potatoes. i'm sorry, maria from west palm beach. we're thankful for jesse watters primetime. and of course, trump's massive landslide. fight, fight fight. john from dallas. what are you most thankful for? i'm thankful for my family, for health and for living in the greatest country on the face of the earth. that's all for us tonight. dvr the show and always remember, i'm watters, and this is my world. and welcome to this special edition of hannity and happy thanksgiving. we have so much
11:01 pm
to be thankful for tonight, for the hour, we will highlight some of our big interviews from the past few months. first up, president elect donald trump wasted no time in moving to assemble his team for his second term. here are a few of my exclusive interviews. well, with some of those key appointments. tom homan is with us. tom, welcome back to the program. great to have you. are you planning on deporting american citizens? no, exactly not. look, the view. it's like the island of misfit toys. they don't know what the hell they're talking about. president trump has made it clear we will prioritize public safety threats and national security threats first. and that's what the focus will be. and there's over 1.5 convicted criminal aliens in this country with final orders of removal that we're going to be looking for. there's thousands of gang members, illegal alien gang members are going to be looking for. now, i'm going to say, if you're in the country illegally, you shouldn't feel comfortable. absolutely not. i won't feel comfortable if i'm in the country illegally, if
11:02 pm
i'm in, if i'm in some other country illegally, i'm not going to be comfortable. you shouldn't be comfortable either, because when you enter this country illegally, you have committed a crime. you are a criminal and you're not off the table. cartels, gang members. we have had dozens and dozens of americans that have been murdered or scroll their names again. we have had dozens of americans, including children that have been raped by harris, biden, unvetted illegals. we have hundreds and hundreds of americans, victims of violent crime. we have a fentanyl crisis. we have an opioid crisis. we have cartels. we have gang members. we have 13,000 illegal immigrant murderers inside our country. we have known terrorists inside our country. we have more than 15,000 convicted rapists and sex offenders inside our country. more than 2500 kidnapers inside our country. all told, more than 400,000 criminal illegal immigrants, including known terrorists. they are here, but we don't know where they are. how are we
11:03 pm
going to find them to get rid of them? look, we got ice is very good at what they do. we have a targeting system. i can't really talk about it on the air because it's law enforcement sensitive. but we're going to find them and look, we're going to go we're going to go get them. and i saw today numerous governors from sanctuary states saying they're going to step in the way. they better get the hell out of the way. either you help us or get the hell out of the way, because ice is going to do their job. we're going to take the handcuffs off ice that the biden administration put on them and let ice what they do, what they do best. and let me say this back to the view of joe biden. they promised this administration promised they're going to concentrate on the criminal aliens that was a priority. secretary mayorkas said it. i looked at the stats today. the removal of criminal aliens is down 74% from president trump. we have more criminals here than we ever had. so we've got plenty of targets out there. and the men and women of this, this new administration are going to go look for them. they're going to look for them. sanctuary
11:04 pm
cities, the sanctuary cities don't want to help. get out of the way. i'll double the workforce in that sanctuary city. we're going to do our job. despite the politics. we're doing it. so get used to it because we're coming. let me ask you this. do you like the idea of maybe giving a grace period where people that did not respect our laws, borders, sovereignty, that maybe you give them 2 or 3 months and you say you can self-report and we will help deport you. we will send you back to your home country. and if you do that, we'll put money in your pocket so you can rebuild your life, which would be a lot cheaper than than paying for three nights at a four star hotel in new york and giving them a debit card. and in a year, after a year or two years or three years, whatever it is, you can then apply to come into the country legally. if you don't self-report deport, then you will never be given an opportunity at citizenship. and when you leave, you will never
11:05 pm
be invited back. you will never be able to apply to come into the country. sound like a good idea or no? criminals and gang members get no grace period. but while we're out prioritizing the public safety threats and national security threats, if you want to self-deport you should self-deport. because again, we know who you are and we're going to come and find you. so if you want to self-deport, that's fine. but criminals and gang members, they get no favors from this administration. you came to this country illegally, which is a crime. you committed crimes against the united states citizens. some heinous crimes. you get no grace. period. so we're coming for yo. but for those others, the non-criminals you want to self-deport, i'm all for it. because when they self-report, they can put their orders, put everything in order. their their family business, they got homes or whatever. they can put all their in order and leave with their family all together. it makes perfect sense. vivek ramaswamy joins us now. all right. so you're partnering with the smartest guy in the country. there's no doubt about it. and the richest guy. but
