were arrested in new york. sources told of the new york post this was tied to the alleged take over of an apartment complex in aurora, colorado. >> somehow this pair made their way from colorado to new york city where they were involved in credit card fraud, violence and selling weed. two of 15 suspected venezuela gang members were picked up early wednesday after a month long investigation of human trafficking and gang violence. the outlet showing this photo of the three semiautomatic rifles, two pistols and ammo. the two had active warrantos

first degree burglary and menacing for another incident that went viral. videos showing them breaking into an aurora, colorado, complex minutes before a fatal shooting. the men knocked on two apartments and threatened other says. the apartment complex has been taken over by venezuela gang and had rent payments stolen. that has been denied by the local police and the mayor of colorado. the new york post reports that two of the men again captured in viral video are indeed gang members arrested here in new york city. molly. >> >> molly: cb. thank you. meanwhile in chicago, police officers are issuing warnings to

so they are forced to have criminal activity. some were criminals before coming over. other people who can't actually earn income they maybe forced to do illegal activity to now support their families. this is a huge problem and all started with the influx of illegal immigrants. we have to make sure we're focusing on legal immigration and expediting the ability to work and earn an age for people that immigrant legally. >> molly: that's a great point. these gangs are often taking advantage. those already living in poverty like in colorado and the arrests in new york city allegedly track back to colorado. in theory, there's a network moving criminals around. kara. >> yeah, there's a reason why it's a common refrain to say every state is a border state and where federal officials call this gang ms 13 on steroids. they have a terrible track record of exploiting other

immi immigrants. i want to say something personal about how policy maker says should approach questions like this. i was a young girl in my 20 says deploying to afghanistan and made me recognize the rest of the world is not like america, does not go by rule of law. they don't have our social security. they don't have necessarily order. so there's so much self interest and chaos in dog eat dog out there, i had to learn just by deploying and going to the third world countries and in some cases nations trying to become a third world nation. when they have policies, they need to account for the reality of the rest of the world. america is exceptional for a reason and we need to act accordingly especially with our border policies. keep the chaos and keep the criminals out. or else america will start to look like the rest of the world.
