cookbook. you can buy the family cookbook going into the holidays, but get everyone in the kitchen. food is the great unifier. that's how we're going to bring people together. >> brian: if i show up on your block on your sidewalk and i tell you i'm hungry, you're the type of guy that would let me in. and you can never go wrong when you go to the andrew gruel house. happy thanksgiving! >> talk soon. >> brian: that's it for us tonight. i've loved being in for laura. be sure to watch my show saturday night at 9 o'clock. i have jordan peterson on, and we'll be talking about ufc. thanks for watching. according to my tv guide, jesse watters is next. i'll be watching right from my studio. you can watch from your house. 5:01 pm
>> welcome to a special edition of jesse watters primetime. i'm in for jesse. we start with a fox news alert. we have breaking news this hour as lurking enemies set their sights on the incoming trump administration. listen to this: nearly a dozen trump picks have been targeted by violent bomb threats and swatting attacks, prompting law enforcement to respond. quote, the fbi is aware of numerous bomb threats and swatting instances, and we are working with our law enforcement partners. we take all potential threats seriously and, as always, encourage members of the public to immediately report anything they consider suspicious to law enforcement. now, pete hegseth, john ratcliffe, you know these names, have all been confirmed as
5:02 pm
targets of these threats. but targets like tom holman told fox they are not backing down. >> i think the first role is not to be intimidated. i'm not going to be intimidated by these people. they're not going to silence me. i'm going to do this job. i'm going to do this job because it's an issue of national security. you're not going to shut me up, i'm not going away, and i'm going to do this job. >> thankfully law enforcement has deemed these threats not credible as no devices were found at the target homes. but this all comes after a series of violent threats and even assassination attempts that haunted the trump campaign. there's been an overt attempt to dismantle the trump presidency. separately, u.s. intelligence
5:03 pm
agencies have claimed iran the mastermind behind several plots to attempt to kill president-elect trump. including someone the fbi described as an asset of the iran's revolutionary guard core. according to the complaint, they tasked him with tracking and killing trump to avenge the death of an iranian general. the threat of violence against trump and his team doesn't seem to be slowing down. is this the new political norm for america? let's ask oklahoma senator, the perfect guest for this. thank you for joining me. you will be sitting across from these nominees, across from the faces i put on the screen, who are victims of threats. are you worried for their safety? >> most of these are also close friends of mine, and it's ridiculous what's happening but
5:04 pm
it's not surprising. the left, the democrat party that says they're the party of tolerance and inclusion, they don't like anybody who doesn't agree with them. but this rhetoric that they've continued to spread about the nominees -- let's use tulsi gabbard. they called tulsi gabbard a russian officer. the left has caused this. yes, i'm worried about their safety. if they're willing to go after president trump on two different assassination attempts that has
5:05 pm
a tremendous amount of security, most of these nominees don't even have security yet because they're not confirmed. so it's extremely concerning to me. >> absolutely. not only that, someone like robert o'brien, former national security advisor, the white house yanked his security detail. he was on an iranian assassination list, and it was the former secret service head that just yanked his security. as you think about this -- and we don't know who's behind this. the fbi say they're looking into it. do you trust that the fbi can get to the bottom of this? >> you know, i think they can find maybe the source because it had to be coordinated. when you have this many individuals that are threatened, threatened the same way, threatened with pro-palestinian packaging or rhetoric, i would say that it's going to be connected to a few or to a group. the fbi will be -- it will be really interesting how long it will take them to hunt it down,
5:06 pm
but they will find out. the bigger question now is what we do moving forward. we in congress are going to have to probably put extra money into the secret service to allow them to start protecting the nominees that are already put forth. and right now the secret service is protecting 32, maybe 33 at the time. and they're stretched pretty thin. to add these extra noms on top of that, which they're going to have to do, we're going to have to allow extra money for it. but it's important for it to take place. it's extremely concerning. and at the same time, president biden and vice president kamala harris will have to come forward and tell their group to calm down. to not take it this far. they're the ones who fed the fire, and they're also the ones who can kill the fire. >> no doubt about it. senator, thank you so much.
5:07 pm
have a wonderful thanksgiving. on that note, this time tomorrow, most of us will be sitting around a thanksgiving table with loved ones telling each other what we are thankful. and in the spirit of the holiday, the harris campaign got back together this week around a table. but no one in a good mood to say thanks. instead they came up with grievances and even a bit of denial on the side. listen to harris senior advisor and former obama campaign leader. >> at the end of the day, the political atmosphere was pretty brutal. given that we had a challenging political environment, the fact that we got the race to dead heat was positive. so i think where kamala harris campaigned, we were able to keep the tide down a little bit. margin of error race where we inherited a deficit, we got it to even. >> what is he talking about? a dead heat? got it to even? trump won all seven swing states. all seven of them.
5:08 pm
he won the popular vote outright. the first republican to do that in 20 years. trump also got more votes in raw vote total than any republican nominee in history. in all 50 states, including dc, they moved closer to the right. but the race was close? really? that's what they're going with? in hindsight, the race was never in doubt because kamala harris refused to break away from joe biden. during the campaign, nbc told us her level of loyalty is incredible. but was her loyalty really the problem? >> she felt like she was part of the administration, so why should she look back and cherry-pick things she could have done differently when she was part of it? and she had tremendous loyalty to president biden. imagine if we said, we would have taken this approach on the
5:09 pm
border. imagine the round of stories coming out after that of people saying, she didn't say that at the meeting. or i remember when she said that. the best we could do and the most that she felt was comfortable was with saying, look, vice presidents never break with their presidents. >> the truth is, she never pushed back on biden in meetings. never. she was complicit in the four-year decline of america. it's why the campaign spent five weeks hiding her from the media, because they simply could not figure out the answer to the easiest question. how are you different than joe biden. but the harris campaign is still full of excuses. and they say it is not their fault. no, it's the media's. watch kamala's campaign manager. >> i am not a media hater by any
5:10 pm
measure, and i think that we women don't get far in life talking about double standards, so that's not the point. two weeks (bleep) because of a hurricane. two weeks talking about how she didn't do interviews. real people heard, in some ways, that we were not going to have interviews. which is not true and so counter of any standard put on trump that i thought it was a problem. on top of that, we would do an interview, and to stephanie's point, the questions were small and processee and about -- >> dumb. just dumb. >> they were not informing a voter who was trying to listen to learn more or to understand. >> if the goal was to inform voters, is maybe the harris campaign should have done a little less "call her daddy" and more fox news. or even joe rogan, who they say they had no time for.
5:11 pm