11:06 pm
you look at elon musk and he's a genius. if you can figure out a way to go save those astronauts that are lost in space, god bless you. i could never figure that out in 500 lifetimes, so i admire that. he's talking about $2 billion in cuts by identifying waste, fraud and abuse. is that a realistic number? that's a big number. yeah. 2 billion isn't a big number, but 2 trillion is sean. that's what we're looking at here. look the 2 trillion i stand corrected. no, no i don't want to be very clear about the scale. i want to be very clear about the scale that we're thinking here. we're not thinking small. we're playing big here because we have a once in a generation mandate. right now, the american people have voted for drastic reform of the government and our federal government is broken. it's no secret that it is a fourth branch of government, the administrative state that makes most of the rules, that creates a federal bureaucracy that's hampering our economy. so what do we want to do? we want to go in and slash and burn that bureaucracy, to help americans
11:07 pm
stimulate the economy and to restore self-governance? again, sean, the people we elect to run the government, they're not even the ones who run the government anymore. it's these unelected bureaucrats. republican politicians have talked about fixing this for a long time, not with a lot of progress. so i do think it's going to take a couple of outsiders. elon and i have built a great friendship over the last year. we're working together intensely and we're not going to stop until we get the job done. when ronald reagan became president, on the issue of defense, he he called it a gap of vulnerability. china, russia, they have hypersonic missile technology. we do not. we're going to have to spend a lot of money on defense to catch up and to surpass our enemies. social security and medicare are headed towards insolvency. we'll have to spend money there. to me, that money is going to be made up through energy dominance. that's where i think our greatest opportunity is. your thoughts look, part of what's holding back energy dominance in this country is that administrative
11:08 pm
state. look at the regulations coming out of the department of interior, the slow permitting requirements, how hard it is to open a new refinery. so i think that is the root cause of our failure as a country. is this unelected fourth branch of government. and i think they look at elected officials as these cute little puppets that come and go every little while. not anymore. there's a new sheriff in town. donald trump's the president. he has mandated us for radical, drastic reform of this federal bureaucracy with the learnings of that first term. and you look, ellen and i, i mean, ellen solving major problems of physics. i came from the world of biology. what we're solving here now is not a natural problem. this is a man made problem. and when you have a man made problem, you better darn well have a man made solution. that's what we're bringing to the table. we're assembling the brightest minds in the country. this is the equivalent of a modern manhattan project to take on. i think the major problem holding our country back. it's the federal bureaucracy. target that cost, save the money, restore self-governance. and i think we did something pretty novel here, if i may say so. if
11:09 pm
i just want to say, is this government department of government efficiency, it is built with an end to date. we want to be done by july 4th, 2026. so for the first time in history, creating a department, creating a new government project that is designed to end when its work is complete, that's on the 250th anniversary of america's declaration of independence. and that's the gift we want to give this country on that birthday. well, i hope congress adopts your recommendations. they did not do so in the reagan years with the grace commission. what are the first things you're going to look at? look, we got a long list. and a lot of this is to stay tuned for what's coming on january 20th, because some of this we do want to come as in a big way, swinging on day one. but i'll give you some examples. sean. most federal employees right now, most americans don't recognize this. they don't even show up to work. so if you tell people, you have to affirm that you want a job, that you have to show up to work five days a week, how many of those employees are going to quit right out of the gate? that's a
11:10 pm
question we should ask. those are the kinds of inefficiencies, low hanging fruit that democrats and republicans are. black or white americans alike can agree on. we should not be wasting that kind of money as a federal government. and so in that sense, tackling this kind of waste, fraud, abuse, bureaucratic bloat, we're going for the stuff that's basic common sense that most americans actually agree on. and i hope we're going to actually be able to help unite the country by eliminating waste, which is something that all americans, regardless of partizan affiliation, can get behind. and that's how ellen and i are thinking about it. congressman, i've known you a long time. i think there could be nobody better for this position. let's talk about it. we really have a crisis abroad, and that is i believe that under harris and biden, we've allowed the iranians to get rich. and that has fomented terror all throughout the middle east. israel, our ally, is fighting a four front war. we still have the ongoing war in ukraine, in europe. what advice, what do you view as
