workers that could potentially strike outside of these global groupings. i don't know how successful this is going to be and like thanly said this is the fifth year they are about this is the fifth year in a row fifth year sitting on the couch i don't remember hearing about it. listen, strikes are a part of it part of workers advocating for the rights. there are things workers deserve and work for. big retail is everything now so big. you go to texas and stop by giant facility, amazon, listen, i think that the trickle down effect works if everything went to small business. more people had jobs and general business. i'm not advocating for or against anything. if amazon slows down and get get it there.

check out store and see what they have. >> kevin: go and support local businesses this is not an issue which you, again is, not to disrespect what people are trying to say here. they want better pay. orderly, legal, you do you. >> carley: that's right. joey mentioned the macy's thanksgiving day parade and how he went the other direction after he left work yesterday. >> joey: ran away. >> carley: it was raining the parade. that's not the only thing, the cover of the "new york post" and video we are showing, those are pro-palestinian protesters that they hopped the barricades and they sat right in the middle of sixth avenue to try and slow down the parade. and they unfurled a banner that said don't celebrate genocide. police immediately jumped in. you see them hauling those protesters away. they made about 25 rest arrest. the thing many people will enjoy about this is that everybody that was watching the parade. booed those people and then when the police cleared them out.

they cheered and also there are reports of chants of u.s.a., u.s.a. as well. >> joey: mayor eric adams. i pulled this quote. i really want to take the moment to tell those going to disrupt parade. that is not going to. i don't big opinion on eric adams. he invoked the term grinchesz. but if you want joey to have like a guilty pleasure, i will scroll videos of protesters getting pulled off the payment, slammed to the ground, i hate that, i'm not advocating for violence, i think the eye 258ians have some of the best videos, they get out of the cars, grab them and pull them and have their hands still on the pavement because they have good glue, maybe being stupid isn't how you protest. >> for those of you at home wondering if is he telling the truth, is he telling the truth. he does revel in that. there are a lot of us who revel in that. when we look at what is

breaking video from the great state of texas. dps officials there showing a sobbing 10-year-old from el salvador telling agents he was abandoned at the. this comes as texas reportedly busing migrants to ice for deportation. instead of sends them to democrat sanctuary cities. madeleine rivera has more on this from washington. >> fowntsd 10-year-old boy yesterday morning. take a look at video smuggling guide who left him behind. the boy said he was lost.

enforcement. and there are a number of local officials who say they are willing to step up. >> since i have been announced, lawrence, i have gotten thousands of soldiers that just recently left the military. they want to join forces, police officers that joint forces, but retired border patrol agents. ice agents that want to come back. retirement from border patrol that paperwork was pulled back. there is a lot of excitement to do this job for the president of the united states. >> just on tuesday, texas land commissioner says they identified several properties that the trump administration can use as detention centers. >> kevin: madeleine, thank you so much. this is one of those stories people don't think about it. think about it this way, you are a kid. it's the holiday season. you are not with your family. you are not with anyone you know. you are not even able to really express what this time of year means to you. you are just scared. and you are alone. it is an awful and devastating

way to treat the youngest and most vulnerable among us. >> joey: there are two reactions, one is anger and one is empathy. both ways about it. i felt it most with that 2-year-old girl a couple days ago. and i think about this. i was having this conversation back. and it was, you know, her reaction is that of empathy which is wow, i couldn't imagine being so desperate that you would send your 2-year-old little girl on a journey. my reaction was anger. they are already here and they let someone send their -- the most precious thing in the world to them, they let this 2-year-old little girl get sent to them in hopes that she might make it to them? listen, i grew up poor. i grew up in a house where my parents loved me but they had to work really hard there's a lot of things that can happen in this world but they would never abandon me like that, no matter what the circumstances are. it's hard for me to understand how people, how grownups can do this to their kids, no matter

how bad things are. listen, i know how to hunt and fish; 2-year-old girl make a journey. maybe i need to do more research. i don't understand -- i don't understand it from the standpoint of purely despair. there is a certain amount of negligence. it's almost evil to see these kids done this way. half the country wants to sit and complain i get it kids in cages. you know what? a cage with food and water is a safer spot for a moment for those children than going on this journey and how about we policies that don't allow it either. >> i look at 10-year-old little boy and is he in an area that is completely desolate. is he lucky to have run into the person that filmed this video and he just has -- thank god he has that cell phone e only has the clothes on his back outside of that no water, no food, and from a parent's standpoint, joey, i don't know what going

through the minds of parents who do this. they do come from poor areas where i'm sure they are not getting a lot of information on what the journey will be like some say my parents are already in the u.s. and if they are telling the truth. maybe they said okay, i'm going to take the journey before i send my child. see what happens. and then if i feel like it's safe enough, maybe they don't have enough money to do it then they send their child. i think that if you want to direct your ire anywhere, it should be at the smugglers who left this child alone. >> joey: i'm sorry, but, yeah, i get the system is broken and there are bad people that take advantage of it. but, in my opinion, when you become a parent your only purpose in life at least your priority is your kids and that's not how you take care of your kids. >> carley: we do live in a system now that incentivizes something like this. which absolutely needs to be fixed because a lot of these people walk into a situation where they say i don't want my child to to be a gang member.

