administration service members have at this point. they are relying on local law enforcement to protect them. what do you say to local law enforcement and also to the democrats who basically incited this kind of violence? >> well, our law enforcement we say thank you, thank you for putting the safety of our community and all of these individuals first. they reality we are in a difficult time in this country and we can never allow the violence, the political violence and the tactics used in other countries where so many immigrants who are here now fled to escape. that can never happen here in the united states. so i have confidence the trump administration will come in and make sure the law enforcement is putting the safety of our government officials first and foremost. more importantly, finding these individuals that are behind these threats and making the arrests to get them off at the street so they can't commit any type of crimes. look, i thank my colleagues for

for joining us today. >> thank you, happy thanksgiving. >> julie: in the opening statements "under the law deadly physical force as a choke hold permitted only when absolutely necessary and only for as long as is absolutely necessary." here the defendant went way too far. it is important to note the second-degree manslaughter charge only prosecutors to prove daniel penny acted recklessly, recklessly is the key word and not intentionally according to prosecutors. the defense attorney said daniel penny protecting passengers and responding to jordan neely's unhinged rage. do you believe it is reckless since that is what the prosecution needs to prove to protect the public if you believe people's lives are at risk? >> well, i think the jury is going to have a very hard time coming to a consensus on this. if they are combing the guilty way. i could see this being a hung

jury and acquittal, obviously for mr. penney if that is going to happen but i think it would be hard to find 12 people to get in a room who are everyday new yorkers who take the subway and find his conduct to be reckless in light of the testimony of the people on the train that one person testified she has been on the train for many, many years and that felt different to her that day. she didn't say this but more sinister. and somebody else also participating in holding him down. that is really the question for the jurors if they believe the state's medical examiner that the choke hold caused the death. the real question is if he behaved recklessly. i think that would be hard-pressed to find 12 people that believe he behaved recklessly in light of the circumstances. >> julie: when people ride the subway, they hear where people are attacking people are actually killed on the subway. a lot of times a lot of passerby's do nothing and they sit and watch or watch on their cell phone you do nothing.

especially tumultuous time we are in now. going to election, what sense of urgency do you have to pull the trigger? interest rates although the fed reduced a few times the interest rate has slightly increased. which is counter intuitive. when you look at the two factors, the election and rates, everybody is on the sidelines. i can tell you since november 5th took place, we have seen a handsome uptick in the real estate market. law firm the largest residential practice in the country. this week in particular holiday week, we saw an increase. which is great because when you practice where we will find optimism, this is for phenomenal optimism in 20:25 p.m. until the stock market clearly reacted very positively to the outcome that the election. you will see continued effort by the fed also but the president to continue rate reductions which will at some point