11:11 pm
your top mission going into this position, which is very, very important? yes, sean. well, in terms of the role, it is really presenting decisions and options to the president, helping him make those decisions. and then ensuring the interagency, the executive branch executes on on those decisions in line with his vision and in terms of broader vision. what i appreciate so much about president trump. yes, of course, we need to rebuild and have the strongest military in the world, but our true strength is our overwhelmingly prosperous economy. and under underscoring that is energy. he just announced the national energy council. we are blessed with liquid gold, as he said. and so that is what he is going to unleash first and foremost, not only does that solve our
11:12 pm
economic problems, not only does that solve our inflation problems, but it puts a lot of our adversaries on their back foot. number one. number two, our borders are sovereign. we are going to defend them. we are not going to have spy balloons coming over any more than we're going to have isis terrorists walking across. and that will be part of a broader focus on the western hemisphere. and then thirdly, look, we will go back to maximum pressure on iran, which is the core of all evil in the middle east right now. the president trump has been very clear about that. we need to bring an end to the war in ukraine, and we need to compete and deal with the threat that is the chinese communist party. promises made, promises kept. he has been very clear about all of these items on the campaign trail. i'm not a big lover of the un. i think historically they have been anti-semitic and anti-american. i'm not a big fan of globalist organizations. i think the w.h.o. for example, were nothing but propagandists
11:13 pm
during covid for the communist chinese. i don't like the world economic forum. i didn't like the iranian deal. i'm sure that donald trump will get out of that. and i don't like the paris climate accords. to me, all of that compromises national security in some way. do you agree with that? look, sean, you know, i think the president has been very focused on america, americans and american interests and both defending those and promoting those. and in line with those values all over the world, we can have allies. we can have friends, but we can have tough conversations. and we need to share that burden against our adversaries. and at the end of the day, our adversaries have to respect and will respect strength that that will be donald trump in this white house. so yes, yes, i'm in agreement. those those institutions, we can work
11:14 pm
alongside, we can work by, with and through. but those three core interests america, americans and american interests, i think will be at the top of the america first agenda. let me ask you, elise stefanik is going into the administration. you're going in. the sooner you resign, the quicker there will be an election to replace you in in the house. have you set a timetable on that? we're working with both the speaker and governor desantis to set that those timetables in in accordance with both florida law, but also to get those seats filled as quickly as possible so that we can drive the president and the republican agenda. yeah. do you now, with that said, do you have anybody that you in particularly like to replace you or you're going to stay out of that? well, there's a couple
11:15 pm
of folks that have very i think will be fantastic, sean. and you know that we need to talk to the president about and make sure that that, you know, are going to fill that seat and keep driving forward in a way that not only do i did that, the speaker needs and the president needs incoming white house deputy chief for policy stephen miller is with us. stephen, how are you? i am goo, sean, my old friend. after nine years, we are here on the heels of a landslide like the world has never seen before, prepared under president trump's leadership to implement historical, transformative, long awaited change to make this government accountable to the people of this country. once again, it will be, as donald trump said, a new golden age for america. i want to go through how dramatic this is going to be because what what i hear the president is proposing and look at elon musk and vivek ramaswamy, and they're setting
11:16 pm
up this new department, and they're going to get rid of waste, fraud and abuse. and they're going to cut they pledged to cut by july 4th, 2026, $2 trillion in federal spending. that is a monumental task. and there are ways to do it. i think one way to do it would be to increase revenues. that would be through energy dominance. that's a separate topic, but this is transformative. what the president is talking about. he for the first time, we've heard conservatives for years talk about limited government cutting waste, fraud and abuse. and now somebody for the first time in my adult life, if you will, to catch a phrase i'm believing it's going to happen. how real is that that they're going to cut to that extent? well, the president has put together the dream team, and you just mentioned two members of the dream team. so you have the department of government efficiency that from the outside is going to direct and organize this extraordinary
11:17 pm
