she is off to extremely rough start. one dnc finance committee member said she was stunned by kamala's self-congratulatory actions after the dumpster fire, which was her campaign, and one huge dem mega donor, john morgan said this should be the end for her politically. >> i think this disqualifies her forever, forever. if you can't run a campaign, you can't run america. if you cannot be trusted with the money. >> brian: remember, she imploded before she got to one single caucus or primary back in 2020. money was out of control. and her staff turned on each other. is he preaching to the choir enemy cases. but, if this week's postmortem

from kamala and her staff is any indication, they will ignore all the sound advice they are getting and go right back to do what they do best. as of late, and that is losing. joining us now to expand on it, david, chairman of go pack and matt towery political analyst and pollster, matt, when was david plouffe really aware that -- i watched you talk and you were saying trump is in good shape, in good shape. they were saying no, we are in better shape. do you think they really knew they were in bad shape. >> you know, you never really know, brian, sometimes these internal polls, we don't ever get to test the internal polls. >> we get great at the public pollsters. the internal polls are done by pollsters who are not graded. >> i don't know what they were telling david or weren't telling him. what do i believe it was pretty obvious donald trump started to gain speed really after the second assassination attempt and then when j.d. vance became vice president and had great podcast trump did. trump was on fire. here's my observation. now looking back.

i don't believe any democratic candidate could have defeated donald trump. he was too strong. he had the eye of the tiger. he had a perfect campaign team that had fantastic ads and low propensity voters. i don't think any of these democrats were mentioned could have defeated donald trump in this particular year. >> brian: david, in many ways you had a opponent very well in the debate besides that ducking and dodging from substantive conversations from anyone. i watched -- i watched jennifer o'malley, jen o'malley today dillon come out and she blamed the people that asked the vice president questions. said they were too simple questions. she wasn't policy, because the reporters didn't ask good enough questions, i can't get my head around that. >> it's hard to, but let's start with that video for a second, brian. when you produce a video like she did last night and put out, and then one of the number one search results on the internet today are kamala drunk, you're

not getting the intended results that you were hoping. video was for her. here is what the democratic party. ultimately the message the vice president communicated we needed to keep the borders open. we needed to get rid of the tax cuts from a year years ago. those are all the same message you are hearing democratic governors talk about right now. and it brings. donald trump won that they're going to say i have got to find some ways to vote with donald trump. jon ossoff and mark warner two u.s. senators who are going to need to find ways to vote with donald trump as they get ready for 2026. it sets the president up for big wins in his first year. >> i just wants to see -- i want you guys to look at this with me.

and first off, what she spent her money on. and she had a lot of it. $1.5 billion reportedly spent during the 15 weeks. 10 million was spent on election eve rallies. 1 million paid to oprah. 900,000 the campaign reportedly spent to book ads at the las vegas sphere which no one saw unless you were in a plane. and they were buying ads in places like florida with two days left so people could make commissions. and we know al sharpton's in trouble, matt, because al sharpton didn't tell his company, msnbc that he got $500,000 towards his foundation before he interviewed the vice president. no wonder these things look like info commercials. >> that's the way things are these days. the standards are so different particularly if you are a democrat and if you are some of these other networks, they are going to get away with things. we are just all used to it now. i would that is when you have a

campaign catapults from nowhere very shorts period of time. i don't think they ever had a handle on where to spend the money. they gravitated towards these celebrities and these stars and the sphere and all these things that looked shiny, but they couldn't bolster the candidate with the people they really needed the vote from. and those were african-americans voters, blue collar workers, folks without batchelor degrees or higher degrees of learning. those were the people we lost and never went for those people. they went from the stars. that's how this whole thing fell apart on them. donald trump would have beaten anybody no matter what strategy it was a flawless campaign for donald trump. >> the vice president didn't do much. >> run the 2028 primary today.

pretty strong. were you surprised that martin disorsy jumped into it like this? >> a little bit. i have to say i was pleasantly surprised. catholics are used to be mocked these days that's become the status quo. hollywood is no exception to that but it's -- from what i was able to see so far, it's clear he took care to really accurately and historically represent the saints. but i think what really stood out to me was the way that he tries to draw out their deep faith. >> brian: i understand that one of the features is on max amill colby who you named your son after that's how much he means to you and how special he was in life. >> is he an extraordinary saint. i have been to the jail cell he died in auschwitz. this is man who gave his life for a jewish stranger that he didn't know in auschwitz. that man ended up being at his canonization and, you know, he is somebody who is unfortunately more relevant today than we

eggs or butter or any of these thanksgiving spreads, and we know it's not the case. it's a little absurd to be jammed by propaganda like that. but putting that aside, we know that even if trump took office tomorrow, prices aren't going to immediately drop overnight. but is revenue going to go up? revenue going up is also good for the economy, for all the small, medium, and large businesses. that puts money in everybody's pocket, and then they have more spending power. overnight, sales have gone up in restaurants across california specifically, so that is a good thing. that is a good sign. i think there are good things to come. but no more of this junk. when it comes to thanksgiving, let's touch on some of the fun stuff, the culinary pieces here. even if it's going to cost you a little more, there's tips and tricks to make your food taste

better. citruses, not very expensive. finish it with fat and salts. that's a great way to get extra flavour in there. desserts, i through some marinated grapes together that i'm going to throw on my cherry pie. a little vinegar and salt in there because that makes all the flavors pop. these are different ways you can make your food taste good without spending the extra buck. >> brian: what i think is so cool about you is you get your family involved. you have a cookbook out about getting the family involved in the process. >> when the kids cook the food, they eat the food. that's why my kids love fish and all these different kinds of meats. it's andrew gruel's family