meanwhile, they were begging to be interviewed by this youtube show called "the hot ones" where guests sit down and eat spicy chicken wings. the youtube show actually denied kamala's request. so was the harris campaign really that out of touch? i mean, even democrats, strong democrats, avowed ones to the kamala campaign, are realizing it. >> it was disappointing at best. the lack of self-awareness, their lack of self-reflection. the inability to figure out a way in which you can win this race. simply providing messaging and saying that we're up where you don't believe that in your heart of hearts to be true. i just think it was disappointing. >> but the campaign is not in the mood to be lectures. they are playing the victim card. >> it's a party problem. republicans don't make trump apologize. and as stephanie said, we don't
5:12 pm
have to mimic it. but i think that there are a lot of times where if you're in the democratic party and you step out of line, you get punished for it. we put out an ad with a cuss word in it, and the amount of feedback we got was insane. >> but someone has to get punished here. they lost, and the squad says the campaign made a huge misstep by flaunting liz cheney's endorsement. quote, it does say something about where your priorities are, even if those are not your priorities. some democrats say they lost because they were scared of their donors. >> i think that they need to change their policies. >> it's a policy thing for you? >> yes. it's 100% a policy thing. it's a boring answer. although i think it would be self-serving to say i'm the left jeff rogan, that's not going to solve this problem. what will solve the problem is
5:13 pm
if the democratic party adopts real left wing populus messaging instead of avoiding that stuff because they're terrified of their donors. >> democrats are going to have to do a serious autopsy around the thanksgiving dinner tomorrow, and they have to figure out what to do with kamala. some democrats never want to see her again. they're begging her to not run in four years. they don't even want her to run for governor of california. >> the thing that troubles me about kamala harris in that story is maybe she'll run for governor of california, maybe she'll run for president again. i still don't know what she stands for, which is part of the reason she lost. the campaign did not have a message that connected with voters. there was a lack of authenticity. >> kamala and biden created a
5:14 pm
mess; that's the truth. and it's so bad that democrats have to start from scratch. listen to the "washington post". we suggest that the best place to start is in the very states that are losing population. ideally, democrats could point to the states where they control government in their largest cities as demonstration projects that show democratic policies could work for the nation. at the moment, they are not. john morgan is the founder of morgan and morgan and a former major democratic donor. john, i was thrilled to have you tonight, and i wanted you to react to this. this was reporting out of pol politico about what kamala harris was doing in hawaii. she been instructing allies to keep her options open for a possible presidential run or even governor of california.
5:15 pm
your reaction to that? >> well, my reaction is she thinks she's obama. she goes to hawaii because obama goes to hawaii. she began talking like obama, imitating obama. she is not barack obama. she has no talent. she can never run for president again. she ran once, she got 0 delegates. she was going to be tethered to biden no matter what. but she thought that all these votes were for her. they were not. the votes that she got were people voting against trump. and the votes that trump got were the people voting for trump. what the harris campaign should have done instead of avoiding joe rogan and podcasts, it turns out that barren trump, who looks
5:16 pm
like a runway model, was telling his father you need to go on podcasts. you need to go on joe rogan. he was three hours late to a rally because he was doing joe rogan because that was so important. so barron trump is a lot smarter than everybody in the harris -- they said they didn't go on joe rogan, the progressives around her didn't want to go on joe rogan. that's how you change minds! they lost badly. she should go away and never, ever come back. she spent almost $2 billion. they're raising money this week to pay off the debt. if you can't run your campaign, you damn sure can't run the country. >> john, that is the most honest assessment and i think the most accurate one i've heard from a democrat so far.
5:17 pm
and i'm curious for you, as you move forward as a party, who's the future of your party? >> well, my future -- look, i'm a bill clinton democrat. and each year that's gone by, i've been pushed further and further and further out. the squad, defund the police, woke, it pushes people like me. i am not a democratic socialist. i was a democrat with a capital "c" capitalist. and i'm now a registered independent because i cannot abide that business. look, i love joe biden, i think he did a great job if you look at the record. i know a lot of you disagree, but i think objectively history's going to be good to him. but joe biden is the end of my line with the democrats because of the harrises of this world
5:18 pm
and the progressives pushing her to not go on joe rogan. that's where she should have been! just like barron trump told his dad to go and all the other podcasts. so that's where i am today. i'm more for people than party. in florida, i ran two amendments. i legalized medical marijuana and i raised the minimum wage. had to get 60% of the vote. we did. you know why? most of us agree on most things when you take the dnr down. so i would say to that, to the squad and the defund the police crowd, mission accomplished. i'm out. >> yeah. john morgan, we disagree on a lot. we are from different sides of the aisle. but we are both floridans, and i think we both acknowledge reality. it seems like you did tonight. john morgan, thank you. and welcome to the independents. that's interesting.
5:19 pm
thank you so much. mark, that was some of the most honest analysis i've heard. do you think the broader party will engage in that level of self-reflection? >> i doubt it. i think they have gone straight through -- run straight through thanksgiving and started festivus with the erring of grievances because that's what's happening on the left right now. but think about how different this is than trump's last victory in 2016. last time he didn't win the popular vote, so they went out and tried to delegitimatize his presidency. there was the not my president and the women's march with all the pink hats. and they were trying to say he colluded with russia, and then they launched the mueller probe and all the rest of it. they went on a massive jihad to try to destroy the man's presidency, and he beat it all. not only did he beat it all,
5:20 pm
americans, knowing everything they accused him of including saying he was hitler, they went into the voting booth and elected him. the democrats are sitting right now stunned, still weeks after this vote, trying to figure out what they went wrong. >> i think i know the answer to this question, but because trump did have such a victory and because they're so stunned, do you think the resistance will ebb a little bit from the media, from the left? or do you think they're rearing, ready to go with the same antics? impeachment one and impeachment two come shortly after january? >> i think it's hit a brick wall. i think they would love to resist, but what else can you throw at them? literally. 91 indictments. i always say charles manson only had 12. he had 91 indictments!
5:21 pm
they threw everything but the kitchen sink at him, and it didn't stop him. he's stronger now than he was before. if you're smart, what do you do? i was chuck schumer, what i would do is what i should have done in 2016, which is reach my hand across the aisle and try to work with him. work for the betterment of the country and not for the betterment of your party. that would be the smart thing to do. there are a lot of things he campaigned on like no tax on tips. that was his original idea. no tax on social security. there are a lot of things in his agenda that democrats could support. they agree with him on trade. he changed the republican's position from being a free trade party into a more protectionist party. there are many things they could work with him on if they wanted to. but you have to cure the dts