effort to remove all of the waste and the corruption from the federal government. so they will do that in concert and in league with the white house, president trump, the office of management and budget. here's the shocking truth, sean. the departments do not have any clue where the dollars are going. how many audits has the pentagon failed? who has any idea how much waste and abuse there is in the trillions of dollars spent by this federal government? who has any idea how many hundreds of billions of dollars every year are stolen? stolen from taxpayers by fraud rings, scammers, foreign operatives? this government is not watching how your dollars are being spent and president trump has commissioned ellen and vivek and many others across the government to get to the bottom of this. so the money that you earn as an american citizen will be jealously treasured and guarded and not waste any longer. and we are going to go into these agencies and find
11:18 pm
everybody who is not performing on behalf of the american public. and we're going to say, if you're not providing that service, if you're not serving the public, then you can go. the border has been a big issue. how quickly, in your estimation, can that border get secure? number one, and we have known terrorists in the country. we have people that have murdered americans. we have the lake and riley trial, trial going on right now. dozens of dead americans murdered by harris, biden, unvetted illegals. we have dozens of americans raped, hundreds and hundreds of victims of violent crime. we have gang members. we have cartel members in this country. how quickly do we secure the border? how quickly do we deport those that are criminal aliens in the country? it's going to be at light speed. sean, the moment that president trump puts his hand on that bible and takes the oath of office, as he has said, the occupation ends liberation day begins. he will immediately sign executive orders, sealing the border shut, beginning the largest deportation operation
11:19 pm
in american history. finding the criminal gangs, rapists, drug dealers and monsters that have murdered our citizens and sending them home. no one will be allowed to enter the country illegally and ice will be empowered in partnership with fbi, dea, atf, the national guard to fully seal and secure the border with cbp and to find and identify the criminal threats that are inside this country and send them back hom. we saw that heartbreaking testimony, sean laken riley, that precious, beautiful young woman, fought for her life against an illegal alien imported by biden-harris for 18 harrowing minutes. she fought for her life, and we are going to honor that extraordinary woman, and we're going to honor every victim who has suffered under president trump's leadership. we are going to honor that suffering by unleashing a righteous wave of justice and sending these criminal migrants back home. let's go to caroline leavitt,
11:20 pm
her first interview since being tapped to be the next white house press secretary, spokesperson for the trump vance transition, caroline leavitt, did i read you're going to be the youngest person to ever hold that position. that is correct, sean. yes. all right. congratulations. number one, you do know that you're walking into hostile territory, right? certainly do. and look, i think i'm well prepared for that. and i'm incredibly honored that president trump has instilled confidence in me to speak on his behalf behind the white house podium. it's been an honor to have a front row seat to the greatest political comeback in history. and as you mentioned in your monologue, sean, president trump is putting together a brilliant cabinet of fantastic america. first fighters from elon musk and vivek ramaswamy, who are going to cut the waste out of our federal bureaucracy to siouxsie wiles, who is going to serve as the first female chief of staff in history. take that mark cuban to tom homan.
11:21 pm
no one better to secure the border than him. and i'm so excited to speak on behalf of a president who just received a resounding mandate from the american people to deliver on the promises that he made on the campaign trail. we have the house. we have the senate. president trump is going to get to work on day one to implement real change that will deliver real relief and support to the american people who are struggling right now under the harris, biden administration. with the death of legacy media. and i define that by three major networks every major newspaper new york times, washington post, l.a. times, usa today, all against the president, nbc, abc, cbs, all these liberal cable channels, every late night comedy show, with the exception of greg gutfeld, the only one that is funny and has ratings. and i put it all together and i thought that ari fleischer, former white house press secretary himself, had a great idea. why don't you push the old legacy media that nobody is
11:22 pm
really listening to anyway? and why don't you put new media in the front of the room? now you have the ability to make seating arrangements, don't yo? we sure do. and i will say there's no greater advocate for a free and fair press than donald trump. during his first term as a president, he was the most transparent president in american history that continued on the campaign trail despite the fact that he has exposed the media for being incredibly hostile and fake. they have pushed lies and hoaxes about him for eight years. they consistently take his words out of context. this election taught us a lot of things, but one of those things is that the american people are no longer buying the lies from the legacy media, and americans are digesting their news in various different forms. we saw president trump own that lane on the campaign trail, sitting down with the number one podcast in this world and ratings bonanza. every time he did it. that's how americans are consuming their news these
11:23 pm