fox, the threats were delivered by email. and each threat uses identical language to describe explosive devices place placed at members homes. police responded to each incident but they found no hazardous items. thank god. the faa is investigating after four planes clydeing in two separate incidents at boston logan airport on monday. an american airlines flight heading to its gate hit the wing of a parked frontier plan thankfully no one has hurt and jetblue plane being crashed into a airplane that just landed. pilots of both planes were taken to the hospital out of an abundance of caution. and on to some turkey day nfl action, starting with the giants, losing to the dallas cowboys, 27-20 in the battle of the backup. this is new york's seventh straight loss, into the nfc north where the chicago bears couldn't serve up a thanksgiving comeback against the lions. after not calling a time-out

become the first country in the world to ban social media for kids under 16 by law. so, the law will not punish parents or kids who end up using social media but will instead find the companies who aren't trying to keep kids offline. and those fines can range up to almost 50 million sprawlen dollars, which is $32 million per social media company. the question this morning is should the united states do the same thing? >> kevin: for sure this is a money grab. they have seen google go through this in europe and other major social media companies face similar circumstances. i think honestly this is a governmental cash grab there is no teeth behind it, what happens if it happens. to me means we really just want the money, as far as the u.s. is concerned, free speech, if you are a parent, there are so many tools now to protect your children. i don't think it should be against the law.

i think it's up to you as a parent to be the law in your household. >> joey: i have bent back and forth on this one. i have 15-year-old son-in-law. i think is he probably in a lot of ways more mature than most 16-year-olds. i would put him in that precipice point go either way. he has had access to social media for a couple years now. those kids are not on instagram and x. we're like our parents. we are facebook. that's aged out. they're on tiktok and snapchat. i'm not on either one of those. i don't ghetto monitor what he does. i think it's not a terrible idea. probably is altruistic. think about the negative effect of social media. we have seen the documentaries on it. absolute concerted effort in social media to train you. and at 15 years old, 14 years old. you know, you are such a blank canvas still, to be trained to be consumer driven or to be trained to be, you know, thin,

breaking video from texas dps officials showing a sobbing 10-year-old from el salvador telling troopers he was abandoned by smugglers on the border. one of the many snapshots of plight of migrant children under the biden-harris administration. here to react is the national border patrol council president brandon judd. listen, brandon, thank you for your time this morning. i think i speak for millions of people who watched this video and they have what i like to describe as righteous indignation when you think about watching that scene unfold there. your thoughts? >> yeah. and they should have righteous indignation. this is absolutely monstrous. i have personally recovered hundreds of children that have been left behind by smugglers. i have personally recovered an infant left on a trail as a distraction so that smugglers to get other people across if we wouldn't have found that infant that infant would have died. i have personally found countless dead bodies that were left by smugglers to die in the

desert. this is something that border patrol agents see all the time. it's absolutely disgusting. knowing that if we had proper policy this goes away. we don't have to worry about children dying in the desert. we don't have to worry about smugglers leaving children. if we had the proper policy that would allow us to go after the smugglers and stop this catch and release. if that goes away, this all goes away. >> kevin: you nailed it on the catch and release. this is one of those circumstances where if ultimately we continued to sort of wink and nod and not really get engaged in a policy, that puts some teeth behind enforcement, this would just continue and continue. let me share some numbers. this is a number of unaccompanied minor migrant children. look at this number. 291,000-plus have not received a notice to appear in court that was as of may 2024 as we are streaming into 2025. that is a ghastly money, means

hundreds of thousands children out there we have no idea where they are and to whom they have been placed. >> that's the magnet that draws so many people across our borders illegally. how the cartels are able to go throughout the world and advertise their services. when they tell people that all you have to do is give me thousands of people i will get you to the united states, and then once you cross the border illegally, you'll be released into the united states. that's why so many people do it. that's why so many people put their hands -- but the themselves in the hands of the smugglers. when you look at policy and how this all goes away. when you stop releasing people into the united states, when you stop rewarding them for violating our laws, the numbers drop exponentially. when we implement. when president trump implemented remain in mexico we saw our numbers drop to 45 year lows. numbers i haven't seen in my entire year. we have to look at that kevin, i'm confident that president trump is going to do an absolutely great job on the border. we have seen it before.