>> kayleigh: hezbollah and israel have agreed to a ceasefire. the 60-day agreement has israeli forces withdrawing from lebanese territory and hezbollah fighters retreating 25 miles from the israel/lebanon border. the deal will potentially bring an end to more than a year of fighting that's killed thousands. but will a ceasefire agreement with hamas be next? foreign correspondence alex hogan has the latest.
5:28 pm
>> good evening. in its first day so far, this ceasefire has held. lebanon's army is currently heading south. hezbollah will need to retreat north, and israeli forces will withdraw from lebanon in phases over the next 60 days. those involved in negotiations say what is crucial now is implementation to make sure hezbollah does not bolster its forces to strike again. israel has warned civilians not to return to southern cities just yet. quite the opposite with lebanese people driving south and celebrations breaking out in the streets for the start of this ceasefire. israel says it will reserve the right to attack if it finds that hezbollah has violated this treaty. for now, the focus will shift back to hamas. >> voice of interpreter: from here, we look towards the southern front where the most important goal is to return all the hostages home safely and

belief in biden world is one ceasefire would pave the way for another. do you see a ceasefire with hamas on the horizon? >> i think they're half right. they certainly are funded by the same source. that's the iranian government. unfortunately it's the biden administration that empowered iran with money that they used to make it possible so that hamas, hezbollah, and the houthis could all launch attacks, particularly on destroying israel. when hezbollah says we're going to have a ceasefire, good. quite frankly, the idf need some time to regroup and reconstitute. they're exhausted from having to fight wars on both the northern and southern fronts. and they've been doing if for over a year. 419 days. but also never forget that hezbollah started this attack on israel. israel didn't attack them, they