days. so we will certainly look at options on how to respect the tradition of the white house, while also ensuring that press briefing room reflects the media habits of the american people today. and just like we did on the campaign trail, president trump is serving the american people, and we want to make sure we are getting his message out as effectively as possible to the american people. he is serving the under trump's first term, the role of press secretary, i think, changed somewhat dramatically and as much as nobody speaks to the press about donald trump better than donald trump. so it's a tough position that you're being put in. have you given thought as to whether or not there will be daily white house briefings or occasional white house briefings, or on an as needed basis? have you thought about that at all? that's certainly something i'll discuss with president trump. ultimately, he is the decision maker. as you know. that was the way in his first white house, it was the way on our campaign. and i will defer to him. but like i said
11:24 pm
as well, in his first term, he was the most transparent president in history. he often brought the press into the oval office when he was signing bills. he did rose garden press conferences. in fact, during the covid pandemic, president trump briefed the press in the james s brady briefing room 72 days in a row. i know a lot of the fake news reporters will tell you behind the scenes, sean. they miss that transparency and that access to the leader of the free world. and i know president trump will provide that to them again. and coming up, my interview with stephen a smith, after donald trump's decisive election win. for gentle, dependable constipation relief, try seneca. it works differently than other laxatives because it's made from the senna plant, a natural vegetable laxative ingredient. gentle, dependable senna can also available in delicious gummies at doan's. we know one thing and one thing only backs. strained backs from weekend chores to pulled backs

new ceasefire deal enters into its third day. the israeli military said in a statement that several suspects who arrived in vehicles in southern lebanon broke conditions of the ceasefire deal and that troops opened fire towards them, adding that troops, quote, would actively enforce violations of the ceasefire agreement. both un peacekeepers and lebanese troops will patrol that buffer zone. the ceasefire agreement, brokered by the u.s. and france, means a two month pause in fighting and dozens of protesters arrested at the macy's thanksgiving day parade in new york city. police say the protest appeared to be related to the israel-hamas war. 21 protesters were taken into custody after jumping the barricades and sitting on the parade route with palestinian flags. i'm chanley painter. now back to hannity. i spoke to the one and only stephen a smith, only days after donald trump's landslide. take a look. he's a
11:30 pm
rock star. he. there is no as far as i'm concerned, there is no espn without my friend. stephen a smith. i watched you on the view today. how are you doing? all right. how are you doing, sean? congratulations on the election. the results. you called it. you said it was going to happen. i can't refute it. i can't refuse the fact that the president of the united states, the president elect, is well deserving of it. it was a romp. it was an annihilation. i know a lot of people are trying to, you know, label it like, you know what? he won a little bit in a lot of different places. i don't want to hear that. he won, and he won an absolutely convincing fashion. so much so that i think that in light of those results, we have to look at this election as a referendum on the democratic party in america, saying we're not feeling where you are. we're not feeling where you tried to go. we want no part of it. we're not having it. and they made their choice, and we all have to accept it. and you were very gracious, by the way.
11:31 pm
privately, we have our own conversations. and you said that to me and you. i'll live with it. and i've had elections that i really wanted my side to win, that they lost. and you know what, stephen? a i go on and i plow through and i do my job. there was there's not going to be retribution. none of the hosts of the view are going to be taken off. i used to go on that show. i they wouldn't even allow they wouldn't accept a conversation with me at this point. isn't that pretty pathetic? i used to like whoopi goldberg, joy behar well, listen, a little. yeah, i would, i would ask that you don't look at the show, what you look at, what you should look at is the ideological tilt that has taken place in our country. we've we've gotten to a point where, god forbid, somebody has a difference of opinion and a different form of ideology, then you're near the anti-christ. and that's not what makes this country great. i mean, the reality is, is that, you know what? we could sit up there and we could say
11:32 pm
what we want. and everybody has their different opinions about donald trump. you know how i felt. you knew why i didn't vote for him. i don't like the way he behaves. i think the presidency is a statesmanship position. and i think that that i think that level of hubris that he's accustomed to showing needs to be dialed back significantly. but having said that, the bottom line is simple. you can look at a lot of things on the right or the left. he talked about the economy, okay. he and, you know, biden inherited what was it like 1.5% in terms of inflation? it ballooned to over 9.1% before it got dialed down a little bit. we looked at open borders. barack obama was once considered the deporter in chief because he actually deported more folks than donald trump. but biden comes into office, and the first thing he does day one executive order, he opens the borders and obviously that created so much tension. and then you look at the culture wars, the identity politics, you know, some of the transgender issues that people were bringing up in terms of individuals transferring trans, transitioning from male to female and wanting to
