when you're in the military you're really close with your brothers and your sisters that are in the military with you. and when you get out of the military, you kind of lose that until you find a new family. we can talk about our struggles and the things that we did overseas and not everybody can do that. adam! how's it going, brother? we live pretty close to each other. so he's always coming over. when i go to jack's house, we watch a lot of football, hang out. we go outside the friendship has kind of grown into a family i was talking to some vet■s last week amazing how we have these houses where they can come over because they■re in chairs too. carpet and wheelchairs don't mix very well. tunnel to towers, they got rid of all that. they redid my whole bathroom i thought they were just going to do the upgrades. but the surprise to me was they paid off the entire mortgage. when they told me they're going to pay off my mortgage, i cried.

>> i joined the army in 2017 and that is when in 2019, a military working dog. i got this little fellow in 2020. when i first met him he was a wild boy. he was well driven. it was his work ethic that worked into that. we bonded over that. we certified in december 2020. then we went to air act. we were there for nine months. we built a bond. every nine months, 24/7,

spending day in and day out, learning all his quirks and everything like that. then after nine months we got back to where i am now and i have been bothering him ever since. they've been keeping in touch with me making sure i am up to date, to get him out and get him out. then eventually back in october last month, they reached out to me, he is ready to go home. they helped me get him home and are helpful about that process. joey: is there a formal process to get him once he retires or did you have to figure that out on your own? >> one of those things where if you can come get him come get him, but if not, other

hillsdale was founded in 1844. we're passing on a cultural heritage, the culture of the west. when the federal government started giving money to colleges, we didn't take it. that independence has allowed us to stay with our mission that we established 175 years ago. because we don't accept federal money. we are free to concentrate on the mission of the college. we care about freedom, and that affiliates us with the free institutions of america.