attacked israel. on october the 8th, the day after the massacre outside of gaza. the old reality is that if you start a war with me, you may get to start it but i choose how we finish it. israel is going to choose how they finish it. not iran, not the u.n., not france, not america. israel will decide how this has to end. >> kayleigh: and that's how it should be, without a doubt. one of the great privileges of my time in the trump administration was when something happened that hadn't happened in 26 years, and that was the first peace deal that israel had with the uae, united arab emirates. there were more that came, four total. and we felt we were on the cusp of a normalization of relations with saudi arabia, which would have been enormous in isolating iran in the region. do you think during your time we

could see that happen? >> i think we could. trump should have gotten a noble peace prize. he did more than most people ever do to receive one. but it's not about awards for him, it's about making things happen. he did that. and he did it in the most unconventional way. that's what people don't really appreciate about donald trump. it's not about does it line up to some republican dogma. the question is does it work, and does it make things better and not worse. >> kayleigh: governor, so thrilled for you and your family. a conservative movie just hit the top of the charts. more on that next.

5:40 pm
to fight for what they believed was right. and the actor who played a soviet in the movie says the show shows how reagan was demonized like trump. >> not a lot of people will remember, but i was around when reagan was president. the hollywood community, much like today, was a bit different because it was more balanced back then. you had more conservatives, more powerfully out-front conservatives. but the left continued to demonize reagan. they called him dumb, stupid.
5:41 pm
every step that reagan did, they called him out of touch. and reagan was red, white, and blue like donald trump. i wrote an article the day donald trump announced that he was like ronald reagan because it was about what was good for america. reagan was also a liberal in his bleeding heart liberal days in the early 1940s and changed to conservative later on when he realized the threat that communism had in america. and it still has today in different forms. we call it the progressive left, which as sharon stone and alec baldwin refuse to understand, they talk about adolescence, voters are adolescent. well, the adolescent doesn't understand or grow with the times. as you said earlier in your segment, more people voted for

donald trump. so where is the disconnect? there is an elite status -- she talked about flying and not travelling and not this. again, out of touch. reagan was a grassroots populist, as donald trump of course is. and both have peace through strength. you talked earlier about what's happening over there in hezbollah. i have a wife from estonia, and the estonians are worried they might have to migrate to finland or other places because of the upheaval of joe biden and what happened over there. i think trump, again, is like reagan because he understands the threats to america. and it's america first. not america last. >> kayleigh: robert, that is

perfectly said. >> the film, if you look at what the critics have said, 98% of the people that watched "reagan" loved the film. 18 critics. it's got a low rating on rotten tomatoes from the critics, from the left-wing critics. that shows you the divide right there in terms of reality and how they did this in the media. how they portrayed trump in the media and how they portrayed reagan. very similar. the assassination attempts on both men. the fight that he had. the difference was reagan had a partner in tip o'neill. >> kayleigh: robert davi, i understand you are at palm beach at the watch party, and you are elated at trump's re-election. robert, thank you. screaming liberals try to cancel thanksgiving. that's next.

writing, thanksgiving is our most woke holiday. that's why it's so great. a rare american celebration not rooted in a particular religion. not a memorial born out of nation building. it's a holiday without flag-waving and saluting, because that's so bad. one that doesn't stir debates about what can and cannot happen on sacred ground in arlington national cemetery. what a group there. let's bring in emily, cohost of "outnumbered" and a good friend of mine and author of the new bestselling book "under his wings", and host of "fox news saturday night". emily, maybe we should go to one of these howling rituals. >> you and i have far better things to do. there was one hidden gem in that analysis that says thanksgiving
5:52 pm
is 24 hours devoted to simply being grateful and surrounding yourself with family and friends. unfortunately that gem and that truth was totally buried between all of that nonsense you cited and the rituals we're watching here on the screen. at the end of the day, i think the people disinvited were probably because they're not good company around. but what makes me so sad is all these young people who think so superficially and can't think beyond this election cycle. they are sacrificing that precious time with their loved ones or their family for an instagram or tiktok like. >> kayleigh: i want to bring in one of my favorite moments, and that's when this woman howl the at the moon in 2016 as trump was being sworn in. let's watch. >> donald j trump is now president of the united states.