11:33 pm
participate in female sports and stuff like that, or sharing the same bathroom as females and all of this other stuff. america said, hey, we're not down for that. we're not going for it. and no matter what you try to throw in our direction, that's not what we're concerned about. we're primarily concerned about the economy. we're primarily concerned about our borders and about being safe. and they voted that way to send that message. and all we've heard over the last couple of days is folks going absolutely back crazy, because the candidate that they preferred to win didn't win. and i just want to take a moment to remind everybody, this is america. guess what? sometimes you don't get what you want, but we are known for having intestinal resolve and making sure we're able to march forward and work with whoever candidate. whichever candidate ends up being in office and winning, and find a way to work with one another and reach some degree of compromise. so we have civility in this country instead of chaos. it's going to be up to donald trump to contribute to that, no doubt. but the way i've seen some of
11:34 pm
the democrats reacting since kamala harris lost to be quite honest with you, is utterly ridiculous. i'm not going to get into any names, but it's been utterly ridiculous. you know one thing, when i'm on your show, i do all the talking. when you're on my show, i let you do all the talking. we kind of have a we kind of have this unspoken agreement because i always put together when we have conversations, they're really thoughtful conversations. they're real. we keep it real. you know, you always tell me to stay in my lane. politics. i tell you to stay in your lane sports. but you're you're making a lot of sense tonight. and they would be wise to listen to you. and more importantly, the spirit in which you're telling it. and i give you a lot of credit for that. you know, here's where i see it. and tell me what you agree or disagree with. they could not run on one thing that they could point to where we were better off than we were four years ago. one major thing that improved the lives of the american people. the campaign ended with you're a racist, you're a nazi, you're a
11:35 pm
fascist, a misogynist. even barack obama and stacey abrams calling african-american men misogynists and sexist. stacey abrams says they're racist. and a lot of what they said was just flat out lies. kamala told us for three years, the border was was secure. it was not. everybody knew it wasn't, she said. for three years that inflation was transitory and denied that we had an inflation problem. she also lied during the campaign. her final argument, she told american women she told them that donald trump's going to sign a national abortion ban. that was a lie, she said. donald trump will limit your access to contraception. that was a lie. she said that he would ban ivf. that was a lie. she tried to scare seniors and say that he's going to take away your social security and medicare. he promised he would not do it. benefits went up in his first term when he was president. so analyze that strategy. you can't run on what you did or
11:36 pm
what you succeeded at. so you're going to go to the lowest level, tell lies and call people nazis and fascists. not a good strategy, stephen. a not nice either. well, i'm not i'm not going to deny that it's not the greatest strategy. i don't know if you're entirely completely accurate in everything that you're saying, because i can think of lies that the other side as well. but i will say this to you, if you're kamala harris, what you should have done is lean on the reports that the economy was actually getting better and it actually is in a good place compared to where it was. you could have acknowledged that. guess what? not true. i was a bit wrong in the position. i was a bit wrong in the position that i took on the border. and obviously it's not about flip flopping, it's about me correcting the error of my ways. she didn't do that, but in the end, i will tell you, i'll do you a favor and tell you where the biggest crime came about from the democratic party. you had a situation with biden who promised to be a trans, you know, a transitional president. he was he labeled

himself a stopgap, somebody that was going to come in there, sort of calm the waters and then move out the way for a young blood to come into the into the fray and new blood to come into the fray and be the next president of the united states. there was supposed to be a red wave in the midterms. it didn't happen. what does he do? he's the incumbent. he gets comfortable and says, i'm not going anywhere. and that threw everything up in flux. so suddenly he's debilitated a bit. the cognitive decline is something that we were witnessing. people were noticing it but didn't want to speak about it. you let him go on stage and get embarrassed. june 27th, three and a half weeks later, you elevate her. she never went through a primary or anything like that which raised question marks. and then what do you do from there on, sean? you've got you. obviously they felt they needed to do whatever they could to get votes. this is what they were doing. and it didn't work. it didn't work. and that's what you have to applaud. the american people have spoken. they said, we're not going for that. we're looking at policies. we're not going for
