used may be for exceptional circumstances, to identify and apprehend these individuals. because the calling end of a swot call or swatting or a bomb call will leave a digital footprint. now the difficulty the fbi will have is if an individual who was identified overseas or abroad. it will be more difficult to locate and apprehend the individual but if that person is stateside, rest assured the fbi is going to apprehend and bring that person to justice. >> and how important is that apprehension and the people know it occurred with that be a deterrent for people to thank these are harmless threats are they can get away with things like this? >> win you look at swatting calls that generally has been surging, you see it in high school type situations where it's done because of vindictive motives generally the person is given a lesser charge or even a deferred prosecution. but in this particular

situation, given the enormous amount of assets and amount of manpower that's going to have to be utilized to try to locate and apprehend these individuals, these type of individuals should be charged with a felony and should go to jail if, in fact, they are guilty. not only guilty endangering law enforcement also the targeted individual and general welfare of the united states because all of us here and we all could potentially be a target of a swatting type scenario or bomb threat. >> does the fact that this is against a new administration, incoming administration, politically motivated politically motivated potentially in nature picked does that raise the stakes of the potential charges? >> well, i think to your point there is a little criticism that the fbi is perhaps not doing enough. i've spoken to my former colleagues and i can tell you this is an absolute priority it is front and center.

have not just a football legacy but one as humanitarian. tell us about the work you're doing or the big storms that have had the south part thanksgiving always a time of year we highlight food insecurity and those types of needs. jack to you. >> molly i love spending the holidays with you and talking about god's work that he does through us. at the jasper foundation we have 85% of our workforce is out of prison. these men going to communities they've helped dozens and dozens of families after the hurricane. just this month we've already delivered over 150,000 pounds of food, 65,000 pounds of food delivered this week for things giving alone. throughout south florida and central florida. it's really been incredible to see. these men may have well spent 30 or 40 i have a guy who spent 50 years in prison and now they are out and serving their community. thank about all of the children

we have who don't get to spend their things giving with their dads, we are going to those families and bringing them gifts and send them turkeys. we distribute 250 degrees the other day so it's truly been a blessing it was 250 turkeys -- to see what they've done. so they keep me going, they inspire me i'm passionate about it. took my first trip to prison win i was just seven years old he left an impact on me so our lacework in my life's work is to help men that are inside our prisons and jails going through these families especially on days like things giving when they'd have to do with the reality of their father being incarcerated. >> yeah, i think it's beautifully said and that so much more than food and thanksgiving. the men in these photos from florida have the biggest smiles on their face. you can see the gratitude they