11:38 pm
all of that. one last, one last question. we don't have a lot of time. she never had to explain one time why she co-sponsored the green new deal, 93 trillion and said she'd eliminate the filibuster. she never had to explain her position on gun mandatory buybacks. she never had to explain why she said the rioters in 2020. 574 of them won't stop, shouldn't stop. and she won't stop supporting them. she never had to explain. she never had to explain. you know why we're going to pay for free sex change operations for illegal immigrants. can i help you out and give them amnesty when they don't respect our laws? will you agree with me? and we have 30s for you to answer that legacy media is dead. do you agree or disagree? i'm not going to say it's dead because i'm holding out hope that it can be resuscitated. but hold on to this moment, sean, because it's a rarity. hold on to this. hold on to this for the rest of your life. okay? i am going to agree with you from the standpoint that

what was done was inexcusable. and coming up, my interview with fitness guru jillian michaels about how the left became so woke and everything else. we all salute the brave men and women who serve in our military and protect our streets. they're true heroes, but they often couldn't do what they do without their powerful partners, the canine heroes. we don't always think about. from explosive detection to hunting bad guys and working search and rescue, saving lives abroad and right here in our home communities. but due to limited and declining budgets, these dogs aren't getting the protective gear, life saving treatments, and proper handler training they need to survive. a lack of resources for these dogs is sometimes shocking. that's why i founded spike's k9 fund when i was in the service, i spent the majority of my time in the special operations community. spike was my first working dog. he was killed in iraq. the mission of spike's k9 fund is to protect these dogs, to protect our country and its communities. spike's k9 fund
11:40 pm
supports these heroes by providing working canines, the tools, training, and care they need for less than a cup of coffee, a day, you can make a life saving impact to a canine hero. you'll immediately receive information on the dogs you help. these are living, breathing souls, not just equipment. they deserve the care and protection that we can give them. when you donate to spike's k9 fund, you're providing vests for dogs like mico. you're providing medical support to dogs like gemma, and you're giving training and gps collars to dogs like barks. that's why we need your help. we need funding. every dollar makes a difference. at spike's k9 fund. with your small donation of just $5 a month, you're giving back to our heroes who give everything for us. go to spike's k9 fund.org now and get a special gift with your donation. i love dogs, i love our country and these dogs deserve everything that we can do for them. this is why i give. i'm proud to give the spikes for the dogs that serve. given to them makes this country safer. these dogs

deserve our support and to be provided with the care they need to work safely and retire. as k9 veterans healthy and in comfort. it is the least we could do. donate now at spike's k9 fund org. that's spike's k9 fund .org 126 first on the scene, we're looking at the worst mass casualty event in the history of texas. this season of 911 lone star, can you hear me? is back off the rails. you ready? i was born ready. and you can watch anytime. who does she think she is? laura croft, please put your hands up every monday. it's all new. hang on. welcome to the party, captain. we'll be ready. 911 lone star, all new mondays on fox. or watch any time on hulu. it's the world famous ohio state buckeyes and the michigan wolverines who look to play spoiler this for the upset of the century. oh

11:44 pm
more powerful that that interview blew me away. talk about you know, here's the thing. as i said to sage, i grew up in california and i have all of the reasons to be a, quote, liberal. and in the classic sense of what that means to me. it means live and let live. but where the left has gone, it's completely antithetical to that. it's the opposite of that. it's almost fascistic. on the extreme left. and that's what i was running from in california. and the state is just descending into complete disrepair. and another irony of california is that for me, i work in health. it's ridiculous that i'm talking to you only because i have no knowledge of politics. i shouldn't be commenting on thi, but the fact that health also has become a political football. gone are the days of me being on the lighthearted
11:45 pm
morning shows, talking about six pack abs, and fighting for people's ability to question the kids vaccine schedule. i mean, it's ridiculous. we don't even allow conversations to happen anymore. so when you look at the homelessness crisis in los angeles, i have friends who are experts in what's going on with that. and they explain to me, you know, jill, there's really no such thing as homelessness because these people are either addicts or they have mental health issues. we're not helping those people. $24 billion, 24 billion want to work on that crisis. and there's nothing to show for it. and homelessness has gone up. and if you think that it's empathetic to allow people to literally die on the streets, it's not. it's so many things of that nature that i'm simply outraged with the outright hypocrisy is staggering. and unfortunately, as i said to sage, i could go on and on. you
11:46 pm
know, it's interesting to me because i'm fairly libertarian about people in their personal lives. i believe in freedom. i want the government off my back, out of my life, get away from all of us. leave us alone. but they feel that they want to control every aspect of our life. you know? and you raise this with particular passion in that podcast as it relates to children. and you're extremely you're open minded. you know, you said and i know parents that are living through this to their kids think that maybe, you know, they have gender identity issues. okay. but the idea that there is, you know, ten, 11, 12, 13 years old are going to make a life changing decision is off the table for them. and even if they disagree with me politically, there is a war on our kids going on right now. and i talk about it on my podcast with experts like carly means, who i know has been on many different fox shows. he's brilliant. we're looking at it from big food, trying to
11:47 pm
literally push all of this crap on our kids and make it so that it's, you can't say junk food in schools. this was a california thing that circulated. you can't call it junk food because it's racist. i mean, it's just like what is happening or, you know, pushing this sort of gender affirming ideology on young kids. and here's the thing. if a child is trans, okay, great support that child. but and what i mean by that is i would let my kids explore it. i would never judge them. i would talk to them about it. i might get them some help to really deal with what's going on. is there something underlying? and when we look at things like the cass review, which is, in my opinion, the seminal work on this, this was doctor hilary cass in the uk. oh yeah. sorry. go ahead. yeah. let me ask you this because i contend as a conservative that the left has, especially in big cities where they have dominated, they have had power
11:48 pm
for decades and decades, or a state like california. and i know gavin newsom, like him personally, don't agree with the thing he's doing or saying. i think he's nuts politically. but, you know, you see people like yourself, you're leaving california. i left new york. i'm in florida, probably the best decision i've ever made for a lot of reasons, some of which i would agree with you on. but if you look at these big cities, look at their educational system there, we pay more per capita, per student. the worst results. how is it with law and order and safety and security? are they safe? has gone up because crime has gone. pursue happiness. do you defund, dismantle? no bail laws. how's that working out for people? why do they keep electing these people? i'm not asking who you're voting for. i'm not dragging you into that hell, it is i the problem with that question is that i don't want to influence or suggest that i should have any influence over who people vote for. i have no business jumping into that arena, and i try to avoid engaging in that
11:49 pm
conversation because i don't want people to think that i feel my opinion matters. it should influence their opinion or i judge them for it. but i don't know. sean and i have had a talk with so many of my friends and the ones that got it or get it, got it, have lef. and coming up, the best of our very own jimmy failla, that's straight ahead. jack the turkey with gravy and fixings. fa la la la la la la la la. dad, we are at a restaurant. tis the season for ham and pork roast. fa la la la la la la la la i didn't know turkeys could sing. we wish you a lot of. oh hang on. oh my god, nailed it. sundays. hell yeah. they're dudes. golf sucks. i'm done being dudes. whoa! they got a freaking bathroom just for pooping. oh, that is not whipped cream doing dude stuff. don't worry. i'm not gonna bother you guys so you can go

act, sean, i have. no, no, i'm not leaving them like the other human beings. that's the disgusting part of this story. in la, the dogs no longer poop on the sidewalks. the humans do. that's bad. but you know who they should have used though? shaunie? they should have just used the white house dog. remember, commander, that was biting everybody. if you want a dog to clean up la, turn our man commander, loose. and i still. yes. go ahead. i still forgive that dog because that dog was biting people. but in that dog's defense, there is so much cocaine in this white house, you'd be hopped up too if you had a dog nose. oh, man. you want to make a terrible prediction, but you know it's going to be true. you know, because they shoot a police officers. how much you want to bet? spot the robot dog ends up getting shot. yeah. you know, somebody will get you. watch mark my words. and i don't say that to try to be funny. that's how pathetic things are. help me out with this. i'm having a

hard time. maybe you can help me because there's a chinese zoo that has had to admit that its pandas were actually just dogs. painted it to look like a panda. and zoo goers claimed that they realized the scam when one of the pandas started panting and barking. help me out, jimmy, can you explain that to me? well, i just want to give you some context where laughing at china, we're laughing at china because they're pretending a dog is a panda, but china is laughing at us because we're pretending biden is president. so it's kind of like a push. but this is ridiculous. i just love the story. it's like, wow, that panda sure is chasing a lot of tennis balls. i didn't expect that to happen. this is china in a nutshell. everything is a fraud and a ripoff. if a zoo is, let's say, in need of a lion, i'm just going to get the
